The facilities in the apartment was nice. The host also responsive to my question. Overall it was a nice apartment.

I'm a bit disappointed that there's no curtains because of the previous clients. I know its not the host fault but I hope the host can find solution quickly, to solve this kind of issue.

Overall this place ok

No curtains in the main area so a bit hot 🥵 in the afternoon even with air conditioning on

tempat yang sangat strategic dekat dengan banyak tempat² menarik..urusan check in and out sangat mudah

bantal terlalu keras harap boleh diganti dengan yang lebih lembut..hanya menyediakan 1slot parking kalau datang lebih satu kereta yang lain tu kena parking di tempat parking berbayar..

No cupboards or dressers. Only 5 bowls and 5 mugs. No plates. No face cloths or hand towels. No toaster. The rooms were very small so the pictures were deceiving on the advertisement. They only provided the bare minimum and didn't tell us about the infinity pool behind the climbing wall. Fortunately, the maintenance man did when he saw one of us swimming a few times a day. The most disappointing thing was the keys are needed to use the elevator and with 4 adults this became a challenge even though he did give us a second key.

Location is good.

The Unit is dirty and untidy. The bed is not clean, whole night caused itchiness.

Ni darii sudut pandangan saya Bilik no. 2 agak sempit untuk letak katil bersaiz king n single.. aircond di ruang tamu kurang sejuk mungkin perlu servis Dan jika boleh sediakan lampu putih dlm bilik mndi sebab bg sy dalam agak seram 😅 sebab tile dinding warna hitam jika lampu bilik mndi putih agk oky.

Very comfortable stay and cute deco with plushies around. Awesome view at level 41. Additional mattress given , a plus point here . Can stay 7 people comfortably. Or more if dont mind sleeping on the sofa.

Need to change the ironing board. The stand is broken. The plug points near the tv not working , hope you can fix it. The building lifts (elevator) is very very slow. At times we had to wait for 20 minutes to get down or up. Maybe the management can do something about it .

Bed more then enough and cleans.

Too high 41 floor so difficult to get the lift. Collect the security deposit better earlier one day or 12 hour and no filter water.

The unit was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful sea and city view from the window. Location was convenient, just a short drive to Georgetown. Check-in process was smooth and the host was friendly and responsive.

Everything is great

I experienced a problem accessing Level 3 of the parking structure. On two separate occasions, the automatic gate did not open and prevented my car from proceeding to that level. The rest of the parking seems accessible, but this specific gate issue has made it difficult to park where I need to.

It's high floor and has a stunning view of penang. GRAB is very convenient, home away from home feeling. Nice decor. Kitchenette equipped. There was shower cream and shampoo.

Ceiling fan need a cleanup. Need a little bit of house keeping and maintenance.

The view was perfect. We got the 41st floor. The apartment was amazing.

The checkin process was not that smooth. We had requested for early checkin but still got the room at 2:45pm.

We had a veryyyy nice stay over here! The view is superb, you can see the entire Penang from the window. Georgetown city is not that far, only 5 minutes away. So the location is really near with the city and the traffic is okay over here. Would definitely comeback again over here! Super nice owner too ❤️

Waiting time for the lift takes too long.

The house was comfortable and had a nice view with swimming pool facility.

The sofabed was not comfortable and recommended to have more plug points to charge our electronic devices.

Location is easy to travel anywhere in Penang island. Check-in information given was very clear. Towels were given. Lots of soft toys in the units to cuddle. 2 of the lifts were down and we feedback to Bryson. He responded and informed the management about it. And the 2 lifts were working again.

The lift could take awhile since the unit is at high floor especially during the check-in time where a lot of other travellers check-in too. Water drips in the common bathroom which is very annoying for light sleepers in the middle of the night. Not the unit's problem but nearby unit were singing karaoke at night which affected some of us who trying to sleep early. They did stop at midnight though.

The unit was clean and had a great view, fully equipped with basic amenities plus a cosy kitchen.

Need to wait lift a bit longer especially when check out. Only 2 list can be used.

Almost everything was perfect. It's on the top level and view was awesome. Facilities were in order and the place was clean and decorated with cute soft toys. There's everything we need - 2 bedrooms, one with a big bed and extra mattress, and private bathroom. The other room comes with 2 beds. Electricity extensions are underneath the bed. Washing machine and drying rack are available. No washing powder, but you can easily get your own. Parking is included. Did not manage to use the condo facilities. Very nice and friendly owner, super responsive. We stayed for 2 days. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Nothing. Owner was responsive when the tv didn't work, so it's not a big deal after all.
