Świetna lokalizacja. Widok z balkonu na jezioro i miasto. Mieszkanie obszerne, dobrze wyposażone. Można się trochę czepiać wygody spania na rozkładanych wersalkach, ale łóżko podwójne w sypialni wygodne.

Właściciele mieszkania (firma) żądają wcześniej przesłania dokumentów gości i dopiero po tym fakcie informują jak odebrać klucze. Nasza szwajcarska karta esim nie działała najlepiej i było z tym trochę problemów.

Localisation optimale, appartement très sympa. Nous étions 2. La vue sur le lac et le Monte San Salvadore est incroyable !

das Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr unbequem. in der mitte sehr durchgelegen und quitschte sehr bei jeder Bewegung.

The only things I truly appreciated about this property were its exceptional location and the stunning view it offers.

Terrible experience overall. The check-in and registration process was a nightmare due to endless bureaucracy. There were plenty of staff, yet each one kept referring me to another manager, which made communication painfully slow and frustrating. The apartment itself was poorly cleaned — black hairs were scattered all over the white floor and were impossible not to notice. The bedding was also disappointing: the white linens looked far from fresh, the “pillows” felt like nothing more than lumps of cotton, and the sheet kept slipping off because it was wrapped directly around the mattress with no mattress protector. Be aware that the place allocates only 5 grams of sugar per person per day. If you need more, you’ll have to go to the store and buy a kilogram yourself. There are also no cooking essentials provided — no oil, salt, or pepper — even if you’re staying just for a single night. The number of rules, fines, and extra charges here is unlike anything I have ever seen anywhere else. And yet, they fail to take care of the most basic things. Oh, and one more thing — the apartment was unbearably hot. It was impossible to open the windows at night because there’s a road right below, and it felt as if cars were driving through the room.

Excellent location, stunning views. Easy to park. Well equipped. Quiet building.

One of the sofa beds wasn’t very comfortable, and the apartment was a little too warm. Also, as it’s too close to a busy street it’s not really possible to keep the windows open at night. These wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

The decoration was incredible and the apartment was clean. The apartment in front of the lake and the view is insane.

It was very hot and there is no air condition, the fans made it acceptable.

Hello, the apartment is very beautiful and we appreciated our stay. However, there were a few issues that made it less comfortable than expected. There was no air conditioning, there were ants on the floor, and the windows had no screens, so we couldn’t open them for fresh air. Additionally, the coffee machine didn’t work, and some basic kitchen essentials were missing, like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve future stays.

Only the door is hard to open need to fix and the water for shower is slow

The house is very near to the lake. Very comfy and beautiful. if you are from lugano station with big luggage, stop at Casserate, Monte Bre bus stop. If you plan to go to Monte Bre. Monte Bre Funicular is just walking distance behind the house. Migros is walking distance to get your groceries or 1 stop bus ie Casserate, Lanchetta. Since we stay during autumn/winter, the house is kinda chill even though the heater is on full blast. Maybe because we asians we do not use indoor shoes and we were barefooting on cold tile in the house. So one tip, bring extra socks or indoor slippers. All the pots pans, cutleries, crockeries are complete. They do not have washing machine in the house but I saw washing machine and dryer at 0 level on my way out. May need to ask first b4 using it. For family with small kids, if you close all windows, you do not have to worry about your kid shouting, jumping, tromping etc. All in all, cosiest and convinient place to stay in Lugano. Tq !

We love all. but a point of improvement, if the host can provide a simple guideline to use the kitchen stove, hob, dishwaaher and oven.

The room is very beautiful and very cosy with a nice lake view.

It would be better to add more cup, plate, bowl in the kitchen as we can't find during our stay.

There is no elevator, but the apartment is at the first floor so it’s fine.

Amazing apartment... absolutely new and nice flat, with beautiful views (to the lake). Modern and well decorated.

I liked the location of the house, excellent. The views were also nice.

The house was not clean, so we had to spend 1+ hour cleaning, not my expectation of holidays. The fridge was off when we got in the house, so we had to switch it on, which took lots of time to get cool, so we had to dispose some fresh food we were counting on. Also, the morning we woke up we found the living room full of ants, which we did not like.

Beautiful light apartment. Beautiful views. Convenient to public transportation and grocery stores. Nice area to walk around.

Unfortunately when the windows are open it’s very loud since it’s one floor above a busy street. Also paper disposable towels were odd. Needed more usable bowls.

Apartment was perfect for family, conveniently located on bus line.

Towels for shower and face washing were disposable paper towels.

The apartment was beautiful and the hosts were very kind. Would reccomend!

I was a bit confused by the online check-in, but it wasn’t a big deal

I liked everything. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. The apartment fully met our expectations. Bright, clean, stylish, the view of the lake is just beautiful. Close to funicular, bus stop, small ferry pier, grocery shop also. Chose this apartment as we are travelling with our small dog. The promenade is just a stone's throw away for a walk with your pet. There is a stand to the right of the ferry ticket booth with bags for cleaning up after your pet.

Not that I didn't like it, just a recommendation to add a bit of crockery. It was more or less enough for the three of us, but if you come with children, the dishes will obviously not be enough.
