Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Easy accessibility to parking and to the apartment. Friendly security. Apartment itself was very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable furniture and provided amenities. View was also amazing and was very quiet from both neighbours and outside noise.

Kurang@ sukar utk mncari kedai yg menjual barang keperluan seprti 99 peedmart @ kk mart(kedai runcit)

Op de foto’s bij Booking zag het er prima uit. Maar in werkelijkheid is het oude zooi. Lelijk, kaal en volledig sfeerloos. De prijs is te hoog voor wat je krijgt. De kraan in de keuken zit helemaal los. De douchekop moet je vasthouden anders krijg je geen water over je heen. De bedden zijn keihard en je voelt de springveren als je erin ligt. Er waren hele colonies kleine miertjes (10 hoog!) waardoor je niets eetbaars neer kon leggen. Dit alles heb ik doorgegeven aan de verhuurder, en als reactie kreeg ik de vraag of ik een 10-score zou willen geven. Nou helaas: die gaat er niet komen.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2025Overall okay but need to improve :- 1. Provide second bedroom cloth hanger to hang towel, T-shirt etc 2. Provide ridsect. Because Insects and lizards at kitchen and living room. 3. Provide some tea/coffee 3in1 in sachets at least we have some thing to drink at midnight or early morning 4. Confusing for 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Because both of the bottles are shampoo. 5. To provide rugs/minimal carpets at living room/ in front tv. 6. Inconvenience for Muslim guest for a the stray dogs surrounding condo and a group of them at main entrance. Hope you as residents take a necessary action and complaint to JMB to prevent surrounding more ‘clean’. 7. An abandoned of swimming pool and outdoor playground. - no maintenance

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell and was a bit dirty; the living room floor was dusty. When we first arrived, the kitchen stove was unusable and covered in oil. Thankfully, the owner helped us find another solution.

Unit not well maintained. Slanting dining table, not properly clean, washing machine door stiff and difficult to open. Spider web sighted at the ceiling edges and many cabinets and utensils found to be faulty and stained / rusty.

Reviewed May 25, 2024The view (awesome!), the location, the infinity pool, the basic facilities in the apartment like the awesome big fridge and washing machine, the quiet, the excellent water pressure, the wifi and the parking space.
It's very minor and not a deal breaker but the dining table is slanted and not stable, the built in microwave and stove not working (luckily there is an extra induction cooker in the drawer), hot water from the water filter machine is not working, the floor is cold (would be nice if some disposable indoor slipper was prepared for guests), would appreciate a small dustbin in the bathroom or outside the bathroom for small trash and the TV don't have any streaming station as mentioned in the description.
