Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Uusi ja hyvin kunnossa pidetty huoneisto. Kirjautumisohjeet tulivat hyvissä ajoin. Keittiössä oli valmiiksi hyvä määrä astioita, joilla pääsi itse kokkaamaan.
Pyyhkeet olivat kuluneet ja niissä oli pari tahraa.

Aamulla alkoi remonttimiesten piikkaukset ja poraukset käytävältä. Vinkkinä, että seinäkello olisi asunnossa hyvä olla.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025Siisti ja erityisen rauhallinen/hiljainen asunto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Pysäköinti olisi onnistunut kadunvarteenkin, mutta käytimme vierestä hotellin parkkihallia. Helppo avaimeton kulku. Vuokranantaja oli erinomaisesti tavoitettavissa myös epäselvässä tilanteessa. Tänne varmasti majoitutaan uudelleen.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Sijainti aivan rautatieaseman vieressä, kunhan kävelet pohjoisen suuntaan laiturilta alikulku käytävään. Aikainen ns. Kirjautuminen ei ongelma. Kun sovit vaan. Huoneistossa on kaikki, mitä ei ole, et tarvitse. Hiljainen kiva yhtiö. Vuoden päästä tulen takaisin. Kiitos Ari!
Kaksi sänkyä pari sängyksi, tuntui kuin olisin tippunut lattialle. Keskellä sänkyä.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025The city centre location is perfect, although at the moment pedestrian access is a bit awkward due to works around the property. A spacious stylish accommodation nicely furnished and well equipped for any length of stay. We have no complaints.
Guests are asked to wash up after themselves. The host should check the items as we found some crusted with food, which obviously had not been properly cleaned. The black out curtains don't cover the width of the windows. Whereas it was no problem for us, as the nights are dark this time of the year, in summertime it would not be possible to darken the room. The shower screens in the bathroom leave a fairly big gap in between, which means that you have to take care not to get water everywhere when showering.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025A new apartent at a good location. High quality. Public transportation was very easy to get to and centrum was right next to it. Very good sound proofing, didn't hear a thing while I stayed here.
The integrated air conditioning unit, when cooling, was quite loud and it was a bit complicated to get into the apartment. Also, the wifi had a weak signal if not positioned next to it on the bed.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Appartement was zeer comfortabel, airco heel fijn in deze hete zomer. Host was extreem behulpzaam, we mochten zelfs iets eerder komen dan de officiële inchecktijd! We kunnen ons prima voorstellen dat je hier langere tijd verblijft. Prima uitvalsbasis om interessante stad te verkennen.
Niets. Alles was inderdaad brandnieuw en superschoon. Heerlijk bed. Als ik toch een tip mag geven: situatie in gebouw is lastig met drie liften, zeker als je zware bagage heb. Maar host had het goed uitgelegd.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024What a fantastic new, comfortable and spacious apartment. Really good bed, kitchen facilities and strong shower. Apartment was warm and had everything I needed for my stay. Excellent quality and can highly recommend. Very detailed instructions and so close to the train station and the city. Fantastic cafe at the entrance to the apartments.

With parking has a small problem. Because after 16:00 in Zone 2 on Saturday until Sunday, parking is for free, and those Paid Zone on Saturday night is totally full. So we had to park our car in 2 blocks, which were still very walking distance. Just a bit suprise about this.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024I have stayed at this operator's two other apartments and they are similar inside, so I knew what to expect: modern, tidy, well equipped studios. Key codes and electric locks are easy to use with MMS instructions. Own wifi. Linen included. Written instructions quite good, could be a bit more detailed. Got sushi downstairs.
Maybe would prefer without but ok for me: doing dishes / using dish machine, taking garbage out in a hurry in the morning. No own free parking place. The apartment was a bit hard to find in the complex building.

There is no reception so if your luggage get lost during your travel, you may encounter issues to get them delivered at the flat. In my case, my suitcase arrived the night before the day of my return flight, so I picked it up directly at the airport and checked it in with me. But this a risk I would take again because the flat was perfect!
