Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Student accommodation during the year, only available for outsiders during the summer break. Away from the city center, but it's a 30 min walk or there are two nearby bus options, so well located. No breakfast but coffee and pastry shop just outside. Good quality double bed. Only issue is that the ventilation in the bathroom goes on all the time, even if you don't take a shower, is very very noisy and lasts eternally.... being very disturbing particularly if you go to the toilet in the night. Student staff at reception very helpful though - and wifi in the room. Secure also, with several entrances only accessible via your card. Medium-sized kitchen with fridge and table and chairs available in your corridor.
Just the hyper-noisy ventilation of the bathroom.

It started when our keys didn’t open doors and had to wait for security as reception had closed. Went down hill, it was questionable whether our sheets had been changed, our sons definitely hadn’t as they were stained with ???? And streaks of blood too, ( we have photos) Left complaint with reception, have heard nothing back.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Convenient location, kitchen amenities, great value, safe overall. Beds were comfortable, bedroom walls are thick. Can be a great experience if you have respectful apartment mates.
Room was serviced only once per week. Kitchen trash was cleaned out by housekeeping once during my 23-day stay. Room wasn't very clean upon arrival as there seemed to be hair all over the carpet. Kitchen was in dire need of cleaning as it was still being used by summertime grad students.

Поруч дорога, на яку виходили наші вікна. Дуже шумно вночі. У нас був блок В. Може в інших було й краще. Немає прибирання. Навіть сміття треба було виносити самим.

135 euros es mucho dinero para esta habitación, de una sola cama, y pegada a una gran carretera. Éramos dos pero había toallas solo para uno. Mucho ruido de los coches, un primer piso, solo se veía la carretera. Nos dieron una hab. para personas con discapacidad. Nos prometieron que lo cambiarían pero no lo hicieron, La segunda noche nos dieron otra habitación y resulta que había alguien en ella... El WC no tenía tapa. El lavabo pequeño y mu bajo no tenía apenas sitio para posar cosas. La puerta del baño se abría con botón y no iba bien,, costaba abrirla. Una lamparita en la cama a la altura de la cabeza... La sala de estar común daba también a carretera. No hay TV. En fin, una pena de infraestructura y muy mala relación calidad precio.

The blinds in our room were ill fitting - it's a floor to ceiling wi down, so blinds should be better for privacy and blackout. So.eone else mentioned the tiny headboards in a review, which I thought was daft until I encountered the tiny headboards! They made it Difficult to sit up comfortably on the soft beds.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025The location was perfect, the walk along the riverbank most beautiful, the scenery idyllic. The residence is within the walking distance to the city centre and also there are buses, 208 and 220 available If you are in a hurry to get to the city centre. Also there are shops, cafes and a restaurant next to the residence or very close to it.
I understand it is a student residence but I wish the common facilities were more often cleaned and I wasn’t happy with the quality of the laundry : the towels and the bedding weren’t washed properly and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the towels. However, everything we needed to fix a quick meal was available and there was even an iron and an ironing board ! Thé room was very well organized but perhaps a bit small for two people. Also there weren’t enough hooks to hang towels. The was a dire need for a second chair or a small table next to bed.

Trattandosi di alloggi per studenti, la dimensione ridotta della camera e del bagno credo sia non modificabile

Would be nice to have a glass in the room to drink water rather than having to go all the way downstairs. Nowhere to leave room keys when checking out early.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025La chambre et la salle de bain sont modernes, propres et confortables. On peut se garer dans un parking très proche. La récupération des clés est simple et se fait à une réception avec un bon accueil. Nous avons eu accès à une cuisine partagée (utilisée seulement par 2 ou 3 chambres) où l'on peut stocker de la nourriture dans un frigo, et se faire à manger. La vue de la chambre donne sur la ville.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Kamer doet wat het moet doen. Uitzicht ook leuk op de 7e verdieping. Makkelijk naast de bushalte, koffietent, supermarkt en parkje. Bed lag prima, beetje klein voor grote mensen. Met bus in een kwartiertje in het centrum. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte nooit gebruikt.
Rommelig bij binnenkomst. Hoop afval, vieze handdoeken en schoonmaakspullen bij binnenkomst. Bed in de hoek is ongelukkig geplaatst. Badkamer met papiertje op de grond naast de douche nooit vervangen.

Realmente ha sido una tortura descansar en este alojamiento. No hemos dormido. A la llegada nos dieron la habitación y no estaba limpia. La siguiente habitación después de volver a la recepción, nos adjudican una habitación adaptada en la que no nos podíamos duchar. A la tercera fue la vencida, después de tener que ir tres veces a la recepción y hay que ir cambiando de bloques y ascensores, ya que es una residencia. La habitación es pequeña, sin ventilación. Cama doble de 135cm, contra la pared. Cortinas de oficina, que dejan pasar la luz. El ventilador del lavabo, estaba programado y hacía un ruido infernal durante 40min. Goteo continuo del WC. Vamos imposible descansar. Una tortura de alojamiento. Solo destacaría que la limpieza y ubicación.

Nuestra cocina estaba bastante sucia y no la utilizamos porque nos daba asco. La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorarse también. Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y tuvimos que buscarlo nosotros porque no había nadie en recepción (en las horas que se supone que sí debía haber alguien).

Room feels small for 2 people. No fridge. Can get very noisy when windows are open to air the room. There is no switch for the bathroom light and fan, it takes several seconds for them to turn on and you CANNOT turn them off. They do turn off automatically after a while but that's still pretty annoying especially when you want to sleep since the fan is loud.

Posizione abbastanza comoda, noi per raggiungere il centro impegnavano 4/5 minuti in auto ed ha un parcheggio gratuito ma con un limite di tempo di sosta di 2 ore fino alle 18:30.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Buena ubicación, a pocos metros de la estación de autobús que te lleva al centro de la ciudad. Parking gratis (aunque con restricciones horarias) en las inmediaciones Bares y supermercados cerca. Puedes pedir por just eat en la zona Check in/out rápido. Cocina de uso compartido con todo tipo de equipamiento.
La cama era incómoda, el colchón se hundía por los laterales. Cuando llegamos solo habían dejado un juego de toallas y éramos 2 adultos y un bebé. En recepción solo pudieron conseguir 2 toallas más (de mano) que venían con manchas. No había más almohadas de reserva y las que había en la cama eran muy blandas. No sé nos informó a la llegada de que hubiera cocina a compartir en el módulo en el que estaba nuestra habitación. No había papelera en el baño y el desagüe de la ducha estaba lleno de pelos y atascado, por lo que se salía el agua de la mampara.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Excellent location. Very friendly staff. It's not located in the city centre, but the 208 & 220 are great options right outside to get to the city in 10 mins. Also, I noticed a couple of occasions where newly arriving guests were struggling to check-in when they came in at odd hours. My suggestion would be to always inform the property in advance of your arrival time, even if its tentative, to avoid being stranded outside. We did the same and it didn't take much time or effort, to be honest.
I know its a student accommodation so space is of the essence, but offering a room with a small bed for 2 people felt a little cramped / uncomfortable, but I have to say its still a very reasonable option. Nothing other than that!

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Pulizia buona, camera con tutto il necessario e cucina in comune ben fornita. Staff disponibile a risolvere le criticità che sono emerse. Zona collegata al centro tramite bus e con un supermercato in prossimità.
Appena arrivati in camera ci siamo resi conto che lo scarico non funzionava bene e mancava un kit di asciugamani, in serata ci hanno sostituito la stanza. La vicinanza al centro a piedi non è al massimo della comodità (almeno 35 minuti). Nel weekend dopo le 18 la reception è a servizio ridotto: non sempre è presente qualcuno.
