Great location. Awesome front desk and property manager support.

The room had a really bad smell due to dirty air condition filter. Front desk and property manager were quick to rectify the issue by sending someone to clean the filters even though it was very late at night.

Youre property custodian was responsive on the day of checked in. However, I emailed after the 3rd day to ask if we can request for a quick clean up but no more response. So the cleaning fee that we paid for was only one time in 6 days? We werent even asking for a terminal cleanup. Also, the bathroom is not really satisfactorily clean. The part were the bathroom sink and the wall meets, black molds were visible.

Bleuspace management procedures and information about the property, check-in / check-out, and the app was very clear, easy to use and very informative. The unit was very nice, clean, spacious, good interior design and lighting, comfortable beds, sheets and pillows, and plenty sleeping arrangements for our large group.

AC was working very well, but had a bit of a musty smell when set on higher temperatures, but not much to complain about.

The location was brilliant right next to Abreeza mall and near a club with lovely restaurants within walking distance. The bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept in and all the appliances (Tv, kitchen etc.) worked very well and we had 0 issues while staying there. We also had a lovely time in the pool but was unable to make time for the restaurant but if we stayed longer or come back in the future it will be definitely be on the to do list. Staff also got my girlfriend a cake for her birthday which was very kind and unexpected

Nothing was bad but the bathroom sink taps and shower heads could have been cleaner and the toilet seat was a little broken but nothing ruined our opinion of our stay, it was still fantastic

Good location, clean and friendly staffs. Good communications from the property owner. They even took time to ask us about how we are doing when an earthquake occured during our stay and making sure that we have a pleasant stay which is we really appreciate.

Location was good close to Abreeza & SM Lanang malls. When AC leaked they came to fix it. When AC filters needed changed they came quickly. Having Netflix was good on the stormy nights.

Looking at all the 130+ pictures in their ad we wouldn't have minded staying in any of those bright airy places. The reality was different, as our pics show. No openable windows. No natural light in living space just harsh electric lights. No airflow through the place so towels hung up after use started to smell quickly. Cracked wall left uneven. Old furniture all creaking. Bed was so wobbly when we arrived it seemd like it wasn't finished being built. AC was either on and freezing or off: temperature settings on remotes made no difference. No hot water in kitchen sink so washing dishes was not easy. Tried to charge for clean towels after first week then said it would be free. Fee for new bedclothes and no housekeeping clean offered. Pool pictures look amazing but the reality is the pool furniture is uncomfortable to the point of being off-putting: basically trying to relax on a steel frame with no cushions. Very disappointing. Not comfortable. Not worth it.

It’s close to the mall where you can buy food and necessities.

The blankets were so thin and when we tried to ask for a thicker one, they will charge us. We needed to add another layer of blankets because the only air we’re getting is from the AC since it is high rise, so it is a bit cold. The blankets were surprisingly really thin. We had multiple black outs in 1 day. We were on the 17th floor one time the black out hits and we had to walk down the stairs that high. Also we were accused of staining one of the towels, and when i asked to see the photo, they did not show it. A towel will have a regular wear and tear. We were never accused of staining a towel of our years of travel, that was actually disappointing.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and with fully equipped kitchen. Close to mall and restaurants.

I like how it’s close to commercial zones, plus the room is clean and comfortable. The support chat is responsive.

The bed mattress was smaller than the bed base. Only 1 side had a bedside cabinet. The side without a cabinet had a power point for only 1 plug so the standard lamp and phone charger could not be used at the same time.The balcony has no furniture. The bathroom didn't have a vanity unit or even a shelf. The kitchen wall cabinets, because of the cross member beam above them meant that your head collided with them when using the sink. No drying towel is provided for the cutlery and dishes. No hand towels for the kitchen and the bathroom provided.

Location was great, apartment feeled brand new and air-con one of best in Davao this far, as nice units on each room (3). Pool was nice and refreshing water, even could have been bigger. Kitchen was very nice and beds were good.

Building had issues with elevators as 2/3 were few Times broken (not long, but still caused crowd) during our stay, not renter issue but of course annoying If condomenium has technical issues. Wife would have wanted washing machine and drying rack to balcony.

We loved the room so clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool. The staff were good and polite. Thank you. God bless

I like how spacious the place are.

It took us an hour to enter the room because there’s a problem with the key. It was hot waiting outside and since we just arrived from our hectic flight, it could be great if we were able to enter the room right away. Amenities like hair dryer is hard to find as well.

Elevators take so long to arrive and residents have a habit of blocking the doors to keep the elevator at there floor. Also there was a lot a bad smells and noise coming from an adjacent room due to renovation.

The door keys and lock are difficult had to ask for the staff but staff were accomodating

What I liked most about the property was how smooth and hassle-free everything was from check-in to check-out. The place was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I also appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff/agent was through messages, which made the whole stay even better

Honestly, there was nothing major that I didn’t like about the property. Everything went smoothly during my stay. If I had to mention something minor, it would probably be that I wished I could have stayed longer because the experience was really nice.

The apartment was clean, well organized, and conveniently located near Ayala Mall, and the staff were very helpful;

However, in my opinion the overall environment is not fully suitable for PwD guests due to limited wheelchair accessibility, unsuitable bathroom access, emergency evacuation constraints, and unsafe surrounding pavements requiring wheelchair users to partially use the road.

Parken im Parkdeck, wo der Lift diirekt zum Apparment geht nicht möglich anscheinend. Somit mussten wir die Koffer über Stiegenhaus schleppen.

My family loved it. Just maybe provide cutleries and plates as it’s considered as airbnb plus the smart door lock isn’t user friendly to old people who are not techy

Room was clean and everything worked ok, shower leaked a bit but thats pretty standard for condos so no big drama. Kitchen are/fridge all good, apartment was quiet and spacious enough Location next to mall so pretty convenient for eg breakfast and meals, if you need.

No parking. Well there is but you have to pay for it and that was really not made clear on booking site. Not hugely expensive but still 500 peso per night.

The building is being remodeled and not yet grand opening. The pool and bar rooftop is unavailable out of stock. The sauna steam room in the gym unavailable out of stock I definitely recommend waiting until July when they have their grand opening to rent this place

Aparthamentos huoneemme oli erittäin siisti ja keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Tehokkaat ilmastointikoneet takasivat miellyttävän viileyden koko vierailumme ajan. WC ja suihkutila oli myös erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Wifi yhteys toimi loistavasti.

Lovely little property. Well located and comfortable.

Tried to extend for an extra day, which didn’t seem straight forward with booking.com. Had to move to the apartment next door, which was identical specification! Also both properties seem to have a leaky shower..!!

Das Apartment war angenehm eingerichtet und hatte alles notwendige für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt.

Das nicht so angenehme war, dass es zwar fast Besenrein war, aber nicht gewischt wurde. Noch viele lange Haare und 5 Minuten Barfuss ergab schwarze Füße mit anklebenden Haaren. Das Schloss der Balkontür war gebrochen und die Tür dadurch permanent offen. Es kam immer warme Luft und Strassenlärm hinein.

Condo is located in a great location next to mall . All amenities are on 6th floor and are very good…fitness room, swimming pool , restaurant are all excellent. The unit is very large with beautiful panoramic views having large windows in the living and sleeping areas. Very nicely decorated having everything available for cooking too.

This is a great place to stay having plenty of room and very nicely decorated. Everything is available if you want to cook…complimentary water, coffee as well. The views are outstanding having panoramic windows in the living and bedroom. The location of the condo is next to the mall which includes a nice grocery store…I big bonus when staying here. A great place to stay when in Davao!
