Excellent location, close to everything, quiet and cozy

The shower drain didn’t flow so water would fill into the bathroom

Ligging

Bedden slecht. Ongelijke matrassen (de een veel hoger dan de ander) en vering er totaal uit. Achterboard vies. Overal dingen stuk. Wastafel liep niet leeg. Geen vluchtroute noch een vluchtplan. Geen brandblussers noch rookmelders. Er was rooklucht vd buren van wiet en sigaretten in de doucheruimte. Verder prachtig historisch pand met mooie oude kenmerken. Wanneer de minpunten worden opgelost, is het een aanrader. Dichtbij het park, stad en station.

Dichtbij station. Studio is keurig netjes en schoon.

Hoe je binnen moet komen, met dat codeslot.

2 lange stijle trappen omhoog, enorme wietgeur bij binnenkomst in de hal, appartement was niet schoon, geen zeep beschikbaar om te kunnen douchen, handdoeken roken muf, wasbak was verstopt, krakende vloer, doorgezakt bed, pendaalemmerzakje was niet verschoont, zaten allemaal haren in.

Geur van sigarettenrook, stinkende handdoeken, niet schoon.

No free parking. The shower smelled weird. The towels and the bedding clearly worn out. The plates were cracked and the other kitchen supplies were also not nice. The decorative door of the fridge was missing and the it was wobbly, so not always it was closing well. Therefore could not use the freezer because it was full of ice.

The location was very good, with many services nearby and easy access.

The room had some problems, in my opinion. First, many things were broken or in poor condition. The sink in the "kitchen" was loose and a part was missing from the coffee machine. Second, some things in the room were very dirty, particularly the fan. It was very hot, but it was so dirty that we didn't dare turn it on. The bed was two loose mattresses with a dirty hole in the middle. Finally, on our last day, someone opened the door at approximately 9:30 am; we don't know if it was another guest or the person responsible for cleaning.

Veldig fine bilder og dekor på rommet. Det vises at eier har forsøkt å få kundene til å føle seg hjemme.

Det var ingen toalett børste og toalett hadde svak effekt. Det var ingen knagger til å henge håndklær etter dusjing. Rommet hadde ingen vindu slik at vi kunne lufte om natten. Flere av strømkontaktene virket ikke. Det var ingen såpe i dusjen.

Oud, niet goed onderhouden. Versleten beddengoed, losse stopcontacten, dode planten, kapotte beddelampjes, knoppen van de douche deuren af, losse kranen,vuil (stof en gruis)op bed-achterwand, verroest vuilnisbakken, geen ophanghaakjes voor handdoeken in badkamers, keukenblokje aan vernieuwing toe en trap naar boven verre van comfortabel. Kortom : veel te duur voor wat geboden werd

Doorspoelen van het toilet was slecht. De stopcontacten werkte niet overal. Handdoekhaakjes in de keuken en badkamer zijn aan te raden.

De verwarring, stond op standje uitkleden. Veel te warm bij binnenkomst, maar beter dat dan te koud.

Voyeurisme. Hoorde ze letterlijk praten over ons.

Great location. Super romantic for two people, soft lights, tv for relaxing, full kitchen. Great value

De kamer is voorzien van een stoffen boxspring welke meerdere ondefinieerbare vlekken heeft aan de zijkanten.

Good location for me. Short walk through the park to a fairly active section of town excellent restaurants nearby.

I was unfamiliar with the street door access system, but the owner was very helpful. The lighting controls were more complex than I liked for a single night stay.

Zona a fost ușor de accesat atât cu mașina cât și pe jos, la 2min de mers pe jos de gară și la 10min de mers pe jos de centru unde poți găsi o mulțime de restaurante care să îți satisfacă poftele.

Când am ajuns am fost îndrumați spre o cameră unde nu fusese făcută curățenie. După 10min de sunat și umblat pe la uși într-un final proprietarul a răspuns și ne-a dat o altă cameră. Când rezervi primești un mesaj în care ți se spune utilizarea de droguri este strict interzisă, în schimb toată clădirea miroase a droguri. În mesajul pe care îl primești este menționat și că întâlnirile sexuale sunt interzise, dar nimeni nu spune nimic când ziua în amiaza mare se aud tot felul de sunete. Nu recomand pentru cei care vor sa vina cu copii

Prettige locatie, fijn bed. Fijn dat er nog een waterkoker geregeld werd toen bleek dat deze ontbrak.

Het toilet spoelde niet goed door en het rook naar sigarettenrook. Het leek ook niet helemaal schoongemaakt: er zat nog tandpasta op de kraan. En de handdoeken roken niet fris.

Great service, the host was very responsive, and made sure that our guest was well taken cared of. The apartment was clean, facilities were great, and the location was perfect. We did not have enough room in our own apartment for our guest so having this place which is just walking distance from ours was very convenient.

Schoon, fijne ruime kamer

Door het hele pand hing een erg doordringende rooklucht, en zo ook in onze kamer. Dat was niet erg aangenaam maar zo voor één nachtje was ons verblijf wel oke

locatie vlak bij het park dus zo in het centrum dat is fijn. lopen in het een 10 - 15 min tot het centrum bij aankomst je kon de deur openen met een code en je sleutel pakken en vervolgens je eigen gang gaan.

parkeergelegenheid je kan parkeren alleen ook maximaal 3 uur aan de straat dus moet je daar iets op verzinnen. in de badkamer hing een vieze geur, waarschijnlijk afvoer (ik hoop het tenminste) ik heb het douchen maar even gelaten. de geur trok door tot in de slaapkamer.

Locatie was top, kamer was leuk ingericht met schilderijen en foto's. Tv had 4000 kanalen. Mooie pand.

Google maps stuurt je naar de achterkant van het gebouw. Bij binnenkomst van de kamer heb je een muffe geur. Niet alle stopcontacten deden het. Wou gebruik maken van de waterkoker maar kon de stopcontact bij de keuken niet vinden. Je hoort alles van de gasten naar je kamer.

It was difficult to open the main door, i had to wait in the rain until someone open it. then the steep stairs and then the kitchen smells from the lower floor.

The check-in process was good and easy

The whole place reeked of weed really badly and the place was up an extremely steep set of stairs. If you have any mobility issues or travel with large luggage, this is not the place for you.

Close to the town and train station. Comfy big bed. Nice shower and bathroom plus kitchen facilities. Big room.

Didn’t realise how many stairs there were to the top. Partner had an ankle injury at the time

Die Apartments die wir gebucht hatten waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der war immer zu erreichen, war sehr freundlich und hat einem immer geholfen.

È andato tutto bene, l'unica cosa le scale ripide per accedere ai piani possono essere un problema per chi avesse problemi fisici.

Locatie was uitstekend. Ruime kamer Koffie en thee faciliteiten Lekker geslapen

Alles was uitstekend. Enige minpuntje was de geur komend uit de badkamer.

De centrale locatie is top: het station zit echt om de hoek, maar ook de Spar supermarkt voor bijv. je ontbijt. En je loopt zo het Valkenburg park in en sta je op de markt van Breda.

Er was een hele indringende rokersgeur aanwezig van een vorige gast vermoed ik, ondanks strikt anti-rook beleid.

De ligging in het centrum. De mooie kunst overal aan de muren. De verzorgdheid van het appartement, alles was er.

Het betaalde parkeren.

Er werd heel veel gerookt en geblowd in het gebouw.

Bad was not comfortable, air-condition was loud, there was bad humidity smell which stayed at our clothes

- instructies voor entree kunnen beter - de matrassen op de bedden waren uiterst slecht en de bedden zijn doorgezakt. - op de matrassen waren haren van vorige huurders te vinden. - de ruimte was niet geluidsdicht, zoals aangegeven in de beschrijving. De buren waren letterlijk te verstaan. - overall afwerking van het appartement is verouderd, roestige afvalbakken, led licht deed het niet.

Near to train station and centrum. Very comfortable bed.

We had an upstairs unit - had to carry heavy bag up the stairs .

Very lovely and comfortable place in the centre of the city. Thanks to the staff.

Everything about the apartment was nice, it had everything we needed from the shower to the private balcony. We appreciate the cleanliness of the unit.

The only negative thing about this apartment is finding cheap parking.
