The rooms was a little bit small, however it has all what we needed. I didn't like that the breakfast was in different location, and we have to go in a buggy for it, again the staff took good care of that.

Location is awesome but noise / bass from the shows nearby (18:00 - 21:30) Map location on Google Maps shows the property a building or two away. Which confuses people/drivers unfamiliar with sunset town.

Rooms were bit smaller than we expected. We were charged for the towel just because of some stains on it. We told them that it would go away with the bleach but they were only interested in money. May be this is the way to get extra money from the customer.

Reviewed May 3, 2026オーシャンビューでベランダが2個あり、夜の花火を2人別々のベランダからゆっくり観れてよかった。 ナイトマーケットに行くのに、バギーで送ってくれたり、サンセットタウンツアーも無料で行けて、写真も沢山撮ってくれた。 朝食はそんなに種類があるわけではないが、どれも美味しくて満足‼︎ 今回で2回目の宿泊だったけど、9月にも宿泊予定です。 ここのホテルは静かだし、外観も内装もとても素敵です。 スタッフも親切でおすすめのホテルです。
エアポートシャトルの時間が決まってるので、10時以降の飛行機で到着すると、午後まで送迎がない。 タクシーでホテルまで行くことになる。

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Отличный отель! Прекрасный вид на залив и канатную дорогу, каждый вечер из окна виден салют - шикарное зрелище. Все основные локации в пешей доступности. Завтрак вполне приличный, всегда есть какой-то суп, блюда из яиц, овощи, фрукты и очень вкусные йогурты.
Неудобные подушки: очень большие и жесткие, у нас из-за них болела шея. Нет халатов.

המיטה מאוד מרעישה, כל תזוזה קטנה שומעים את הקפיצים וכל שאר המיטה חורקת שירות משק בית יומי היה בשעות מאוד מוזרות במהלך הצהריים/אחר הצהריים שיצא תמיד בזמנים ששהינו בחדר כאשר ביקשתי מהקבלה שיחליפו לנו מגבות נעניתי בחיוב אך עם צחוק מעט מזלזל בסך הכל יחסית מעט יקר ביחס לתמורה

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Hotellihuoneet olivat todella siistit ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Aamupala oli ihan ok. Ilmainen tour oli hauska lisä mutta se paljastuikin valokuvauskierrokseksi kuin opastetuksi kierrokseksi.
Mainostettuna uima-altaana toimi paikallinen jacuzzi baarin uima-allas jossa ei ollut ainuttakaan aurinkotuolia eikä se ollut soveltuva ajanviettoon altaalla. Läheisellä rannalla uinti oli kielletty eikä siellä ollut palveluita. Rakennuksessa ollut hissi oli todella äänekäs, se piipitti jokaisen kerroksen kohdalla vaikka hissi ei ollut siinä kerroksessa missä itse majoittui. Lisäksi joka päiväiset ilotulitus showt kuuluivat hotelliin liian hyvin, nukkumaan pääsi vasta klo 22 aikaan. Muista korvatulpat!

Ngoài ra khách sạn còn có tour chở khách đi tham quan vào buổi chiều. và đưa đón trong nội khu Sunset. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình, đã hỗ trợ tôi mang hành lý lên phòng. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, zumal jemand aus unserer Gruppe eine Lebensmittelvergiftung von einem vorherigen Stopp mitgebracht hatte und ein Angestellter des Hotels ihn sogar ins Krankenhaus begleitet hat und dort organisiert und übersetzt hat. Reviewed Jan 14, 2026View biển và tiện nghi đi lại, tuktuk ngay dưới chân khách sạn. Ăn sáng ngon miệng, có thay đổi món theo ngày. Nhân viên vui vẻ và nhiệt tình. phòng Signa toà C, đẹp và rất thoải mái. Xe đưa đón sân bay hổ trợ tốt.
Riêng nhà tắm cần xem lại!!!! Vòi sen nhỏ đóng chất nhầy vàng rất kinh dị, bật nước lên là chất bẩn chảy ra vàng Như thể lâu ngày ko tẩy rửa. Vòi sen đứng thì ko bị như vậy. Bồn tắm đóng cặn vôi, bồn wc cáu bẩn. Còn lại rất tốt. Rất tiết có một trải nghiệm ko trọn vẹn.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026The location was ideal - near all major entertainment sites, restaurants and quiet. Air conditioning was working very well, spacious room with plenty of shelfs and cabinets to store our things.
Breakfast choices were suboptimal, taste of the food was average, in the shower one of the heads was not working, despite water pressure was good. One lamp bulb next to the bed was broken (we have notified reception of this on the day of arrival and it wasn't changed 7 nights later).
