Il y a trois piscines ! Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. La chambre était grande, avec beaucoup d’espace, et propre. Le dîner est excellent, surtout la burrata !

Il y a eu un problème d’organisation au niveau de l’établissement : personne n’est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls, car notre demande n’avait pas été prise en compte.

Un vrai palais mais à échelle humaine, succession de petits patios, de niveaux différents, de décors travaillés. Tout le personnel est attentif, très sympathique et aux petits soins. Nous y sommes allés déjà deux fois et nous y retournerons !

Pas emballé par le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était parfait mails carte déjeuner et diner trop limitée, pas exceptionnelle niveau gout et surtout très chère. Nous avons déjeuner et diné à plusieurs reprises avec toujours une pointe de déception compte tenu du prix pratiqué, on s'attend à mieux. De plus en sortant on trouve beaucoup moins cher et excellent.

Absolutely beautiful, larger riad close to a main road. Easy check-in and we were welcomed with Moroccan tea, beautifully presented with a selection of cookies. The Atlas Room is quite comfortable, with preserved old decor, which I love, interesting artworks and a ceiling in the most unique turquoise colour. Breakfast is buffet-style and different every day, fresh Moroccan breads made during breakfast. The manager came to check on us and other guests during breakfast and discussed our plans for the day, including places to visit and recommendations. We enjoyed the live music during dinner, a mix of Arabic, Italian and popular songs. The restaurant staff are really nice and attentive, and they made us feel special with little presentation. The riad is a true paradise for content creators, with endless photo spots!

Not real issues, but I can note that there wasn't an attendant at the rooftop bar, despite a large poster advertising it to guests and non-guests. The pools are not heated. There was no handheld bidet in the toilet, which I would expect in a Muslim-majority country.

The room Meknes, which is by the way simply improvised to ensure a shower and bathroom that closes with a curtain. was lacking natural ventilation and natural sun exposure. 24/24 AC and light on. The addition of pvc/aluminum door and windows killed the vibes and what was perfectly thought and designed by ancient architecture as passive cooling and ventilation. I understand that it is due to thermal and acoustic control purposes (I am an architect), but this confirms that at least the actual configuration of the room is not adapted to host guests. The actual dimensions, the placement of the bed just next to cheminée, all are wrongly designed. In addition, we booked a room with a view.( clearly mentioned in the booking room description). However, The only view we got was a dark patio serving as circulation and only technical and administrative spaces surrounding us. In the beggining, I thought since it is a riad, these are the only availibities, then we saw other guests having rooms with view on the central court. It was too late to ask a room change since our stay was short. It was clearly the big disappointment. But, the riad as it is with a different room would get an easy 9.

Struttura stupenda! posizionata all’interno della Medina, vicinissima alla piazza Jemaa El Fna e a tantissime altre attrazioni. Camera standard decisamente al di sopra delle aspettative, carina e accogliente. Sono presenti 3 piscine, ideali per rinfrescarsi dopo aver visitato la città nei periodi più caldi. Ottimo il ristorante, di cui abbiamo usufruito solamente una sera ma che abbiamo decisamente gradito, grazie anche alla presenza di musica live e spettacolo. Bellissima anche l’atmosfera del Rooftop, con vista sulla moschea Koutoubia. Personale gentilissimo dal primo all’ultimo. Colazione con ricco buffet disponibile già dalla mattina presto . Ci siamo innamorate di questa struttura e di Marrakech! Consiglio vivamente :)

Stunningly beautiful! The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the hotel was gorgeous, lovely food and we got live music one night from the staff in the restaurant which was amazing! Easy location also, would recommend.

We did have a power cut for a couple of hours one evening but we were able to sit and enjoy drinks on the upper pool terrace while we waited for it to be fixed and the staff payed for our taxi to the bus station and gave us 2 free beers to compensate for it which we were very grateful for.

Il cibo non era di qualità eccelsa e mi sarebbe piaciuto che organizzassero la sera spettacoli tradizionali. C’è solo la danza del ventre di domenica alla quale non ho potuto assistere e uno spettacolo di musica il mercoledì , ma nè musica nè strumenti erano tradizionali.

Our room was off th email floor lobby though so it was very loud at times with people outside talking. It was very dark.

A little piece of magic This place is truly magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into an oriental dream — a real mosaic mecca. Everything is so beautifully and carefully decorated, with amazing quality and so much attention to details. You just keep discovering beautiful little corners. The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and always smiling. A special thank you to Mr. Bean, who with his humor and fantastic service was such a lovely part of our stay. We loved the three pools and the beautiful terraces overlooking the rooftops of the Medina. It really felt like a fairytale, and coming back here after a long day felt like coming to an oasis. The location is perfect, right in the Medina and close to everything. We enjoyed Café Arabe for Italian food and Kabana for something more Asian/Mexican. Breakfast at the riad was also very good, with lots of variety and good vegetarian choices. You can’t get a car all the way to the riad, but it’s only a few minutes walk from the main street. And as a woman, I felt very safe in the area. We absolutely loved our stay. A very special place that we would happily come back to. ❤️

As in most official places and businesses there are few women interacting with guests at the road. That is our overall impression from all cafés, restaurants etc, so not uniqe to this place. If we schimould mention something, here more educator women to work with the guests, not only in kitchen and cleaning

Absolument magnifique, un vrai palais. Le restaurant est très bien, le personnel est adorable. Nous avons été servi au restaurant malgré notre heure très tardive et le retard de notre avion. Nous avons tout aimé et nous avons hâte d’y retourner.

We liked the breakfast. It was delicious. The staffs of the hotel were very friendly and kindly.

The downside was that there was no bidet spray in the toilet. And we looked for carpet for praying but didn’t found it.

Il Riad è in una posizione ottima a poca distanza da piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. Nonostante la posizione centrale il Riad è molto tranquillo. Gli interni sono favolosi, pieni di stucchi e di decori. Noi avevamo una camera doppia con patio privato per me e mio marito e un appartamentino con una stanza matrimoniale e un grande soggiorno per le nostre figlie, anche questo con patio privato. Gli esterni sono ben curati, ci sono tre piccole piscine e un bar sul tetto. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e l’Hammam. Tutto eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro e muoversi anche nelle zone limitrofe di interesse turistico. Si trova a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale. Attenzione alla posizione nascosta del Riad. Per raggiungerlo bisogna entrare in una via pedonale apparentemente chiusa ma che si snoda in piccoli vicoli. La piscina all’ultimo piano è molto bella e le terrazze riservate agli ospiti sono sicuramente la zona migliore di tutta la struttura. Con ogni prenotazione di Booking.com c’è un massaggio a testa incluso di 30 minuti. Chiedetelo in reception se volete usufruirne.

La colazione è assolutamente da migliorare. Per 3 giorni c’erano sempre le stesse cose e alcune non proprio freschissime (come il formaggio, le brioche e alcuni frutti). Inoltre la zona colazione è piena di api per via delle piante e della piscina centrale. I tavoli spesso non sono apparecchiati e bisogna cercare posate e tazze dove capita per riuscire a fare colazione al tavolo scelto.

Com exceção do funcionário da noite que realmente é incrível, os demais poderiam ser mais atenciosos. Café da manhã eu e minha família achamos muito fraco e quando acabava algum item demoravam para repor ou você tinha que pedir. A limpeza pode melhorar também.

AVOID THIS PLACE — The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. Everything was fine until in the restaurant they refused to charge a small amount to our room. About an hour after we had left the restaurant, they came looking for us at the pool and insisted that we pay the bill immediately. We had to go back to our room to get a credit card because we didn't have one with us at the pool. When we asked why they couldn't charge the bill to our room (something they had done previously), they couldn't give us an answer. Instead, they suddenly claimed not to understand English, laughed at us, and continued demanding immediate payment. The restaurant has surveillance cameras monitoring the pool area, and I saw the live camera feeds displayed on monitors inside the restaurant. That is how the staff knew exactly where to find us. Just moments before this incident, we had been the targets of an attempted robbery in the city, and we thought we were finally safe back at the riad. This experience completely shattered our sense of security.

A luxurious art piece. Charming and cozy. The swimming pools are great to survive Marrakech summer temperatures after the tour. Restaurant is very good and the music show on Friday was very relaxing.

The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The Riad as a whole was incredibly well decorated and the facilities such as the pools were good. The ability to also organise airport transfer for an additional fee made our stay easy. Staff were all very nice.

The courtyard area outside our room seemed to be used during the day as the housekeepings office/social space which when we were wanting a bit of quiet time during the day was a bit unfortunate.

The location is good and close to many locations, restaurants, taxis etc . The property is beautiful and very relaxing. The staff are all amazing, friendly, courteous, kind, very helpful and good people. They make the place ! The breakfasts are wonderful for me as a vegetarian there is a good choice. It has the right ingredients for a relaxing, chilled holiday in busy Marrakech.

El Riad es muy bonito! Todo por dentro está decorado muy lindo. La ubicación también estaba muy buena. Recomiendo pedir el transporte del hotel para que la llegada sea mejor

Wat ons het meest beviel aan de accommodatie was de combinatie van de rustige, sfeervolle omgeving en de ligging aan de rand van de medina, waardoor je heel gemakkelijk de stad in en uit kunt met taxi of Uber. Daarnaast zorgden de fijne zwembaden en het mooie dakterras echt voor momenten van ontspanning midden in de drukte van Marrakech. Ook het vriendelijke personeel en de extra georganiseerde activiteiten, zoals de live muziekavond en kookworkshop, maakten het verblijf bijzonder en gaven het net dat beetje extra sfeer dat we niet hadden verwacht.

Wat iets minder beviel aan de accommodatie was dat de kamer niet heel luxe aanvoelde en dat sommige onderdelen, zoals de douche, wat vernieuwing zouden kunnen gebruiken. Daarnaast was het soms wat gehorig, waardoor je af en toe andere gasten in het hotel kon horen.

The property’s interior design is stunning. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities, as staying here was truly a unique experience that immersed us in Moroccan culture.

The first receptionist came across as a bit condescending, although all the other staff were warm & accommodating. We also weren’t happy that the transfer they arranged picked us up from a parking area farther from the entrance than where Ubers normally stop. The exchange rate offered at the reception was quite unfavorable.

All common areas are amazing! The riad has a special charme and respect a real traditional style. The breakfast served in the main patio is very good. The hammam even if is not at the same level is good

While the hotel was stunning—from the lobby and pool to the dining and lounge areas—with its beautiful, authentic Moroccan design, the room unfortunately needs significant improvement. The tiles felt old and appeared dirty, the toilet bowl was even loose from the floor, and the shower was clogged! Room needs some serious renovation!

We were very disappointed that the hotel did not provide the room we had booked and paid for—a Prestige Room with a patio. The first room they showed us had an unpleasant smell, no patio, and was significantly smaller than what we had reserved. They then moved us to a second room, which still wasn’t the room category we had booked. In the end, we settled for the third room they offered simply because it was our last night in Marrakech and we wanted to make the most of our time instead of continuing to argue. It was frustrating to feel like we were repeatedly being offered rooms of a lower standard than the one we had paid for, and that was simply unacceptable. We ordered drinks on the rooftop, we asked for a small table to place on the daybed while we enjoyed our drinks, but instead, the bartender handed us the same dirty tray he had used to serve them.

It was beautiful and like being in a real palace, everything smelt wonderful and it was clean and very memorable. The food was delicious.

Everything was wonderful but it lacked the personal touch that we got at a smaller Riad that was so special - the staff were terrific but it was not as accommodating as the smaller Riad where we got to experience the true hospitality of the locals.

Where can I start? The Riad is stunning with beautiful architecture and exquisite decor. We had the Atlas room, which again was the same. Our room had a relaxing and serene terrace with a water fountain and this was something which brought us calm when we returned from a morning in the souks. Originally we had booked a twin room, but decided to enquire about an upgrade and Cheyma sorted this out very promptly. We were so overwhelmed with the beauty it was quite emotional. Youssef greeted us on arrival, a charming gentleman who was very approachable with his delightful cheery self. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff, so friendly and helpful and took time to chat. Whatever we required was taken care of, the lovely ladies who serviced our room, the porters, waiters/bar staff and the funny 'Mr Bean' who carried out luggage out to our transfer when we sadly left to return home. What a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed breakfast every day, which was plentiful and a dinner on our last night which was the best meal we had for the whole of our time in Marrakech. We enjoyed the Chicken Pastilla, Moroccan salads, Beef Tagine which was the tastiest tender beef. No, you were not allowed to bring in food or drink from outside, but this is Licensing law for Riads who serve alcohol. Why would you want to anyway? You have everything you need. There are so many gorgeous areas to sit, little pockets of serenity here and there which truly stole our hearts. Riad Palais Sebban we fell in love with your charm and we will visit again xx

The place is spotless, beautiful, inviting and so calm. The staff is incredible and kind. It was our second stay with them and loved every minute of it. The rooms are so beautiful and the decor is so typical. Love it! They make our experience unforgettable. Nothing is ever too much for them, they are kind and attentive. The restaurant has the best food we ever had in Marrakech, can't do anything better really! Will visit again

Hôtel magnifique et très luxueux. Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil et attentionné. Nous avions un vol très tôt le matin et l’hôtel a pu nous réserver un taxi pour 4h30. Le réceptionniste est même venu avec nous jusqu’à la rue pour porter nos valises jusqu’au taxi, ce qui a été très apprécié. Les piscines sont superbes et il n’y avait jamais beaucoup de monde, ce qui permet de bien en profiter. Des serviettes sont disponibles directement aux piscines, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons également pris un souper sur place avec de la musique, l’ambiance était excellente. Les prix sont très abordables, autant au restaurant que pour les consommations dans le mini-frigo de la chambre. En résumé, un très bel hôtel avec un excellent service et une expérience mémorable.

Honnêtement, nous n’avons pas grand-chose à reprocher à cet établissement.

Très belle chambre dans un décor authentique et dépaysant, repas délicieux. Le top: fabuleux roof-garden avec deux piscines, idéal pour se relaxer après une journée de tourisme. La réception a pû nous trouver un guide pour le jour même.

La ubicación muy buena. Personal atento. Tienen muchos espacios bonitos.

El desayuno no se veía nada fresco. A la habitación no le entraba luz natural, no le servía la llave para poder cerrar bien la puerta de la habitación, se escuchaba la música super alta en la habitación y además lo minímo que se podia bajar el aire era a 23 grados. Si eres una persona que le gusta dormir con la habitación super fría, aquí será imposible. En general el hotel esta muy bonito, pero en relación a lo que uno paga no vale para nada la pena.

Struttura MAGNIFICA

La experiencia en el Riad ha sido de 10. Es un lugar de paz y tranquilidad dentro del caos de la Medina. Desde el primer momento los trabajadores nos hicieron sentir como en casa, atentos, cercanos y profesionales. En cuanto al edificio e instalaciones es espectacular cada rincón pero sobretodo el patio principal. También probamos la comida del bar y fue de la mejores en el viaje. Además nos pusieron una habitación mejor a la que habíamos reservado y nos sorprendieron con un detalle por la celebración del cumpleaños. Sin duda volveremos.

Por poner una pequeña pega echamos de menos más variedad en el desayuno.

Tired facilities with repairs needed and the staff are not focused on customer service with customers having to wave them down in bar or food areas. Sat at reception for 20 minutes waiting to checkout with staff wandering past and paying no attention.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with excellent local design features, lots of terrace space, with pools, towels, sun hats free to use for the guests, welcome drinks, amazing attentive staff

We liked all the different sitting areas on the rooftop and throughout the hotel. The breakfast area was gorgeous as well.

A couple more loungers. There were two parties who hogged the lounge chairs the whole time we were there.

Beautiful Riad with friendly helpful staff & a great location for exploring the city

The most magical stay at Riad Palais Sebban. The Riad itself is beautiful with its decoration and location. Located in the Media, it was great walking distance to all the top tourist spots. The staff were so warm & friendly - nothing being a bother. The breakfast was a stand out feature, so fresh and tasty. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here!!!

In general, the riad is amazingly beautiful and very well located. The employees are kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is really good. The overall atmosphere of the property is charming and authentic. I also appreciated the convenience of staying there before and after our desert tour.

We spent a couple of nights in Deluxe category rooms, and I’m not sure the upgrade is worth it, as Palais Sebban probably does not meet the minimum standards expected for this category. Neither of the rooms I stayed in had a king-size bed, and only one had a sitting area. I regret having paid 1,000 MAD more per night for the upgrade. I am leaving with a bittersweet feeling because I feel misled. Since the dates served at breakfast were amazing, on Friday morning I asked one of the staff members where I could buy them. He said they were Medjool dates and kindly offered to get some for me before I left on Saturday. On Saturday morning, the staff member handed us the dates, and I paid 150 MAD per kilogram, plus a 20 MAD tip for the kitchen staff member who had bought them. It was a big disappointment when we realized we had been sold overpriced, lower-quality dates, as they turned out to be Zaïgora dates instead of Medjool. It was unfortunate to feel taken advantage of by the riad’s staff on our last day.

Beautiful Riad, amazing architecture with multiple roof tops and pools.

Spacious rooms, gorgeous architecture, multiple pools and roof tops

Great location right near the main square, markets and restaurants. The most beautiful Riad and place to stay ever. The staff are so accommodating and helpful to anything ! There are multiple pools and roof tops that are clean and well looked after. The Hammam is a relaxing experience in the riad as well as a good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also stayed on Friday night where there was live music and a dancer. The rooms are clean and luxurious with also a mini fridge.

This Riad is beautifully decorated and the staff are extremely nice. My suite on the first floor was spacious and fully equipped, and the rooftop was super nice with a pool. It was a short trip for me because I decided to go the Sahara desert for a couple of nights, and the host was kind enough to pack my breakfast in the early morning and store my luggage. The taxi was not allowed to enter the alley, which can be difficult if carrying heavy luggage, but the staff helped me with everything. I will definitely stay at the Palais next time I’m in Marrakech and for a longer period of time!

Gorgeous riad with impeccable architecture and design, with great attention to detail. Food at restaurant and pools were also so nice. One of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at in my life! Perfect location on border of old and new town, very walkable, easy to call taxis/ubers to nearby location. Very friendly and polite staff.
