Reviewed Nov 9, 2025The places are absolutely fantastic and the views are so wonderful. It's so cozy and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and great at dealing with my situation. The gym and pools are very clean and well maintained as well. Worth repeating it again.
For a reminder that on the weekend, elevators are super packed and it causes you to wait more than 15 minutes so do plan it when you want to check out.

The drain covers in the bathrooms were left open and when reported to the host, the response was to close them myself. By right, the cleaner should close them before leaving. The bathrooms can be cleaned better.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The homestay was spotless and well-equipped, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is convenient, close to eateries and tourist spots. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay.
The main issue during my stay was the lift. It was very slow, and sometimes I had to wait quite a long time before it arrived. This could be inconvenient, especially when you are in a rush or carrying things. It would be much better if the lift service was improved.

Didnt feel very cosy or homely but that's what you pay for I guess Some things could have felt cleaner (we found the bed duvet in one of the rooms felt like there was something like insects on it) Lifts will take minutes off your life, be prepared to wait. Construction in nearby apartment blocks and started early on weekdays. Blinds were very thin. Was about a 10 minute drive into Georgetown.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2025The unit: Good. The air conditioner in the living hall was leaking. The owner sent a staff member but could not resolve the issue. The furniture is a bit fragile, and some are already broken. For long-term use, the owner should select sturdy furniture. The iron and iron board are not good quality. The DIY Iron is not able to iron clothes very well, and the iron board is too low. The owner needs to upgrade these facilities. The condominium: Worst experience using lift. A few times, we had to come down the stairs. It is not suitable for older people or children. Management needs to resolve this issue if the owner wants to return customers, and management needs to improve the lift service. I think this will be my first and last stay in this condominium unless reviews say otherwise regarding the lift services. Recommendation: The lift should be divided into zones: Lifts 1 and 2 for units on floors 12-22 and parking floors and lifts 3&4 for units on floors 23 to 42 and parking floors. Parking: Good and wide. Facilities: Swimming pool need further maintenance.

The lift facilities were very bad. It was disappointing. The bathroom doors did not close properly. We had to wait for 20 mins for the elevator to be available. Also it charged the most among all the places we've visited in Malaysia and somehow provided the worst service

Reviewed Jul 1, 2024-Love the suite we could capture sunset and sunrise view from the suite. We can even dry our clothe with the direct sunlight received ! -Clean facility and new appliances - beautiful clean and quiet environment -useful facilities- park for exercise , and big swimming pool area.
