Het was slecht schoongemaakt, we hebben alles af moeten wassen omdat het plakte en de wc was niet schoongemaakt. Na melding is er wek iets aan gedaan. Het zijn twee appartementen naast elkaar met een doorgang waar een plank tussen is bevestigd met boven en onder ruimte. We konden alles horen van de buren.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Amazing views. You have the sight and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore as a background. The perfect place to find stillness. Shops and other amenities nearby. And only 10 minutes away from Mossel Bay. Met a few bokke (actual antelopes) more than once.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Everything however the price rate suggests Jacobs Kronung coffee sachets should be offered to the guests - quality over quantity :) . The owner could also consider filling the refrigerator with a few things like bottled water and soda and allow the guest to consume it and pay for it when they check out or bill them for if when they check out

A little cramped for kitchen utilities. The adjoining 4 sleeper unit is only separated by a portable divider, could be intrusive but we were the sole occupants on this occasion.

No washing up facilities were provided. No kitchen sink. The only thing provided was a square basin and can't wash dishes without running water. Also fridge didn't work properly. This is not a self catering place!

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Great location near the beach. Nice view from the balcony, and a huge, comfortable bed. Good parking and felt nice and secure. Not super luxury, but fine for the price. It's all clean and tidy, and the bed is excellent.
We assumed the tap water wasn't for drinking as there was a half full 5 litre water bottle by the sink. Not really clear, but as we were only here one night it didn't really matter. Might be worth checking.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026That is a very big beautifull room that is very stylish furnished. It got a big covered veranda with windows which look over the sea. All the equipments that you need is there. It is very private and safe. It is beautifull to lay on the bed and have a fantastic few on the sea

Access might be an issue for someone with mobility issues (owners might have solution for this, did not discuss).

I suggest that the owners consider adding another outside door (not difficult to do) to allow more privacy to the room we stayed in. People have to walk past our stoep and kitchenette to access their room. That is really what distracts from the place's outstanding offerings. That is why I cannot give a 10. We'd stay there again but that suggestion is an easy and permanent quick fix to make the place 10 out of 10!

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025Morning coffee, whilst watching the beautiful dolphin playing and surfing on the waves , the crashing of the waves, the birds singing on a beautiful tree in front. Neat gardens. Beautifully allocated braai area with views of the ocean. Very very spacious unit. Hosts were excellent. The fishing was excellent. We caught fish and braised them fresh. Was delicious

Hallway from bedroom to bathroom is effectively a screened off stairwell from the house above; it could be finished better. Toilet is unusually tall high.

Not a problem for us, but for elderly people with mobility problems the terrain was very steep making our way to the room. This of course added to the spectacular view.
