- Otrevlig hyresvärd - obekväma kuddar - stora sovrum har ingen mörkare gardin så det är rätt så ljus på morgonen så det är svårt att sova längre än sex på morgonen. Har berättat det för hyresvärden som heter Huy men han ville inte göra något mer - lägenhet har inget sax, en dålig kniv som inte går att skära och inte så mycket köksutrustningar - inget strykbräda så man får stryka kläderna i sängen vilket är helt omöjligt. Får ont i ryggen och kläder blir inte strukna. Har meddelat till hyresvärd och städpersonal men men de gör inget åt saken -Jag bokade boendet mellan den 9 och den 15 augusti. Blev utslängd eftersom städpersonalen upptäckte att badhanddukar ligger på golvet. Städpersonalen meddelade hyresvärden och han slängde ut oss den 9 augusti istället. Vi förklarade att vi ville ha nya badhanddukar. Det var svårt att kräva hyresvärden att få pengar tillgodo eftersom han hänvisade hela tiden hyresgästen att kontakta Booking för att ändra utvecklings datum trots att det var hyresvärden som bröt avtalet. - Svårt att samarbeta med hyresvärden när hen vägrade lyssna in hyresgästen. Var tvungen att fota kuddar och skicka till Huy för att bevisa att det gick inte att sova med tre kuddar som är över 30 cm tjocka.

Có máy giặt và 1 cái máy hút bụi cầm tay nữa là k chê vào đâu đc. Thêm đc rèm cản nắng tốt hơn nữa thì 10 điểm.

Tôi có đặt phòng trước Tết 1 tuần. Cho tới ngày nhận phòng 20/02/2026 thì nhân viên khách sạn có nhắn tin với tôi là sót booking, ko có để lại số điện thoại (rất chi là vô lý khi tôi đã để email và sđt trên thông tin đặt phòng) nên đã nhận khách khác ko còn phòng cho tôi. Phía khách sạn ko có 1 lời xin lỗi hoặc hỗ trợ tìm phòng khách cho gia đình tôi. Cách làm việc rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp và không tôn trọng khách hàng. Nếu ai có dự định đặt chỗ này thì nên tránh xa phòng trường hợp như tôi khi chạy 1 quãng đường xa tới Quy Nhơn ban đêm mà phải loay hoay tìm chỗ ở.

Beautiful condo, good location, nice views

Good. Nice and friendly owner. Apartment close to shop, food and everything. The beach is just a minute walk.

Location is good. The view of the aprtment is beautiful. The apartment is clean and the size is good enough for a family of 4.

It was noisy at night as there was a roof top bar nearby. There was issue with the communication within the management team so we had to wait a bit to get our room. Just make sure to reconfirm before the trip and ask for the contact phone number before travelling.

Nice balcony with beautiful water view and city view, comfortable beds, and well equipped for a pleasant stay. The host was friendly and accommodating.

There was a sewage odor coming from the kitchen sink. The issue was remediated the following day.

The host was very professional and friendly as he offered multiple options to match with our purpose and demand. Room was comfy as well. Away from home but just like home. Ideal for one girls’ night. We could have stayed longer but we had to follow the plan. Hope to comeback and stay for a week next time 😉

Wish it was bigger in space. But it’s not a minus point for me. What can I say, it’s a cheap apartment so having a spacious room is impossible. Therefore, everything was perfect for the price.

Breakfast was great. Service was quick from the host.

We had a great time at the apartment. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. This place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesomerestaurants.

There are couples of local breakfast near by, within 5-10 mins of working. Also, the sticky rice, banh canh, etc. in the afternoon time are pretty good. Also, the apartment has an amazing view!!! you can see on my pic lol

Building parking lot is confusing

Nice place to stay. The owner is friendly, the room is clean and well-organized, and we had everything we needed. The place is just near the beach and we had a great trip here.

This room is excellent. Can't ask for more

The apartment has such a nice view which can both admire the sunrise and sunset. It’s near the beach although the time we come - September, the beach is not so clear maybe it’s not the right time for beach. However, the host was nice and he suggested us some good places and foods to go. He also helped us to make the 4G sim card. We definitely come back if we come to Quy Nhon again.
