1BR Condo beside Abreeza Mall, Davao City with 200 mbps WI-FI speed

The layout of the studio was excellent - dining area and living room became a great place to entertain my visitors - we felt very relaxed and comfy Since the bed was behind a wooden divider, it became more private. I liked that the host paid airborne to the small details like a mini dresser,a nightstand, and beddings that were very decent. The 17th floor view of the city was awesome! The bathroom size was just perfect, even for my American husband's size, and the kitchen was complete with working amenities! Evidently the condo was very well maintained and cared for. I definitely enjoyed my 6 days stay, had my friends over like it was my very own home. Besides, the staff of Inspiria were very very helpful.. 👌 will book here again!

I just didn't like how the elevators took so long to be emptied and that the key lock/ container outside the door kept on falling off.

The home was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent . The building is quiet but unfortunately had a bad smell. The reception staff is friendly but the security is the opposite. They are using different employees in the security staff and need training on how to be friendly to people in the building !

The building had a odor, unfriended security in the building and slow elevators!

The Property's location is excellent, especially when your errands are nearby. The mall just beside the place is a plus point, where you can easily go when you need something.

While I generally like the property, I encountered some unpleasant experiences. The blanket and pillowcase had a strong, saliva-like odor, making them unappealing and uncomfortable to use. Consequently, I chose not to use them during my stay. I hope this review will be forwarded directly to the owner so they can address these issues and prevent future guests from facing similar problems. My intention is not to harm their reputation, but rather to offer constructive feedback. Other minor concerns were less noticeable and did not significantly detract from my overall impression.

Our Mother of Perpetual Church was across the street. The mall is next door and also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Complete on things if want to cook ,drink coffee use chicken things it's all there

Didn’t expect that the checkout time is 11 am. Though the owner accommodated till 12 pm upon pursuing.

Easy to find, welcoming and helpful front desk. The tips from the owner were helpful. The condo had everything needed for a short stay. It was comfortable, clean and well fitted. A nice view from the balcony.

check in long waiting even i fill up the forms 8am and send it with the gards from the lobby. dri ple check with the owner he stay other country, the gards even say to strictly the check in. 5pm check in finaly.I feel like a criminal. Other apartment same place are easy check in. The electricity and key lock are difficult to activate.
