La habitación, la cama era una tabla, el baño estaba sucio, el aire casi no funcionaba, las toallas olían muy mal…. Experiencia nefasta

Mooi, eenvoudig maar meer als prima verblijf! Vriendelijk personeel, mooi en schone kamers.

De donkere steegjes. Het is dicht bij het centrum naar toch als het avond is, zijn het toch wel erg donkere smalle steegjes waar scooters hard voorbij komen gereden.

ok i tell you more about my journey me and my wife when i was traying to book on this hotel we looked at the photo of the room we did like it but the truth is al fake look nice in the photo but when we arrive the room was verry small for 2 person verry verry tiny and dirty is completely different from the picture on you see on the advert

Struttura del Riad interna graziosa, posizione comoda alla piazza principale, buona colazione

Camera non pulita, tanta polvere ovunque. Bagno inagibile, tubature vecchie e arrugginite. Avevamo una perdita in bagno e non avevano altre stanze libere in sostituzione da offrirci. Abbiamo aspettato il tecnico (perdendo tempo della nostra vacanza) senza risolvere il problema xke il bagno continuava a perdere. Avevamo quindi la camera che odorava di fogna. Ci è stata promessa almeno per il giorno dopo una camera diversa mai arrivata. Nessun cambio asciugamani ( anche loro x nulla profumati). Va bene il prezzo basso ma sarebbe meglio un minimo di pulizia in più

El Riad es muy bonito y espacioso, el personal increíblemente amable y hospitalario. Los espacios comunes eran muy lindos y tranquilos, los pajaritos iban a visitarte mientras comías tu desayuno. La habitación era espaciosa y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Ubicado en la Medina estás cerca de casi todo a pie. Tienes un kiosco justo al lado donde podrás comprar agua fresca a buen precio. La zona estaba muy iluminada por lo que caminar de noche no es un problema.

Cuando entrabas a la habitación tenía olor a agua estancada. El wifi funcionaba muy bien en las zonas comunes pero casi nada en la habitación. El desayuno empieza en teoría 8:30 pero generalmente se servía más cerca de las 9, si te gusta arrancar temprano debes tenerlo en cuenta.

Le petit déjeuner reste le même peut un porte la durée . On a fait 3 nuits et on a eu droit au même petit déjeuner. L'accès est difficile d' accès en voiture Les chambres et douchent sont un peu vétustes.

But I will not recommended walking there around up 00:00hs... Just have to be careful, it's a little bit dark the little streets around the hotel... The toilet was not so nice, enough for 3 nights but not the best one, also without shampoo and conditioner for hair...

La posizione centrale è perfetta dentro la Medina. Gli arredi e lo stile del Riad, e la colazione ottima.

Il bagno è in condizioni al limite dell'accettabile, il water sin dal nostro arrivo ha sempre avuto un'odore forte e sgradevole di urina, fili e tubi rappecettati ovunque all'arrangiata, rubinetti e gruppo doccia scrostati con la cromatura rovinata e stuccati al muro in modo orrendo e approssimato. Non vi erano prodotti per la doccia né sapone, né il phon nonostante fossero tutti dichiarati sulla descrizione di booking. Non ci hanno mai rifatto il letto né dato nuovi asciugamani puliti che in 2 notti ok ci si passa sopra. Un interruttore della luce era mezzo ciondolo i con i fili elettrici a vista, da aver paura ogni volta a toccarlo. Carina la zona comune, molto bella, ma non ci tornerei.

Le riad est sympathique et bien placé pour visiter la ville, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel agréable.

Notre chambre tout en haut de la terrasse n'était pas particulièrement jolie comme les autres chambres du riad. La SDB était très vieille et en mauvais état. Dommage car cela enlevait un peu l'esprit magique du lieu, chambre à éviter.

Sehr schöner Innenhof, nette Leute, gutes Frühstück, Klimaanlage lief gut.

Eigene Küche nicht nutzbar, es hätte ein ganz bisschen sauberer sein können.

Reda, Abdel Wahab and the whole team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had great conversations and really enjoyed getting to know them. Our ground-floor room was lovely, breakfast was amazing, and the riad itself has beautiful architecture. Reda also arranged a taxi that was waiting for us right on arrival. We felt very safe and at home here!

Il riad é molto pulito e il ragazzo che se ne occupa é molto disponibile e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

Il wi-fi é lento, bisognerebbe trovare una soluzione a questo.

Il cortile, la colazione al sacco la mattina della partenza e l'aria condizionata ben funzionante e regolabile.

La stanza era buia, la porta oggettivamente non dà senso si sicurezza e scarsa è stata pulizia generale. Il bagno purtroppo è difficile da definire come tale, inoltre la finestrella non si chiudeva ed effacciava sul cortile comune.. anche il sapore era strano a mio avviso. Inoltre nell'attesa per la camera non ci è stato offerto il thè marocchino, mi rendo conto possa sembrare una piccolezza ma è proprio un usanza ed in qualsiasi altro posto nei quali ho soggiornato lì in Marocco è stato fatto. Letti discreti, materassi non puliti adeguatamente. Tutto sommato: sufficente. Paghi quello che ottieni, ovvero poco. Se hai standard medio-alto sicuramente non è il posto che fa per te.

A beautiful and authentic Moroccan riad, located about 15 minutes from Jemaa el-Fnaa and 10 minutes from the souks. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although the facilities are quite basic. The courtyard can get quite warm in summer as it is not very well ventilated, so the seating area could be improved. The riad is also only a couple of minutes’ walk from a road accessible by cars, which is convenient. The young man who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. He helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and assisted us with other things during our stay, making our visit to Marrakech much easier and more enjoyable.

The soap provided was not of very good quality, and no shampoo was provided. Although the riad’s courtyard is beautiful, it is not adequately ventilated, which can make it quite hot in summer. Unfortunately, the water fountain was also not working during our stay.

L’établissement est plutôt bien situé, nous avons fait nos sorties en famille à pied ( la palais Bahia, Ménara, place jamaa El-Fnaa…. Le personnel super à l’écoute et disponible. Le petit dej traditionnel.

Il y a pas mal de chose qui sont à revoir ( le système électrique vieille prise, l’évier qui est assez fragile et ancien, le linge de lit et serviette de bain qui date, mais propre.

Emplacement proche de tout Endroit au calme.

Nous n avons pas pu prendre de petit dejeuner car nos activités commencait trop tot par rapport aux horaires.

The only positive thing I can say is that the location is good and it's in a tourist-friendly area.

My friend and I stayed at this riad for just two nights at the end of our two-week trip around Morocco. When we arrived, we weren't even offered a glass of water or a proper welcome. I asked about paying the driver for the airport transfer, and I was told I could pay when we checked out through Riad, so I trusted what I was told. The room was very small, the bathroom was dirty, and there wasn't even a bottle of drinking water in the room when we arrived. The only toiletries provided were a tiny bottle of cheap soap that looked like it cost less than €1. For €73 for two nights, I expected much better. What really made me write this review was what happened next. While I was in the Agafay Desert, I suddenly received a message demanding that I hurry up and pay the €25 transfer fee. They made me feel like I was planning to run away over €25, even though they had specifically told me I could pay at the end of my stay. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the riad was incredibly noisy. Both the staff and other guests were loud late into the night, even at 2 a.m. It was impossible to relax or get a decent night's sleep.

Parto dal confermare che la Riad è molto carina, se non bella. Potrebbe esserlo maggiormente se ci fosse più attenzione all'igiene in quanto nella nostra camera il lavandino aveva difficoltà a scaricare l'acqua. Questo è solo una piccolezza come tanti altri piccoli dettagli, che penso si possano trovare in qualsiasi tipo di Riad. Camera di dimensioni tirate con poco spazio dove appoggiare la valigia, senza un armadio o ripiani per appoggiare gli indumenti o oggetti diversi. Inoltre mancavano le salviette per il viso. In sostanza come rapporto qualità-prezzo ci sta alla grande per una notte.

La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de la Medina. Sin ruido. Nos levantamos antes de la hora del desayuno y el día anterior nos dieron unas magdalenas y zumos. El Riad tenía un patio interior muy bonito. Y el hombre que nos atendió muy amable. Llegamos tarde y nos fuimos muy pronto así que no disfrutamos mucho del Riad ni de la habitación

La habitación muy grande pero el baño un rollo porque se salía el agua de la ducha para el resto del baño.

Le stationnement est une affaire tres delicate quant on veux sejourner dans un riad en pleine medina de marrakech

El patio de arriba para tomar algo. Y era bonito en general.

Los baños olían mal, lo que hacía que la habitación oliera mal. La limpieza deja algo que desear.

El recepcionista fue encantador y estuvo siempre muy atento, dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno era el típico de la zona y estaba delicioso. Aunque no era tipo buffet y cada día ofrecían el mismo menú, la calidad era muy buena. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece muchísimo debido al calor que hace en la ciudad. El segundo día teníamos una excursión que empezaba muy temprano, por lo que no íbamos a poder desayunar en el riad. Sin que tuviéramos que insistir, el recepcionista se ofreció a prepararnos el desayuno el día anterior para que pudiéramos llevárnoslo y disfrutarlo durante la actividad. Fue un detalle que valoramos mucho. Justo debajo del riad hay una tienda donde se puede comprar agua, aunque creemos que también la venden en el propio alojamiento. Como recomendación, conviene preguntar siempre el precio antes de comprar, ya que en algunos lugares, si no lo haces, pueden cobrarte más de lo debido. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, no se puede pedir mucho más. Es un alojamiento económico y, teniendo en cuenta lo que cuesta, cumple con lo básico, aunque hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar para hacer la estancia más cómoda.

Como aspectos a mejorar, las habitaciones no tienen ventanas al exterior. En nuestro caso, la única ventana daba al patio interior y no a la calle. El baño desprendía un olor bastante desagradable. Lo comunicamos al personal, pero no recibimos ninguna solución ni respuesta. La habitación no tenía una puerta convencional, sino una corredera que, además, estaba rota, por lo que no había apenas intimidad. En el alojamiento indican que es obligatorio llevar las tarjetas de embarque impresas al 100 %. Sin embargo, nosotros utilizamos las tarjetas digitales y no tuvimos ningún problema, por lo que las imprimimos innecesariamente. El riad está bien ubicado, aunque por la noche la zona puede resultar algo intimidante si se va caminando solo. También anuncian que proporcionan artículos de aseo, pero únicamente había un pequeño bote de jabón para las manos. Además, no disponían de toalla de mano, alfombrilla para los pies ni cortina o mampara en la ducha, algo que habría hecho la estancia más cómoda. Por último, la cama de matrimonio era bastante incómoda: se notaban mucho los muelles del colchón y las sábanas se salían continuamente. En cambio, la cama individual resultó mucho más cómoda.

Las camas muy cómodas,una matrimonial y tres individuales y el desayuno podría ser mejor, pero por el precio que tiene (BARATO) esta bien, nos dejaron dejar las maletas todo el día hasta la noche k nos fuimos para el aeropuerto

El baño, la ducha no tenía nada de presión, en mi opinión necesitaría una reforma, no hay donde guardar la ropa, ya que una de las camas estaba donde el armario, en las fotos de booking se veía mejor, tenía un baño para 5 personas

La Habitación tenia el baño un olor asqueroso, nuestro fallo no haber reclamado desde un principio, deberían mirar eso y no dar esa habitación, el baño al ducharse no se iba tenia una bolsa metida dentro que tubimos que sacar en fin fue la habitacion muy fea que nos dieron

The riad was in an ideal location and the initial impression of the downstairs lobby/ guest area was positive. The space was beautiful when we first walked in and represented Morocco well. The staff were also lovely and a great first impression.

Unfortunately we had a very uncomfortable nights sleep, as the room was located on the rooftop in direct sunlight which resulted in a large amount of trapped heat. There was an AC, however we found it wasn’t enough to cool the space. Due to the lack of airflow, the bathroom would not cool with the AC and the facilities were disappointing with a broken shower head. The beds themselves were also fairly uncomfortable, with the pillows being considerably lumpy. The facilities were unfortunately not very clean either. This may just be a reflection of our room, as the ones in the initial lobby may have been cooler and of a different standard.

La veritat és que el riad ens va encantar. Era la segona vegada que anàvem a Marrakech i vam repetir perquè té molt d’encant. Està situat a només uns deu minuts de la plaça Jemaa el-Fna, la plaça principal de Marrakech, cosa que el fa molt pràctic per moure’s a peu. El tracte del personal va ser impecable. Tot i que el riad és antic, precisament això forma part del seu encant i li dona molta personalitat. També vam estar molt bé pel que fa a la temperatura. Tot i fer molta calor a Marrakech, ens deixaven l’aire condicionat encès durant el dia perquè, en tornar, l’habitació estigués en perfecte estat. L’esmorzar típic marroquí també ens va agradar molt, i el personal va ser excel·lent en tot moment. 100% recomanable.

A localização, mas o mais forte foi a simpatia e a disponibilidade dos funcionários. 5 estrelas.

Só passamos cá a noite, éramos dois casais com filhos, o nosso quarto era bom, o outro casal ficou num quarto no último andar onde havia um barulho repetitivo e por isso dormiram mal. Não tomamos o pequeno almoço porque saímos ás 7h para a excursão do Sahara. Ainda falamos com o anfitrião mas ele disse que não conseguia prepar nada para comermos antes de sair.

La limpieza y olor dejan bastante que desear. En nuestro baño no había ni un espejo. La taza del ex no estaba anclada al suelo y se movía.

这个院子很漂亮，晚上也很安静。位置不错。热水充足。早餐也不错。距离德吉玛广场步行可达。

老板推荐和指引的停车场价格十分昂贵，需要100迪拉姆一天，实际上周边同样有人值守的停车场，有50迪拉姆一天的。帐篷房在顶楼，没有电梯，搬运行李略有不便，WIFI信号也不大好。当然在顶楼露台喝茶是很舒服的。

Lovely bedroom with beautiful view on the interior riad from the top.

There's a strange smell coming from the bathroom at the end of the day; it's not dirty, but it smells like mold. I think the extreme heat of the day combined with poor ventilation creates this bad smell. Once we turned on the air conditioning, everything seems to disappear.

The place was nice, Abdelwahab was very friendly and welcoming and very hospitable. Overall the place was really good.
