Sorry, aber für ein 4-Stern Hotel erwarten wir etwas mehr als ein Hotel, welches definitiv in die Jahre gekommen ist. An das Management: Dieses Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Im Badezimmer war so ziemlich alles kaputt, was kaputt sein kann: Kerben, schrammen, Schläuche die tröpfeln. Die Teppiche im Zimmer sind sowieso nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Kommt dazu, dass sie sehr stark befleckt. Es gab richtige Fleckenspuren. Angeblich ist es ein Reinigungsmittel, welches sich verfärbt hat. Wir wechselten das Zimmer, aber dort war das gleiche Spiel. Kann sich jeder selber seine Gedanken machen. Schade.

Not the fault of the hotel but my Google map showed a walking route from the bus station that took me up a very steep hill- I could have walked the flat path but I couldn't help but laugh that it had helped me prepare for an upcoming Camino!

Excellent breakfasts and evening meals. Lovely position on river bank. Reception staff v friendly but not very switched on about local busses. Assured us we could pay by card but in fact cash needed or locally purchased bus pass.

Hotel ambience was good. Breakfast - variety of options were available in both buffet and at table service options. Bar was open till midnight. Bar Staff was really friendly. Parking was free and very convenient. Staff was professional. Spa - I had a wonderful experience thanks to the pristine, peaceful environment and the staff's dedicated service

Rooms were not up to the standard. Windows were not very clean to enjoy river view.

The staff were excellent. I loved seeing the special needs people were also given an opportunity to experience working there. The food was amazing also.

The price of the food. No breakfast .

Colazione generosa, con cibi freschi (yoghurt, frutta, mini dessert, frutta secca, burro, formaggi...) e piatti caldi (uova fritte, strapazzate, bacon, fagioli, salsicce, patate arrosto, pane da tostare sul momento, macchina sforna-pancake); pochi succhi e pochi dolci: mini brioches di pasta sfoglia, mini girelle con uvetta o gocce di cioccolato, cereali, granola, latte, marmellata, sciroppo d'acero, ma ci è piaciuto il miele da raccogliere direttamente da una fetta di cella di favo e, ottima, compresa nella colazione, la possibilità di ordinare sul momento alcuni piatti caldi della cucina, dolci o salati (uova alla Benedict, french toast con frutti di bosco, pancakes...). Camera grande e confortevole fornita di bollitore, tè e tisane, macchina del caffè con cialde, due bicchieri e caraffa di vetro da poter riempire con acqua nella stazione al piano a qualsiasi ora. Nell'armadio due accappatoi, ferro e asse da stiro, due paia di ciabattine di spugna e phon che asciuga! Grande letto matrimoniale molto comodo con tanti cuscini. Bagno spazioso dotato sia di cabina doccia sia di vasca.

L'assenza del balcone in camera, ma probabilmente in Irlanda il balcone non viene sfruttato molto. Solo 4 grucce grucce nell'armadio. Personalmente non gradisco la moquette, presente nella camera (per fortuna non nel bagno!) e nei corridoi, tuttavia l'hotel e le camere sono molto puliti.

L'extérieur le cadre est merveilleux.Le personnel de nettoyage aimable et serviable.

L'intérieur des chambres est vieillot , YouTube sur la télévision est une page Web au lieu de l’application. Le lit est composé de 2 lits simples.

It's a beautiful hotel...it was our wedding anniversary we received a card and beautifully decorated plate with small cakes on...this was really unexpected...the room was stunning to say the least

Breakfast was lovely and nice addition of complimentary bakes goods. Room was very spacious and unbelievable value for money. Hotel is really clean and beautiful decor.

Amazing place to stay. First time I've stayed there but definitely not the last. Breakfast was phenomenal, we ordered the french toast and the pancakes and they were both to die for. My fussy daughter devoured everything in front of her. There were plenty of staff and we were checked on several times. Excellent parking facilities, straight forward check in, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was fab. The teddy left for my daughter and the pillow menu was a lovely touch.

Loved the pool, outdoor pool and other facilities. Our room was really spacious too and very modern.

Our room was a bit dusty but otherwise everything was great.

Walking distance to city center, friendly staff

Rooms are old, uncomfotable bed, the window didn't close. The spa/swimming pool facilities were rusty, in need of renovation. Very dissapointing considering the very high price compared to other hotels

Loved the location. Walking friendly to Cork. The hotel offered everything to a coffee and wine bar to restaurants if you don’t want to leave while also being walking distance the the heart of Cork. All around wonderful.

Apple Maps originally took us to a different location around the block labeled Kingsley hotel. AC didn’t work in our room.

The location was unbelievable! The breakfast especially the French toast was unreal! The little mango yoghurt pots 👌Also, the view of the river at breakfast was fab. The bed was so comfy! The bathroom products were 👌 The location was superb right on the track running along the river Lee! But the BEST thing was the staff! Especially Genivive (Jenny). Will definitely be back! Also the hotel has bikes free of charge to use with helmets!

I didn’t have breakfast as over 160 euro was more than enough for stay. I stayed as I wanted to use the hotel pool overlooking the lee… the staff in gym were lovely - I mislaid my swimsuit - made reception aware- it took weeks for a reply - The sheets on the bed were marked - The staff felt they were oil marks - I don’t think so - however I can’t be sure - all in all - disappointing

A really good location. You can walk via the riverside parks into Cork. Quick Uber home if you are tired. The location is lovely for a jog or walk along the river Lee. Facilities are good. The gym is outstanding in terms of equipment.

Need to update the showers in the rooms. But otherwise really good. Could put some more hooks or a towel rail in the bathroom if they want you to use your towel for more than a day.

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, clean. Parking on site. Quick check in. Good sound proofing. Complimentary water machine. Plush carpets.

Issues in the bathroom. Toilet flush broken. Shower didn’t drain at all.. bathroom flooded straight away and do v quick shower. Silverfish in the sink. Reception staff didn’t seem interested in our issues.

Location was a little far from downtown Cork.

Just wow! Iv stayed in many hotels in cork at this is by far my favourite it should be a five star the room the staff the food the spa the pools everything was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful room with river view, comfy bed, great shower, polite staff. Wonderful spa, indoor and outdoor heated pool. Absolutely wonderful dining experience both for evening meal and breakfast.

Lovely, warm and inviting hotel. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Enjoyed a swim in the pool. Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel. Only downside , we were only staying 1 night. Would love to have stayed longer.
