Come Stay in Aarhus - Close to everything 4 people

The house is really beautiful, the conditions are good, it is located in the city center, you have access to everything around, cafes, mall, food, kiosk The location is good, even if it's noisy outside you can sleep, I recommend it for families, couples, friends ... I will come back.

You are not getting a nice headline for this stay!

The owner had sent link to a private form to fill out prior to the stay. The link did not show on the Booking.com chat. I has to call Booking.com to get in touch with him. Thje form required me sending a photo of myselv. I consider that breach of the GDPR rules!

The location is great, at the city centre.

The beds were not prepared (had to make the beds when I arrived). The dishes and other kitchen stuff were dirty (had to wash before use). The description said it as microwave, coffee make and dish washer, but none of them were there. The sofa was full of stains. The TV didn’t have any channels (you need to have a subscription or you can see nothing). Some lights didn’t work. There was not enough toilet paper. The shower is full of mold and ingrained dirt.

The location is pretty central and fairly cheap.

The rooms are consistently filled with large spiders and stains from these bugs. The cleanliness is pretty bad. a lot of problems in general.

The location was great

There was too many dust and spiders all over the apartment. On one bed there were hairs on the bedsheets. We contacted them about this and they gave us new bedsheets that we put on ourselves. They told us that they would come to clean in the morning but in the end they didn’t appear because for them everything was clean when it wasn’t. If it would be more clean it would be perfect because it is very well located.

Nice location

Apartment is noisy (works in the street at 5am + noisy neighbours) and very dirty: kitchen supplies poor and dirty, no basic equipment, we found hair everywhere. Not acceptable from an hygienic point of view.

When I arrived at the apartments I couldn't get in because the link I received with instructions on how to get in was empty and didn't provide any information. Despite repeated attempts to contact your support and the apartment owner, I was unsuccessful. This situation is unacceptable, as it should be possible to contact the owner 24/7. Unfortunately, the service you provided was very poor and I was forced to look for other accommodation with my three children as it was not possible to stay out overnight. In the end I was forced to book a hotel for which I had to pay extra.

Size of the place and its central location.

The apartment description included many facilities actually NOT available: washing machine, microwave, tea/coffee maker, desk, TV (not working), etc. No efforts by the hosts to provide the advertised but absent facilities in spite of multiple requests. Price paid is therefore too high for what is actually provided.
