Probablement pas la faute de l'établissement, mais il y avait un événement très proche avec de la musique forte ma dernière nuit qui m'a empêché de dormir

La decoración y el estilo era muy vanguardista. Se nota que han trabajado mucho los detalles. El desayuno absolutamente increíble y la sala de spa nos encantó pero no funcionaban los chorritos.

No había indicaciones claras de cómo llegar porque era un sitio muy discreto.

Nie było widoku na morze, SPA, mały basen tylko. Aby skorzystać z restauracji kub baru trzeba zrobić rezerwację 24 godziny wcześniej. Trudno znaleźć to miejsce, brak informacji.

We absolutely loved our stay at Misk Villa and cannot recommend it enough. After long days of walking through the incredible archaeological sites of Dougga, Bulla Regia, El Jem, and Kairouan, coming back to the villa was the ultimate comfort. The swimming pools and massage were the perfect way to unwind and relax. Our absolute favorite spot was the rooftop terrace. It features beautiful plants, a wonderful breeze, and stunning views overlooking both the sea and the iconic Sidi Bou Said hill. Every morning started with a delicious and versatile breakfast, but the true highlight of our stay was the staff. The lovely ladies in charge of the kitchen, cleaning, and reception were wonderful. The incredible warmth of the Tunisian people is something we enjoyed thoroughly, and we will definitely be back again!

Tout était absolument parfait Le lieu est magnifique( la chambre et les lieux communs )et d’une extrême propreté Le personnel est vraiment super aux petits soins et très à l’écoute un grand respect et un grand merci à Najet ( et à l’accueil )qui a rendu notre séjour plus qu’agréable tant par sa disponibilité son attention et ses talents de cuisinière ! L'emplacement. Juste à l'entrée de la partie la plus touristique de la ville, on est tout à côté sans la gêne et le bruit des déambulations permanente matin, midi et soir. Le personnel est top, très à l'écoute et aidant. Un superbe établissement à taille humaine Le rooftop est très agréable le soir avec une belle vue sur Tunis

Very beautiful large room with amazing views and big balconies. The spa is available until 23:00 and the location is perfect.

Be careful and don’t park your car on the street, a private company will most likely tow your car when they realize you are a tourist and you have a rented car. You will need to pay to recuperate it. Thankfully the hotel staff and especially the concierge were very helpful and they helped us to solve the issue in less than an hour. Thanks a lot!

Misk Villa es un hotel realmente boutique, pocas habitaciones y un ambiente muy íntimo. Hotel muy bien decorado, con instalaciones modernas y en una ubicación privilegiada en Sidi Bou Said. El desayuno es realmente exquisito, con mucha variedad, huevos revueltos hecho al instante y jugo 100% natural. Mención especial a Mariem, una de las recepcionistas que es realmente muy simpática y preocupada de brindar una estadía grata. Me recomendó varios lugares para visitar, principalmente un mirador muy lindo para ver el atardecer y donde probar el mejor postre de Túnez: el Bambalouni. Si llego a volver a Sidi Bou Said, definitivamente me alojaría acá sin pensarlo dos veces.

C'est un hôtel très agréable, moderne et super propre. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Sidi Bou Saïd. Le personnel est aux petits soins, un service spectaculaire.

L’emplacement est idéal et la propreté des chambres est irréprochable. Mention spéciale au personnel d'étage (femmes de ménage) et aux serveuses, qui sont d'une gentillesse absolue et très accueillants. Le massage réalisé à l'hôtel était de qualité, et la communication via WhatsApp au cours du séjour a été globalement fluide et réactive.

L'expérience a malheureusement été ternie par quelques couacs d'organisation et un vrai manque de courtoisie à la fin : Logistique : Notre chambre n'était pas disponible la 1ère nuit (climatisation cassée), nous obligeant à changer de chambre le lendemain et à refaire nos valises. La "vue mer" de l'annonce est également un peu exagérée (visible de très loin et de biais). Le hammam ne monte presque pas en température, même après 1h de mise en route. Conciergerie : On nous a confirmé une réservation de Day Pass au Four Seasons qui n'existait pas. Bilan : temps perdu et taxi payé pour rien. La réception s'en est tout de même excusée et a tenté d'arranger les choses par téléphone ensuite. L'attitude au départ : C'est le vrai point noir. Au check-out, on nous annonce que notre note est soldée. Par honnêteté, nous signalons qu'ils ont oublié de facturer notre massage. En retour : pas un seul « merci ». Notre demande d'un petit geste commercial face à notre franchise a été froidement refusée. Le soir, en récupérant nos bagages, nous sommes partis dans l'indifférence totale, sans même un "au revoir". Dommage de finir sur cette note.

Un établissement magnifique, idéalement situé au cœur du charme unique de Sidi Bou Saïd. Tout était parfait : le cadre raffiné, la propreté irréprochable et l'atmosphère apaisante de l'hôtel MSK. Un mention toute particulière et un grand merci à Meryam à la réception. Son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme exemplaire et son attention constante ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Elle a su être de très bon conseil et d'une gentillesse remarquable du début à la fin. Une adresse d'exception que je recommande les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L'hotel é ben arredato e molto accogliente. La camera era grande, pulita e ben accessoriata. La colazione é stata ricca con prodotti di buona qualitá. Ho usufruito della piscina x un po' di relax. Il parcheggio é libero, nella strada di fronte all'hotel, quindi molto comodo.

L'unico neo é che si trova in una struttura che non ha un'insegna esterna, bisogna citofonare ad un cancelletto azzurro privo di nome. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere informazioni per trovarla.

The location is excellent, with a breathtaking rooftop view of Sidi Bou Said. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

The rooms could certainly benefit from some updating, and the housekeeping standards could be improved. The indoor public areas were also uncomfortably hot, which impacted the overall comfort of the experience.

Il locale era in un ottima posizione, spazioso e pulito. Camera molto grande con un letto comodo. Grazie a Mariem: bella, simpatica e super disponibile. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare nei dintorni della struttura!

The aesthetic of the place is peak it’s such a nice calm and fine spot. A special thank you to the receptionists who have made me feel so welcome and they were always there when I needed assistance. Especially Mariem who helped me plan my days by recommending greaat spots and she even was available whenever I had questions outside of the hotel. Big thanks to all the beautiful team such sweethearts.

Location bellissima, staff gentile e disponibile, facile accesso alla struttura, camera grande e pulita.

The terrace and the pools were lovely, breakfast was a good amount and the bed was comfortable. We had an emergency with health and the staff member we spoke to immediately helped us locate an urgent private health clinic.

The staff were nice except the lady we encountered on the last day who was really unhelpful and was too busy entertaining friends from outside the hotel who had visited her during work hours. All the other staff were great. Also the lighting in our room was half not working. Also nobody at the desk at night in case of emergency.

Everything was excellent in European standards. Nice, big room, very clean and a nice bed. The personnel was also very helpful and friendly.

The only thing missing was a mini fridge for the rooms. As it was extremely hot outside and we would like to keep our water bottles there. However, they offered the common fridge in the kitchen to keep them.

Très bien nous recommandons. Petit établissement familial propre et très bien entretenu. C'est très calme d'autant qu'il y a peu de chambre dans l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner très bon et Petite piscines au RDC. Le personnel est hyper sympathique, réactif et à l'écoute

Dans l'ensemble que de petites choses à redire. L'humidité peut un peu rester coincée dans les chambres. Le "Hammam" n'est vraiment pas intéressant.

Hermoso hotel boutique, moderno y acogedor. Desayuno muy completo. La habitación es muy linda, el espacio un poco ajustado pero contaba con balcón. Tiene una terraza con muy lindas vistas en especial al atardecer. Cuenta con un muy lindo espacio de pileta y spa, ideal para descansar luego de días de calor y paseos. El hotel cuenta con una cocina de uso compartido muy cómoda. Desde este hotel pudimos visitar Sidi Bou Said, las ruinas de Cártago, la medina de Tunez y el Museo Bardo.. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal de recepción, que siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con la organización de la movilidad y los traslados por la zona.

El unico aspecto que mencionaría es que el lugar no cuenta con identificación. Cuando llegamos no vimos ningún cartel o identificación, parecía una casa, pensamos que nos habíamos equivocado. Tuvimos que salir, caminar y preguntar a gente de la zona.

Super stylish hotel in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Gorgeous room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful roof terrace. We enjoyed the cool pool after a hot day touring the area.

You need to knock on the door to get in, we were a little confused how to enter when we arrived. This is very minor, our stay was fabulous!

Staff were helpful and polite. Short walk to local town. Lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to hail down a taxi. Download “indrive” app for taxis and Glovo for food delivery. We had airport collection and drop off for €15 each way. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Nice view from roof terrace. Swimming pool was small but adequate.

The staff was super friendly and helpful - the breakfast was amazing If I return to Tunis I would definitely stay here again. We have the king superior room and it was lovely.

When i booked on Bookings.com the room i booked was supposed ot have a partial sea view but they have no such rooms. I still liked the room but it just didn't have a sea view.

Une très belle et grande villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût on se sent comme à la maison c’est très agréable. Deux piscines en sous sol nous avons pu en profiter seules en plus vraiment un luxe. Une très belle terrasse en rooftop. Le petit déjeuner en buffet est sobre mais bon et j’ai beaucoup apprécié le service à table pour les œufs et la boisson chaude.

L’absence de panneau sur la devanture de la maison en arrivant en taxi nous n’étions pas sur de l’emplacement. La frais supplémentaires appliqué seulement au moment du paiement, sur le recap avant paiement un prix affiché et lorsque j’ai validé le paiement il s’est avéré que j’ai payé un autre prix sans alerte ! Mais cela vient plus de booking que de l’hôtel je pense.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was spacious, very clean, and the facilities were excellent, including a pool, sauna, and a stunning rooftop with amazing views. The breakfast was also very good, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay.

I noticed small ants in the bathroom, and on one day housekeeping forgot to refill toilet paper and left a window open. However, when I reported it, the staff responded quickly and fixed everything.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast on the rooftop amazing! The staff was helpful, they cooked an amazing breakfast everyday! Free water in the room was one of the highlights.

Even though we enjoyed our stay, couple of things could be improved: - [high] The shower room didn't have soap/shampoo holder. - [medium] WiFi/Internet was slow and sometimes didn't work. - [low] Black coffee is too sour and strong, but it's a personal + several friend's opinion.

La gentillesse et efficacité du personnel, la propreté ainsi que la situation géographique. La terrasse avec sa vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner avec un grand choix, les 2 belles piscines, la possibilité d’avoir un massage sur place.

Les joints de la parois de douche ainsi que la porte de celle ci qui ne ferme pas et donc on mouille l’extérieur pas agréable à la sortie surtout que le sol devient glissant.

The whole villa feels nice and I like the decoration, the staff is friendly, and the indoor pool was open to 23:00. Both the roof terrace and the pool in the basement is accessable from the elevator.

It’s a cozy, small hotel in which you can really find your peace. It’s beautifully designed, to literally every detail. It’s in a walking distance to the main attractions of the area, but it’s hidden away in side street which guaranties tranquility. But what’s the most important quality of the hotel is the staff - extremely friendly and helpful, also responsive before the arrival. We came to the hotel earlier and we could easily leave our luggage at the lobby, the same when we were leaving, our flight was very late and we could still use all the facilities after the check out. The AC in our room was initially not working - the room was immediately exchanged without any problems. Also, the breakfasts are great, kept simple but always with some original twist, we really enjoyed the food, especially when compared to the previous hotels we stayed in in Tunisia.

A part l’épaisseur et dureté de l’oreiller

La communication avec le staff avant mon arrivée pour l'organisation. Très réactif. J'ai réservé pour les 50 ans de mon mari, et ils m'ont fait une décoration au top.

L'hôtel est très beau et décoré avec goût ! Les espaces communs sont soignés, on peut y déjeuner ou s'y reposer. La chambre était propre et y comprenait tous les services hôteliers. Nous n'avons passé qu'une la bas, c'est certainement un endroit où je souhaiterai revenir !

Le lit était un.peu dur pour nous ! Promiscuité entre les différentes chambres et résonance des bruits du couloir.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit ici, le lit est particulièrement confortable. Le personnel est vraiment aimable. La villa est située dans une rue au calme, avec places de parking gratuites réservées au résidents. Il est ensuite possible d'aller en ville à pieds. L'ensemble de la villa est soigné, il y a une piscine chauffée et un toit terrasse qui offre un panorama magnifique. Très bon petit-déjeuner!

Un détail - l'eau chaude de la douche est longue à venir et il y a peu de pression, à moins de mettre plus froid.

Eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit schönem Blick auf Tunis und Sidi Bou Said! Super Frühstück und Frühstückszeiten, es gab Spiele, die man ausleihen konnte, das ganze Hotel ist sehr schön durchdacht mit vielen Design Highlights von tunesischen Künstlern, das Zimmer war hell und ruhig.

Leider waren die Türen/ der Flur recht hellhörig.
