We need an invoice and as of today (two weeks after booking) you have not sent it to us. The owner does not reply to our messages, either he says he will send it to us but he doesn't or his accountant is on holiday. That is why we will not use this accommodation again because it is his obligation to send us an invoice!

the host is reachable at anytime and very friendly

Very well maintained property. Had some trouble connecting to the internet but that was sorted out very quickly. Owner was very responsive. Noisy place with a busy street. Convenient for shopping groceries.

Location- not recommended for families given the location and adult services that are delivered close by. Very noisy neighborhood with police sirens going off often. Local area around was not clean.

It was quite cold at night and I couldn't get the heating to work.

The apartment was amazing, very neat and clean, nice interior, spacious, and fully furnished with everything we needed during the stay. The location is very good, very close to Bruxelles Nord station. The host was really helpful and responsive.

Only the location was the concern, as apparently the surrounding area was inappropriate for children.

Even 4 weeks after my stay and after many time consuming email exchanges and reminders, the owner was not able to send me a correct invoice for my stay.

Location and proximity to the station. Great service from the host. Apartment very clean.

Safe, large , light and airy, spotlessly clean , comfy bed and great shower. Warm and well insulated ( although the road outside is busy , we weren’t troubled by noise). Well equipped kitchen , small balcony , loved the blinds! Easy to walk into the centre of town ( or take the metro).

The property is lovely . We avoided the area around the station after dark , but the road the apartment is on is vibrant and diverse .

Our host was kindness itself. The appartment had lots of space and was well fitted out. It very convenient for the North station. The shop almost opposite sold good croissants for breakfast.

The area is a bit scruffy and noisy in the morning.

Extra spacious apartment very close to Brussels Noord, bathroom with washing machine (no dryer) and fully equipped kitchen. Host was easy to communicate with and we had an overall pleasant stay.

Wifi was unavailable the entire time, due to some works throughout the entire block - host mentioned that upon check-in. Nothing major, just some minor areas of attention re: cleaning (mostly inside fridge and cutlery drawer) and shower drain got lazy and water would take longer to drain after a shower - nothing a good drain unblocker gel can't solve.

The host was very kind and it was easy to contact him. He answered us very quickly. The apartment is very big and comfortable, nicely furnished and with everything you need.

Location is a little bit "pittoresque". It's in a bazaar-like street and one street away from the "red street"...

Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment tastefully furnished.

The neighbourhood was a little noisy, and one felt somewhat uneasy going out and returning at night

Great host. Really helpfull, communicative and quickly reacted to all necessities. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Apartment was also clean and with nice bathroom and huge TV.

The main problem is the location - at late evenings and nights there is a lot of young man standing on the corners and honestly I would not feel safe coming through the street with my family after 9 or 10 pm.

Beautiful and big apartment few minutes walking from North Station. Has all amenities you need, even more- coffee, tea, hairdryer, even cotton make up removals, WIFI. apartment is very comfortable and highly recommended

Property is very nice, looks as in the picture. It is a short walk from the city center and public garage is just accross. Sofa is huge and 2 or more can sleep on it comfortably.

Neigbourhood, it was very noisy from the street, ai assume drunk people since it was Saturday night. There were musquitos in the apartment.

Great hospitality! Very accessible!! The apartment was very well and stylishly furnished. It was giving cosy hotel vibes. The host was also so nice! Very friendly and accommodating! I would recommend this appartement because it’s accessible with public transport - perfectly located for me and my friends to go out for the weekend. The neighbourhood has lots of shops where you can buy all sorts of goods and food. I will be booking this place again!

The location was not great, did not like walking on the streets nearby.

Very nice well maintained apartment with a kitchen, a comfortable bed on the first floor (almost like a loft) and a big sofa cum bed in the double height living room. Netflix included, I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing, it was a rainy day when we arrived and my family loved the apartment and were happy to stay and watch Netflix instead of venturing out :-). Very close to Gare du Nord as the title says. Host was very nice, he met us at the door, handed over the keys and showed us around.

As others have mentioned, it's right on a busy street and that does tend to get a bit noisy. We didn't mind it that much. And the road to the Gare du Nord station looked a bit unsafe though we never encountered any problem. Though the location was great in terms of transit access, we may have preferred a quieter neighborhood.

Exceptional apartment The owner was very kind and gave us a great welcome. We felt very special. The apartment was with modern interior and excellent equipment . Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. The location is not far from the city centеr, and very close to Brussels-nord train station. It is only a two-minute walk to the station. The apartment has a large TV with Netflix that allows you to spend a pleasant evening.

Some of the streets nearby were not very nice for walking. It is not pleasant to walk on these streets with small children

Shops close by so we was able to purchase snack items and things for breakfast. Plenty of transport options which were very close, just a few minutes walk to get to the centre .

The street was rather noisy , especially during the night .

Great location, caring host on arrival, WIFI works well and easy, nice TV, neighbourhood might ask you to adjust but actually really great, really great apartment overall!

The cleanliness of the apartment, and especially the bathroom can be increased. The rest was nice, super friendly host. I just think a little bit more attention to detail like kitchen supplies, bath, would be great!

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, very close to Brussels-Nord train station. The host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. The apartment is on a lively, multi-cultural street with well-priced food outlets.

We loved staying in this tastefully decorated, spacious apartment. The owner was very kind and thoughtful. The location is very convenient because of it proximity to the North Train Station and there are mini markets close by to get groceries.

The room was neat and well furnished. The landlord was very kind and gave us a lot of help. The location is not too far from the city centre, 20 minutes walk to the city centre. It's a recommended home.

perfect owner, bright, comfortable and well equipment. with Netflix you can spend a wonderful night in it.
