Appartement propre et confortable et très bien situé - accès rapide et direct à Gamla Stan. Quartier paisible mais proche de commerces et rues animées et charmantes.

la posizione centrale. la cura dell'ospite, c'era tutto sia in bagno che in cucina. abbiamo passato un soggiorno confortevole. lenzuola, asciugamani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, addirittura struccante per occhi, crema corpo. e in cucina olio, spezie, sale, tutto il necessario per cenare.

nulla da segnalare nella dotazione e posizione dell'appartamento, sicuramente un pò caro rispetto allo standard di altri alloggi presi in altri paesi visitati.

Très bonne localisation.

Prix extrêmement élevé & très excessif au vu d'équipements inégaux (cuisine tb mais matelas à revoir & salle de bains exiguë).

The apartment was only one floor up from the street. Well stocked kitchen with a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. Comfortable beds. The entry app was easy to use, and we were able to store our luggage in the basement before check in. Central location near restaurants and with easy access to the subway, but far enough from the busy main shopping street.

The bar under the apartment did have loud music one night of the five we stayed, but it was done around midnight. The second bedroom only has enough room for the bed, but it was private with the curtains closed and there is a closet in the hallway outside that room to store your stuff.

Veldig sentralt på Sôdermalm, men likevel stille gate. Hyggelig leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Vi var her i julen i fjor også. Kom tilbake i år fordi leiligheten er perferkt i forhold til våre behov

Die Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang!

Prachtig huis op een mooie plek in Stockholm, alle voorzieningen in de buurt.

Meer een opmerking om je te realiseren (geen echt negatief punt), je zit ik een hippe en drukke wijk. Het blijft hierdoor wat langer onrustig op straat. Maar als je dat weet is het absoluut niet erg

Die Lage der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, die Größe der Wohnung für eine vierköpfige Familie auch, ABER...

... die Wohnung machte eher den Eindruck, als sei sie sonst privat bewohnt (Schränke egal in welchem Zimmer mit persönlichen Sachen voll, z.B. Medikamente, Ohropax, Socken, Fotoalben...). Darüberhinaus war die Wohnung auch sehr schmutzig (Spiegel, Geschirrtuch). Sehr schlimm war der Geschirrspüler, der extrem schimmelig war. Das kann auch eine Proseccoflasche nicht rausreißen.

Zugang zum Gebäude nur mittels App, funktionierte aber problemlos. Freundlicher Gastgeber, man wird zuverlässig mit den erforderlichen Informationen versorgt. Gute Lage und Infrastruktur, die Metro-Station ist sehr nah gelegen.

Leider war es das schmutzigste Appartment, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, es ist nichts wirklich sauber. Die Fotos geben nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Viele Möbel sind abgewohnt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr beengt und hat kein Fenster nach außen. Insbesondere das Backrohr und der Geschirrspüler sind in einem Zustand, dass sie eigentlich nicht mehr verwendet werden können. Alle Abflüsse im Bad verstopft. Dass der Duschvorhang fehlt und man wegen der missglückten Wahl der Badewanne unweigerlich das Bad überschwemmt, fällt kaum noch ins Gewicht.

Good location easy access by public transport. Shops and restaurants nearby. Jesper is nice and helpful host. We arrived Stockholm in the morning in a cold and rainy day. We called Jesper for assistance, he responsed promptly and let us to leave our luggages. The property has a well-equipped kitchen.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment, smooth communication with the host and convenient access to everything one could need - hope to come back sometime 💛

Could use a shower curtain

One of the bedrooms was great. The other one wasn't really a proper bedroom; probably would be ok for 1 or 2 children, but for an adult there was *no* room besides the bed. It was a really great location, and a good flat, apart from the previously mentioned second bedroom.

Such a great location with very easy access. Really clean and comfortable space. Would definitely come back!

Excellent location, perfectly clean, extremely comfortable apartment. Easy access to the block and the apartment. Very close to the underground. Great place for families.

Straightforward and easy to access. Met the owner who was very helpful.

The only drawback is that the apartment is not strictly 2-bedroom. The second bedroom is more of a box room and windowless. That said, the rest of the apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. Ideal for a couple with perhaps young children, less so for 2 older adult couples. Also, a little noisy with an active nightlife in the area, but it is very central.
