The view from the balcony was great, and the price was reasonable. We had no problem at all with hot water or airconditioning. We did have an issue with the electricity on our arrival, but the staff sorted it out soon. The staff and the lobby/cafeteria was kind and caring. My wife sad the food at the cafeteria was great(she tried the Banhmi there), but had no opportunity for myself. Will definitely try next time.

Would have been nicer if we could have two keys for the room.

Its a very small hotel, 12 rooms on 5 floors with an elevator. The rooms are a reasonable size, but nothing special. Clean and comfortable. The location very near to the Cable Car Station and easy walk to many shops and restaurants. The 'included' breakfast is limited to one item from the café menu and one coffee. The staff are trying very hard to please everyone.

Location is perfect and view from the balcony is amazing. The room is comfy and fresh. Everyday you can enjoy fireworks that are visible from the balcony or roof

Очень хорошее расположение прямо возле канатной дороги, персонал очень хороший и даже не смотря на то что некоторые не знали Английского пытались коммуницировать с помощью переводчика, на завтрак есть несколько позиций на выбор, их фо бо просто отличный

الفندق نظيف والموظفة ساعدتني في حجز رحلة بحرية لثلاث جزر والموقع رائع امام محطة التلفريك وكنت اشاهد الالعاب الناريه من الشرفة .

Очень удобное расположение- напротив входа на канатную дорогу. С нашего окна трехместного номера видно было фейерверк первого вечернего шоу, а салют второго шоу был прямо перед нашим окном. Номер просторный. Горячая вода хорошим напором, умное потолочное кондиционирование (ни на кого не дует). Завтраки на выбор, либо суп фо, либо сэндвич, либо бан ми, нам хватало наесться до обеда. И есть кофемашина, варят кофе, а не разбавляют льдом субстанцию не понятную.

Самое идеальное расположение, до канатной дороги 3 минуты, в ресторане при отеле очень вкусный Фо Бо. С 4 этажа из номера шоу не видно. Но вид шикарный. Билеты на шоу в ресторане Бавария бронируйте заранее. Справа от отеля возле эскалатора бар, с него шоу видно Важно! Два шоу вечером, а не одно. Остаться на ночь в Сансет тауне - идеальное решение.

We stayed at Kanchan Sun Royal Phu Quoc with our family for one night. The location is brilliant, very convenient, and the view from the room was amazing. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and nicely done, making our short stay pleasant. The staff were excellent — very warm, helpful, and easy to communicate with. A special mention for their flexibility: since we were checking out very early the next morning, they accommodated us with breakfast at check-in, which we really appreciated. The food was good and the communication throughout was smooth.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom felt dated, and the exhaust system was poor — when the bathroom lights are turned off, the exhaust also shuts down, which isn’t very practical. The air conditioning was average, as the fan power automatically reduced after some time, affecting comfort slightly.

Good location in the center of the town, close to the beach and night market. It is possible to see fireworks from the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice design of furniture and bathroom.

Потрясающая локация, прям напротив канатной дороги, номер чистый, все имеется, никаких нареканий. Вид из окна восторг, особенно вечером во время фейерверка .

За две ночи в нашем номере не проводилась уборка. Но просьбу заменить полотенца исполнили моментально

Das ist ein Top Hotel, dieses liegt an der Amalfi Str., gegenüber vom Colloseum Phu quoc, an der Nähe gibt einen Venedig Markus Platz Phu quoc Turm, diesen spielt ab und zu die Big ben Melodie aus London. Positano und Sorento liegen ca.100 Meter entfernt. Es fehlt nur noch einen Schiff, den die Touristen von Sorento zu Positano bringen. Die Zimmer ist sehr schön und sauber, großzügig, schöne Möbel + schönes Bad, bequemes King Bett , Klimaanlage leiser aber bringe gute Leistung. Aus Balkon schaut man direkt auf Colloseum Platz. Toller Aussicht auf dem Dachterrasse. Mitarbeitern sind sehr freundlich, danke sehr an Ngân und Mộng für den professionellen Service und uns früher Check in ( um 12 ) ermöglichen.

Location was good

No privacy. Room was hot. Only a fan seemed to be available and I had been out all afternoon so the room took quite some time to cool down.

The bathroom is outdated, my room was not well cleaned when I arrived, the room was very hot (until I insisted on an extra key to keep the power on in the room). Additionally the name of the hotel on booking.com did not match the google maps name nor the hotel name, so it was hard to know if I was going to the correct location.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was weak and we were given an electric fan. Sea view room is fantastic as we could appreciate the fireworks from our balcony.

The room was warm as I was booked at the highest floor, aircond not cold enough but luckily the staff given a fan 😂 The hotel facility is simple.

The host goes extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. The property balcony gives you magical view of the sunset town and it's right opposite to the cable car entry. We got free cable car to sunworld with the booking. Most tourists prefer to stay in the city center for better transportation availability. However, there's no good landscape at the city center. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Breakfast could be better, but we absolutely enjoyed.

The owners and staff were so kind and helpful. They prepared good breakfast for our stay. The coffee shop downstairs was convenient. The rooms were well-equipped and cleaned up everyday. We could see fireworks directly from our windows.

Hotel exceeded my expectations with high quality room and service. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy. The location is opposite KISS Bridge and La Ma square. Took advantage of the center to walk for dinner, watch the fireworks and walk along the beach. It was great!!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sunset town.
