Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro, lo que hace que sea muy fácil llegar a todos los lugares de interés y disfrutar de la ciudad. Además, el trato ha sido excelente y nos han facilitado mucho la estancia, especialmente con el servicio de traslado desde y hasta el aeropuerto, que fue muy cómodo y práctico. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo y lo recomiendo totalmente para disfrutar de Marrakech.

لايوجد وسيلة إلى وصول الفندق الا السير على الأقدام تقريبا 400 متر عن موقف السيارات حيث يمنع دخول السيارات الدخول في ساحه الفناء وموقع الفندق داخل زنقه غير مرئي لزائر مما يجعل الوصل اليه صعب ويتطلب مساعده ايضا لايوجد فيه مصعد يجب عليك استخدام الأدراج ولايوجد في الحمام شطافه لطهاره

Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients avec le sourire. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Les équipements mis à disposition sont de grande qualité et contribuent à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également apprécié l’attention portée aux détails et l’excellent niveau de service proposé par l’établissement. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour

They really went above and beyond and put a smile on my face throughout the whole stay. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Estuvimos alojados una noche mi mujer, mi hija pequeña y yo, y la verdad es que no podemos estar más contentos con la experiencia. Viajábamos con una bebé y nos encontramos con la agradable sorpresa de que la cuna ya estaba preparada en la habitación cuando llegamos. Son detalles que parecen pequeños, pero que cuando viajas en familia se agradecen muchísimo. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable. Está súper cerca de la plaza de Jemaa el-Fna, Y si hay alguien que merece una mención especial es Hicham, Nos atendió con una amabilidad extraordinaria, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Da gusto encontrarse con personas tan cercanas y profesionales. Nos hemos sentido muy bien tratados y, sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech repetiremos. Un lugar muy recomendable, tanto por su ubicación como por el trato que hemos recibido.

Reviewed May 30, 2026L'emplacement, le personnel adorable, le rapport qualité-prix, la possibilité d'avoir un taxi pour l'aéroport, petit-déjeuner très copieux.
Au-dessus de la suite, sur le toit, il y a un restaurant. Donc le soir, nous entendons tous les déplacements de chaises et tables jusqu'à très tard. Si vous vous baladez tard le soir ce n'est pas problématique, mais si vous voulez vous reposer ou dormir, c'est très bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin environ. Ça mériterait une meilleure isolation sonore, mais à part ça c'était très bien.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Un personnel remarquable : De la réception aux agents de sécurité, en passant par le personnel de ménage, tout le monde est d'une gentillesse, d'une bienveillance et d'une serviabilité exemplaires. Emplacement idéal : L'hôtel donne directement sur la place Jemaa el-Fna. La grande terrasse offre une vue superbe (quelques traces de pigeons anecdotiques qui ne gâchent en rien l'expérience). Propreté irréprochable : Le ménage est fait par des professionnels (ce qui est rare en riad). Les chambres sont impeccables, sans poussière ni taches, et sentent très bon. Équipements et services : Très bonne connexion internet, climatisation, thé/café/eau à disposition, et mini-frigo. Mention spéciale pour le massage relaxant d'une heure réalisé par Zahira et Khouloud, deux professionnelles accueillantes et souriantes. Les chambres testées : Suite View (n°110 - 6 nuits) : Immense lit, canapé-lit, vue directe sur la place et nécessaire de toilette complet. Seuls petits bémols : l'évacuation du lavabo était un peu lente et le couvercle de la poubelle était cassé. Suite Junior (n°107 - 2 nuits) : Plus petite mais tout aussi bien équipée. Seul bémol : la climatisation y fonctionnait moins bien. En résumé : Malgré de légers détails techniques, l'expérience globale est excellente. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés !

Reviewed May 5, 2026Great location but hard to find - taxi driver could not get me very close so had to walk through a crowded narrow path of the market with my luggage with no clear direction of where I was going. I had a back massage at the spa which was excellent.
The room was not ready for check in at 3 pm. Had to wait until 4:38 to get into my room. It was located next to the reception desk and staff spoke very loudly so I could not sleep (it got quieter by 11 pm though).

Reviewed May 5, 2026Anything and everything about this Riad/hotel and its staff is just exceptional. Every person/staff from front desk to the security personnel is amazing, and super helpful, they did also help us arrange transfers , train reservations questions, safe storage of our luggage when we took a 3 day Sahara tour. Our special note to thanks to Anas who went an extra mile to help and guide us with information and pointers almost every day of our stay at the hotel. And to top it up the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jemaa El Fna Square. The rooms we stayed at over looking the square, were sound proof quite well and as desired.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Riad Jemaa El fna (viaggio di coppia) La struttura è molto pulita e silenziosa nonostante sia situata al centro dove si sviluppa la Medina. Zona comoda per spostarsi a piedi e visitare i quartieri del suq e la Qasba. I ragazzi della reception sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ottima l’esperienza con hammam e massaggio
