Reviewed Jan 8, 2026The sea view, pool, and other amenities such as the gym are fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped with a water purifier and cutleries. The apartments are extremely clean, neatly organised, and come with preset Netflix and other channels. .
It seems there might be an issue with the hot water in the common bathroom shower. Additionally, the TV in A-16-2 appears to have some sound problems, making it difficult to enjoy a movie.

House is not clean.Wall a lot of stain.Bathroom door see thru.so clear.Water hose is dirty . Dogs are averywhere at entrance of the building . Uncomfortable. No cold water.Old kind of water dispenser. Hot water on & off.Towels tear like floor mat.No shop / food place nearby I dont recommend this unit.Not suitable for muslims.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Blízkost k letišti. Krátká cesta na něj ráno před odletem byla hlavní důvod výběru tohoto apartmánu. Zařízení bylo velice pěkné a moderní, v ubytování nic nechybělo. Bazén byl příjemné překvapení, byl velice hezký a skoro prázdný, jen ostraha byla velice přísná co se týče ženských plavek.
Blízkost k letišti. Při příletu zpět do Penangu jsme měli veliký problém sehnat Grab z letiště na toto ubytování. Každý řidič čekající na letišti jízdu po přijmutí zrušil, pravděpodobně s vidinou vyššího zisku z cesty do georgetownu. Museli jsme pěšky z letiště, aby nás vzal jiný řidič mimo něj. Ale tohle není problém ubytování, jen je dobré s touto možností počítat pro lidi, co nemají transfer dohodnutý jinak.

Airco in masterbedroom works so so. Nearby area is pretty depressing. Around a lot of empty lots. Walking dogs around. Look for somethings in city center.

Water dispenser for hot water with faulty lever. Lever did not close back and hence hot water still pouring down after removing cup. Ensuite shower drainage poor. Door locks fiddly to open and lock. Kitchen tap leaking and wobbly.
