We had the whole Riad to ourselfs while we were there. Abdou was really friendly and helpful with everything. The breakfast was included and delicious. Would always choose to come back!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Außerdem war auch das Personal sehr zuverlässig und zuvorkommend.

Accueil chaleureux, tout le personnel est très gentil. Abdou nous a beaucoup conseillé sur les bons endroits à visiter et les petits commerces ou acheter des bons produits marocains à des prix raisonnables. Riad très mignon, joliment décoré. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Nous avons dormi 5 nuits au riad. Le riad est propre avec une belle décoration. Le petit déjeuner est très bon : pain, gateau, fruits, jus , café , lait. Le personnel du riad est très arrangeant et sympathique. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Abdou pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Toujours à l'écoute, il nous a recommandé des endroits à visiter et a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Petit plus, il y a deux petits chiens et deux chats au riad qui sont dociles. Nous avons pu jouer avec les chiens et caliner les chats ce qui a grandement égayé notre séjour ! Globalement ce riad a un bon rapport qualité prix : localisation à 10 mn à pieds de la medina, bon petit déjeuner, personnel au petit soins et animaux gentils et calins! Merci pour tout !! Nous reviendrons !!

Lo mejor fue Abdul el trabajador de allí, súper simpático y siempre atento a todo. Nos recomendó muy bien y nos hizo sentir en casa.

Lo peor fue que había gatos y yo soy un poco alergica, en el anuncio no ponía nada de eso y por la noche me daba la tos y me ahogaba.

Nel complesso conveniente e la camera era ben sistemata e abbastanza pulita. L'accoglienza della persona che ci ha accolto era buona. La posizione non male, dentro la medina si raggiunge facilmente. I dintorni del riad non eccellenti ma comunque si trova in una zona abbastanza tranquilla.

Entrando nel riad, negli spazi comuni, si sente un forte odore di urina di gatto. In effetti si trovano cani e gatti che abitano gli spazi comuni, si siedono nelle sedute e le poltrone del piano terra rendendo questi spazi inospitali. Per questo motivo abbiamo scelto di non fare colazione ne pranzo/cena in riad. Inoltre la vasca presente nelle foto era vuota.

Nice friendly welcome. Comfortable beds. We were upgraded to a bigger room as we were the only guests the night we booked and we were with 5 (2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby). Cot was ready upon arrival. Abdul helped us get our suitcases up to the room. 10min walk from the Jamee el Fna square. Would recommend to stay!

Il Riad si trova in una posizione eccellente, a pochissimi passi dalla Medina e dai souk. L’host è una persona amichevole, carinissima, accogliente e disponibile. La colazione dolce e salata è fantastica e abbondante. Consigliato!

It took a while until they finally answered o our questions. Extremely loud roof cover during windy night (they may have fixed it), cats know to be a little bit loud during the night. It's not their fault of course but beware of the very loud call to prayer (the adhan) coming from the nearby mosque at 5:30 AM. Big earthquake crascs in the wall in pur room (it was a little bit scary to me)

El problema no debe ser del Riad, debe ser del alcantarillado de Marrakesh, pero olía bastante mal el baño

The staff was genuinely kind and always ready to help, and breakfast was delicious. Location is great, very close to Jamma al Fna market.

While our stay was acceptable, I have to admit it fell short of our expectations. We found a persistent, unusual odor throughout the property, and our specific room was quite cramped. Furthermore, the lack of a window resulted in poor ventilation, which made the space feel somewhat claustrophobic. It wasn't a poor experience overall, but there is certainly room for improvement in these areas.

Rien la seule chose c’est que la terrasse ne ressemblait pas aux photos mais c’est pas très grave.

El personal super agradable, nos ayudaron en todo, de confianza y un precio super justo y bueno, las instalaciones limpias y amigable con los animales, nos ha encantado nuestra estancia, no nos pusieron problema en nada y Abdou sabe hablar muy bien en español

Très bon séjour, en plein cœur de la medina, à 10 min de la place. Le logement est très correct. Abdou est vraiment gentil, il nous a beaucoup aidé dans nos différents déplacements autour de Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar MAR’OUKA in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredible! Very attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. Even though the weather was quite cold during our stay, our room was perfectly comfortable thanks to the heater, which we really appreciated. The riad itself is beautiful, honestly, even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures! The atmosphere is charming and authentic, making the whole experience feel very special. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the city. On top of that, all the recommendations we received from places to shop to restaurants were excellent and truly enhanced our trip. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience. We highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

El personal es encantador, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos y nos dieron varias recomendaciones. Además el Riad está muy bien ubicado, te puedes mover caminando por todo el casco antiguo. El desayuno es increíble y te lo preparan al momento. Hemos estado muy cómodas.

Nous avions réservé et à notre arrivée nous n'étions pas attendu, nous avons pu prouver que nous avions bien fait notre réservation, d'autres clients sont arrivés après nous et ont été conduit dans leur chambre... par contre nous nous avons dû attendre et on nous a donné une chambre en chantier... il y avait de la poussière et nous nous sommes senti de trop... par contre aucun geste commercial, bien au contraire.... Vraiment nous avons été très déçu....

Hi ha un minaret al costat mateix, cada dia us despertareu a les 6 del matí. Si arribes a partir de les 11 de la nit et conren 50dh per persona

El sitio muy bonito y la habitación también. Las camas muy cómodas, el desayuno rico, la ubicación buena, el personal amable.

Camerele sunt mici, dar confortabile. Spațiul interior al riad-ului foarte frumos decorat. Am stat mult timp pe terasa de pe acoperiș, pe care am împărțit-o cu trei pisici și doi căței. Micul dejun a fost suficient de bun. Foarte aproape de clădire este o moschee, așa că se auzea destul de tare chemarea muezinului, dar asta mi-a plăcut. Abdou este o gazdă foarte primitoare, a mers cu mine la magazin și ne-a recomandat restaurante și magazine foarte bune și deloc scumpe. Pe aceeași stradă se jucau copii seara împreună, ceea ce mi s-a părut minunat.

În prima seară mi s-a părut strada puțin dubioasă, dar erau doar prejudecățile mele. N-am avut nici o problemă, toți oamenii ori au fost prietenoși, ori m-au ignorat. În Marrakech te simți mai în siguranță decât în multe orașe europene, chiar și la ore târzii. Puțin rece în riad noaptea, chiar dacă ziua erau 30 de grade. În cameră am avut pături și un calorifer electric. Nu am avut cheie de la intrare, trebuia să sun ca să intru, e un mic inconvenient dacă nu îți place să deranjezi oamenii.

Quizás no poder acceder de manera autónoma al riad y tener que esperar a que te abrieran (siempre lo hacían muy rápido)

El Riad, por dentro, muy bonito. El dueño muy amable y atento. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check-in para poder ir a ver la ciudad sin estar cargados. No pudimos degustar el desayuno ya que nos íbamos muy temprano, pero Saïd fue muy amable y nos preparó unos cafés y un trozo de bizcocho.

Riad pulito, ottima posizione.

Non è stato possibile avere il trasporto dall’aeroporto al Riad, non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, ma era indicato nei servizi della struttura.

Abdooou è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno a dir poco spettacolare. All'interno del Riad ci sono 2 cagnolini e 2 gattini che vivono con lui. Si prende cura di tutto ciò che è all'interno del Riad, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Raccomandato:)

The property was matching what we expected from a traditional accommodation in Morocco, while being also clean and cozy. Most importantly the staff was very kind, helpful and always carrying a smile on their face. Breakfast was tasty , varied and always served in a shine friendly mood. We hope will have the chance to revisit the place sometime and meet our guests again.

In 4 giorni di soggiorno la stanza è stata pulita 1 sola volta. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile anticipare la colazione, prevista per le 8.30, ma non ci è stato concesso.

Es war alles perfekt, gut ausgestattet (Föhn,Glätteisen), sauber (jeden Tag frische Handtücher). Der Gestgeber war auch super lieb und wir haben uns Total wohl gefühlt!

Wofür die Unterkunft nichts kann!! Aber evtl. beachten dass eine Moschee direkt neben an ist die während Ramadan das ausschlafen erschwert :) 6 Uhr morgens für 15 min und leider auch wirklich sehr laut

Ha estado todo muy bien. La habitación y el Riad son muy bonitos y todo está super limpio y cómodo. El desayuno estaba incluido y lo servían recién hecho por la mañana. Abdou ha sido muy simpático y agradable con nosotros, nos ha ayudado en todo. Todo el personal también.

Igual tener una llave del patio, pero siempre abrían muy rápido y estaban disponibles.

Posizione ottima. Abdul è stato magnifico. La nostra tripla era piccola ma accogliente. Il dar in generale è molto bello. Colazione super. Meravigliosi anche i gatti e i cani affettuosi ma non invadenti.

Forte odore di urina di gatto nelle parti comuni, saldo al checkout accettato SOLO in contanti con evidente disagio se si è prossimi alla partenza e senza o con pochi contanti, cortesia dello staff fino al giorno prima della partenza, Moschea a piano terra dello stesso stabile. Sarete svegliati dalla preghiera alle 5:30 della mattina

The property is well positioned in Medina, easy access to all the places. Abdoul was really nice, we share some amazing stories and he was really helpful in recommending places, local shops. The animals were really cute The breakfast is delicious We’ll come back for sure!

Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Vorallem Abdoul war sehr freundlich. Das Riad ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und ausgestattet. Die Lage war super, zentral in einer eher einheimischen Gegend.

Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix,malheureusement a cause de notre départ a 6 h du matin, nous n’avons pas pu le prendre.

A cause du ramadan et de notre départ très top, nous n.avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner, un peu déçu car le personnel ne nous a pas proposé de prendre a emporter

I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful our stay at the riad was. The riad itself was very clean, and the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Although the room was small, it had had everything you could possibly need, including a heater for colder nights. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun, which was a lovely bonus. The biggest highlight of our stay was definitely the host. He took care of everything, was extremely attentive, and helped us with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome and at home throughout our stay. The riad is also home to a few furry friends (two dogs and three cats) and I already miss them. They added so much warmth and charm to the place. Overall, it was an amazing experience and truly unforgettable.

Personale gentilissimo, sollecito e disponibile. Ottima posizione nella Medina, comoda per tutte le principali attrazioni, che sono per lo più raggiungibili a piedi. Bel bagno con ampia doccia e acqua calda abbondante.

Colazione corretta, ma basic. Guanciali scomodi, lenzuola sintetiche e non stirate, nessun copripiumino. Lo split del riscaldamento si accendeva, ma non usciva aria calda. Tappeti non pulitissimi.

Le riad est très joli et bien situé pour visiter Marrakech. Chambres propres et confortables. Mention spéciale pour Abdou, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité pour que les vacances se déroulent au mieux (conseils de visites, réservations de taxi, etc). Et un bonus pour les adorables petits chiens et chats du riad !

Una estancia fabulosa, sin duda repetiríamos siempre! Nos sentimos como en casa.

Une très belle décoration de l ensemble du Riad ,un état de propreté irréprochable, la présence de deux chiens et de trois chats adorable ,affectueux qui apportent un appaisement après de longues ballades dans Marrakech qui est une ville tumultueuse et bruyante . Concernant le personnel : Abdou qui s occupe de la bonne marche du ryad et de bon conseil et toujours avec le sourire et de la bienveillance, les deux demoiselles présente sont également toujours gentilles souriantes et aux petits soins pour la clientèle, nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimais la chambre " Fes" et nous n hesiterôs pas a retourné dans ce très belle endroit avec sont personnelles encore "plus beau" . Le riad est bien placé pour profiter de la médina à pied, tout en étant dans un quartier calme une fois rentrés au logement. Merci beaucoup à Abdou pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité à toute heure. A plusieurs reprises, ses conseils et son aide ont été très précieux pour le bon déroulement de notre séjour. Un grand merci également aux autres personnels (entretien, cuisine) pour la qualité de la prestation.

Stanza bella e molto pulita. Ottima colazione, preparata sul momento. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. L'host è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito molti suggerimenti.

Purtroppo la stanza è vicina ad una delle Mosche e il richiamo alla preghiera risulta un po' rumoroso.

It was very clean. The host was very nice and he gave us all the information we needed about the trips, monuments, restaurants etc. He was available 24/24. Very good breakfast, clean and big room. We chilled on the rooftop every evening.

No hubo una cosa mejor que otra, ya que todo fue excelente, desde las instalaciones, limpieza, ubicacion, etc y por supuesto el trato que fue simplemente excelente y perfecto, nuestro "amigo" Abdou colmo con todo el cariño todas nuestras necesidades y lleno de grandisimos momentos que ya han quedado como experiencia de vida, gracias muchas gracias sabes que repetiremos y no dudeis reservad en este Riad, acertareis

Fantastyczne powitanie. Obiekt jak się okazało świeżo po remoncie i byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi. Wszystko wyglądało na nowe, wystrój pokoju był super. Widok na patio z palmami i jacuzzi. Pyszne śniadania. Kontakt z obiektem bardzo dobry, obsługa super miła i pomocna. Gdy się okazało, że klimatyzacja szwankuje, usterka była od razu usunięta. No i mali, przekochani pomocnicy na czterech łapkach - pozdrawiamy Roxy i Willie.

Przydałaby się zasłonka do łazienki :-)

Les plus très appréciables de ce riad : - possibilité qu’on vous réserve un taxi de l’aéroport au logement et inversement (avertir le propriétaire en amont) - situé dans la médina, pratique pour sortir manger ou aller se promener sur la place Jemaa El Fna qui si se situe à moins de 15mn à pied - nous avons bien aimé le petit-déjeuner servi (bien prévenir la veille pour l’avoir) - notre chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours - la présence d’animaux dans le riad (chatons et chiots) Merci à Abdou pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité lors de ce séjour, nous nous sommes sentis avec ma famille comme à la maison :)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil d’Abdou et sa bonne humeur, ainsi que ses chats et chiens tranquilles ! Le riad est magnifique, avec son patio intérieur et les chambres joliment décorees. On a meme eu la suprise de pouvoir se baigner dans la piscine. C’est très bien situé. Et il fait frais malgré la vague de chaleur qu’il y avait au moment de notre séjour.

His knowledge of Marrakech and its Medina was invaluable, and his warm personality made me feel like I was staying with friends. Few technical issues in room

Everything! Location, host, property, cleanliness, everything was perfect! Abdou was the nicest host ever!

The place and the pictures looked the same! It was very near Jemaa el fna, just a 10 minute walk. Abdou was very kind and helpful and goes above and beyond! When we arrived, he prepared all the instructions and showed us around the property. We met 2 doggies and 2 kitties, and all of them were very, very friendly and playful. I thought we were never leaving the hotel because we just wanted to play with them. In the room, they provided towels, soaps, a hairdryer, and even a hair iron, which really surprised me! We had amazing breakfasts, and on the day that we couldn't have breakfast, Abdou prepared quick coffees for us really early because of our early tour departure. The outside area when you first looked seemed sketchy, but we felt really safe walking around even at night. The airport transfer was very helpful. We didn't need to worry about going to the airport. Just make sure you leave enough cash for it. They accept euros or dirhams. Upon leaving, we realized that we didn't print the boarding passes so we panicked because it was written on our pdf boarding passes that it must be printed out, Abdou made sure to arrange the printing for us, but unfortunately mid way, we realized that we have already ran out of cash. In the end, we just decided to gamble and just went to the airport. Turns out you dont need to print it. The crew in the check-in counter will do it for you (easyjet).

The air-conditioning in our room didn't really cool the place. Woke up a few times in sweats. I wish they can improve this because the place gas so much potential, everybody was so kind and the place was spectacular.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay! A special thanks to Abdul and the owner for their warm hospitality, they went out of their way to accommodate us, even providing a room despite a booking error, which we truly appreciate. The place felt like home, and the adorable cats added an extra dose of joy, especially for my son, who absolutely loved their company. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

Our overall stay was smooth and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the hospitality during our time there. However, the checkout experience left us disappointed. A lady staff member (I believe her name was Husna) displayed unprofessional behaviour by unnecessarily suspecting us of taking away towels. Despite fully cooperating and allowing our bags to be checked, the situation cost us precious time and spoiled our mood for the day, causing us to miss a few planned spots. I sincerely request the management to address such issues with patience and ensure that all necessary items are verified at the time of check-in to avoid such misunderstandings. It would save guests from facing such uncomfortable moments at checkout and ensure a pleasant experience throughout.

We were welcomed by Amine into the Riyad and he was so kind and caring. He took really good care of us and made sure we were okay. Breakfast was always amazing and tasty. We tried so many fresh fruit and an assortment of sweets. The location of the Riyad is great as everything is near you. The souks are just 5 - 10 mins walk. Amine was the person who made our stay at the Riyad the best. He is such a lovely person and would always make Moroccan tea for us when we came back after our excursions. He made sure we were ready for our excursions, packing us some food, making sure the driver comes, making sure we were on time and safe. Amine truly looked after us and I couldn't have asked for better. Amine was the angel who made us feel part of Morocco.

There was not a window in the room, which is not that comfortable.

Location was great. 10 minute walk to Jemaa El Fna, Koutubia Mosque and Bahia Palace. An old refitted building it is nonethe less comfortable and clean. Staff dpoke good English and was helpful. Offers a good breakfast

Getting to the Riad is tough as it is inside the Medina. However, the car can drop you off a few minute walk from the Riad. For those with mobility issues request for ground floor room.
