Bellissimo appartamento nuovissimo corrispondente alle foto, letto comodo, cucina e bagno attrezzatissimi, zona silenziosa. Comodo al bus numero 1 e a diversi supermercati. Comunicazione rapida. Prezzo conveniente.

The apartment was about 1/2 block from the tram that took us to the center of Vienna. The apartment was very clean, large, with a comfortable bed and the shower was hot. The coffee maker used an older type pod that we could not find in the local grocery. There was a code to get in the building door and a video with very clear instructions about how to get in. We did not have any problems that required calling the manager.

Having coffee pods that fit the coffee maker or a new coffee maker that takes the common kind of pods.

Acces rapid în bloc și apartament (cod de acces), zonă bună aproape de statia de tramvai, curățenie, cald, acces mașină în parcarea din subsolul cladirii (contracost). În apartament este tot ce ai nevoie.

Să spunem ca, canapeaua din sufragerie nu este așa confortabilă, mai ales pentru un adult

Alles super geil! Tolles bad, geile küche, Waschmaschine sowie Geschirrspüler und Tabs auch vorhanden. Alles super gern wieder! Super geile Anbindung mit der Tram!

La situación con tranvía en calle paralela con muy fácil acceso al centro. Barrio tranquilo. El piso está fenomenal, con plancha, tendedero, lavadora etc muy bien equipado

Clean, well-equipped apartment, with supermarket very close by. Very clear check-in instructions.

The distance from the center is quite long but the price-quality ratio is ok.

L'emplacement est très bien, à côté de plusieurs arrêts de tram. Accès facile et très bien expliqué. Vous avez également plusieurs commerces pour faire vos courses. Énormément de rangements dans l'appartement ce qui est un avantage non négligeable !

Excellent apartment, modern, very clean and perfectly equiped with all you could possibly need. The position is great, next to trams and buses, plus you have markets arround. Easy self check in and check out. Very nice owner. It was a very good experience for us, totally recommend it!

This is honestly one of the best places we stayed at in Vienna. Great layout, lots of space, clean, has everything you need.

Apartment is clean, modern, with all needed facilities and things for a short or longer stay. there is ironing board, hair dryer, mini shampoo and body wash gel, kitchen is fully equipped. We were given 2 complimentary coffee capsules for coffe machine. Under the sink is detergents for washing machine and dishwasher. It felt like we came from our home, to another. Also windows has blinds (closes and open by switch on the wall) which was very useful while taking a nap after early flight. Location is great, we reached city center easily and quickly with public transport. Close shops and nice kebap place for a tasty quick meal. Check in as per instructions and easy. It exceeded our expectations. If ever in Vienna again, will definitely book this place again. Thanks a lot.

Everything was great.

Spacious, silent and clean place close to tram station. The only thing we found could be improved was the bed. It was too soft, but it’s most likely just a preference:) thank you, we had a nice stay!

Everything was good - quiet and peaceful place, cleanliness and availability of everything we needed.

Very spacious apartment. There is everything you need. Great location, just a minute from the bus stop. There are many shops near the apartment .

Layout is very compact and functional. Tap water is good! Very close to public transportation and plenty of groceries nearby. Bed and sofa were quite comfy. Owner arranged a travel crib for our toddler in an hour - great customer service! Ceiling fans work and are pretty quiet. Building seems to be pretty new. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

Thermal insulation might be too good, since it becomes very airless without a working fan very quickly. Intercom might not be working, so couriers were not able to deliver food to us without calling.
