Exclusive and stylish 4-bedroom Riad with plunge pool

Very friendly team and easy access to the property. Aziza,Mubarak and Layla were like my new family in Morocco.

The riad was better than we could have imagined. It was authentic and beautiful, but with all the amenities you could need. The hosts were amazing, Aziza cooking was fabulous, and they recommend and organised for us to go on some great excursions. We felt safe and looked after for the entirety of our trip.

Genuinely there was nothing we didn’t like.

De Riad Dartizt is een parel achter de voordeur in een wat rustiger noordelijk stukje van de medina. Aziza en Mbarak zijn ontzettend gastvrij en flexibel. Ze staan klaar om te helpen en Aziza kookt heerlijke maaltijden. De kamers zijn allemaal anders en prachtig. De bedden slapen goed! Het dakterras is heerlijk om te lezen.

Toen we aankwamen wisten we de naam niet waardoor het even zoeken was. De naam is Riad Dartizt.

Eigenaar = top communicatie. Heel leuke hosts die elke dag een heel lekker ontbijt verzorgden. Locatie was top, echt center medina en dichtbij de souks. Brede supermarkt niet echt dicht bij de deur, maar de huisman Mbarak neemt je mee op zijn scooter (op eigen risico). Ook voor het maken van excursies en het boeken van activiteiten waren ze altijd een top hulp. De chauffeur die je (mits betaling) ter beschikking helpt, is ook een grote meerwaarde. Overall, heel tevreden.

De geur van de badkamers was niet altijd top, vermoedelijk door een trage afvoer. Dit viel niet echt tegen, maar was eerder ongewoon = de lage en kleine (toch typische) deuren overal. Niks echt hinderend, we waren overall heel blij met ons verblijf en zouden zo meteen teruggaan.

RIEN A REDIRE CAR TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT

The house is charming and full of eye catching art. All is in balance, the colours, furniture and materials. Layout of the Riad enables privacy for all guests, because all bedrooms have their peaceful location. Since the inner "patio" is open, fresh air is guaranteed. The house itself is a gem, but what made our trip unique, was the kind people and service! We got smooth guidance throughout the whole booking process and lots of info about the house and surroundings while preparing for our holiday. We were warmly welcomed by the whole team: John, Aziza, Mbarak and Layla. At the beginning of our team John showed us around and gave useful tips about the local ways. This was so helpful since it was our first trip to Morocco. We were stunned when we realised how wholesome Aziza, Mbarak and Layla took care of us. Breakfast at our preferred time, table and trip reservations, delicious dinners by Aziza, and Mbarak guiding us on the first day back to our street when we took a wrong turn back "home" or to a restaurant or fetching milk for our daughter's cocoa. Making sure granpa had it warm and cozy sleeping or at the dinner table. We will never forget! Layla did wonders in our rooms cleaning them while we were having breakfast and serving bottled water when we ran out of it. Superb! We recommend booking a massage at the house before you head home, so you sleep tight before the flight!

We had to get used to the nightly prayer calls, so if you're a light sleeper use earplugs. You can ask Aziza or Mbarak for earplugs.

De gastvrijheid, hulpvaardigheid van Aziza en Mobafk waren fantastisch! Ze stonden steeds klaar voor ons, niets was teveel voor hen! Ook de verwelkoming van John heeft ons aangenaam verrast.

Tutto in particolare, il personale che gestisce il Rhad Aziza e Mubarak sono perfetti molto disponibili e hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Ho già consigliato questo posto a amici che vogliono andare a Marrakech. Grazie di tutto🫶

The Riad was spacious to accommodate a group of six people. It was located within the Medina, 20 minutes walk to the Souk. Azziza and the two other staff were amazing and they rustled up an amazing meal on the first night. I would stay there again despite the traffic weaving in and out of the Medina

From the moment of our booking , John the owner kept us informed and throughout our stay the communications were excellent. The Riad is an unique experience and very tastefully and authentically designed and restored. The hosts Aziza and Mubrak are absolutely wonderful and will help organise trips, meals - breakfast and lunches. Our family was arriving from different parts of the world - the transfers were coordinated with their driver Imad who is very reliable. We felt at home at the Riad and it made our Marrakech trip so special , would love to visit again .

Perfekt plassering i et rolig strøk i Medinaen. Herlig takterrasse, basseng for avkjøling, komfortable soverom med luftkjøling og egne bad. Fantastisk smakfullt innredet med fargerike fliser og en autentisk atmosfære. Husets team med Aziza og Mbarak var utrolige og tok godt vare på oss og skapte en trygg opplevelse for oss.

Ingenting

Beautiful home, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our group of 6. Right in the Medina and very authentic Marrakech experience. Staff were very kind and attentive, felt so looked after.

A couple of beds were slightly less comfortable and some of the showers didn’t drain that well (if you had a longer shower, the water would pool), but very minor flaws which had no impact on the quality of our stay.

Beautiful and interesting place, truly exceptional staff and service, great communication, amazing food - could not have been better.

The property is a beautiful oasis in a busy city. From outside you would never guess what to expect inside, but as you walk through the door it is beautiful. Very comfortable with lots of different spaces to chill. Aziza and Mbarak were brilliant and so helpful. Recommend a stay at this property.

We loved it all

The Riad was outstanding, very spacuouse and the roof and plunge pool was an added bonus . Aziza and Mbarek were perfect hosts, catereing to all our needs. Breakfast/dinner was excellent.

Nothing at all it was perfect

I’m absolutely amazing and delicious breakfast prepared every day. The host were friendly and attentive. The homes were informative as well.

We went during the Muslim festival of Ramadan. This made things a little bit difficult but nowhere near impossible. We still had a very good time.

A beautiful Riad to stay in. the staff were exceptional went out of their way to look after us. Made us feel right at home, couldn’t do enough to help us.

So comfortable and relaxing , it felt like “ home “ . Aziza and Mbarek are amazing .
