La proximité du parc aquatique, mais reste éloigné du centre ville. C’est un grand immeuble, donc il y a bcp de passage. La piscine est vraiment incroyable et le onsen c’est vraiment une pépite.

Notre suite était pas très bien équipée pour cuisiner Des gros travaux pour un énorme centre commercial sont en cours à côté de l’hôtel, les routes peuvent être fermées rendant l’accès pas toujours évident

The location and facilities were good.

However the cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement. Eg the bathroom doors were mouldy, the fry pan inside the cupboard (although we did not cook) looked as if it had not been washed as it was oily. the apartment was booked for 4 people but there were only 2 miserable cups in the pantry. Handwash were not present on the wash basin in both toilets.

The location is fantastic and view to lost world of tambun is great, Children have a unforgotten memories in this place. Its highly recommended for families have children.

A little bit far from down town.

Clean, comfy, good view although we stayed for a short period at the premises. We travel often to Ipoh and stay at other air bnb banglow but decided to try this first time.

Procedures to get the key from the lock box was cumbersome and procedures were given rather late as we used our phone for navigation. It was raining. Lock box silver on black and located at the bottom was difficult to see and select the pin code. Car park in whatsapp stated Level 4 but we went in circles and found Level 3A which is Level 4. Change the whatsapp level for easy solution. After a long drive and needing to rest before a memorial service it would be nice to have a few coffee and tea bags at least for the 1st day as complimentary or include it in the rate. Ipoh is famous for coffee. A bedside table for phone, glass etc is essential - we had to place our glasses and phone on the bed or floor. A mirror in the 2nd room is essential - don't need to hog the bathroom. This is just a feedback for improvement.

Location: 200 meters to entrance lost world of Tambun.

We had two Queen size (double) beds. One of these beds had a really really bad martras.. The matras was so hard, laying on the floor would almost feel the same. We had a a family room with a view.

Location is good.

The unit missed out on small items such as boxes of tissues, no spatula despite having frying pans etc, no hand gel. The unit is clean but they missed out on cleaning up the bathroom doors which had a lot of white patches. The mattress and pillows need to be changed as it has became too soft over time. Other than that, all are good. Staff are helpful and friendly.

La piscina del building è davvero scenografica e bella. Idem l palestra. C’è pure un onsen. Sotto si trova anche un piccolo supermercato. Appartamento molto confortevole, con letto comodissimo e tende oscuranti.

Nulla, magari solo un piccolo suggerimento: nella cucina ci sono davvero poche cose , anche solo per preparare una colazione!

Las piscinas están muy bien, una de ellas con agua caliente relajante

El olor del apartamento al llegar era insoportable. Después vimos en el baño una cucaracha roja gigante. Al día siguiente nos limpiaron el apartamento pero la cucaracha seguía ahí (o alguna otra). Los muebles medio rotos, en el balcón directamente están rotos. Las puertas se cierran solas con pestillo por dentro. Un día nos quedamos sin poder entrar en la habitación principal y tuvieron que venir a abrirla a las 11.30 de la noche. En definitiva, un desastre.

The bedsheet and pillow smell like sweat on the single bed. It seems never washed after use, and the cups are not clean.

The room was clean and the beds were the most comfortable I have experienced while travelling in Malaysia. The location to the lost world of tambun is a stone throw away. Food places close by also. Me and my family loved staying in this apartment.

That it was near the theme park and quite clean. The staff was quite helpful too.

The water pressure was bad in the kitchen and from the Cuckoo too. Also, the bathroom water pressure was not that good either but better than the kitchen. The lamp above the beds were in an awkward position, and you keep hitting your head on it when you sit up straight against the bed, so were the plug points. They were at the back of the beds near your head. A really weird position.

Great Family Stay for Families Visiting Lost World of Tambun. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would happily recommend it to other families visiting Ipoh. The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of seven people. An extra mattress was provided as requested, which was very helpful for our children. The apartment was also very clean upon arrival, and everything was well prepared for our stay. Communication was excellent. We requested additional towels and they were delivered promptly without any issues. The check-in process was extremely easy and convenient. We simply collected the keys from a lockbox using the provided code, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights of this property is its location. The view overlooking the park is beautiful, and the park itself is only about a two-minute walk away. Overall, this is an excellent option for families spending two or three nights in Ipoh. The apartment is clean, spacious, well located and easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Molto piacevoli le piscine riscaldate. La stanza arredata in stile Totoro è simpatica, i bimbi hanno apprezzato i peluche e i quadri.

La pulizia non è soddisfacente (abbiamo trovato dei funghi sulla spugna della cucina e della muffa intorno al lavandino...) C'è la lavatrice, ma non c'è niente per stendere i vestiti: né un armadio con degli appendiabiti, né uno stendino. Non ci sono piani di appoggio. Occorrono circa 25 minuti con grab per raggiungere il centro di ipoh.

Even when most of the time we were out and about, we look forward to come back to the apartment to rest, refresh. It's a few minutes walk to the lost world, convenient. Strong water pressure during shower. Rubbish chute is also conveniently assessible. Will definitely recommend family and friends. Also, will b back once the mall nearby opens.

We hadden per ongeluk een kamer met een slaapkamer te weinig geboekt. Toen we hier (voor aankomst) achter kwamen, waren er nog 2 kamers met het door ons gewenste aantal slaapkamers beschikbaar. De kosten voor die kamers lag op Bookin lager dan de oorspronkelijk geboekte kamer. Toch wilde de host alleen omboeken als we zouden bijbetalen. Dat hebben wij niet als servicegericht ervaren.

Location was perfect for what we needed.

Could do with a couple more comforts, washing line, more utensils. Hot water in the shower was an issue. No instructions or helpful hints.

Vi skulle til Lost World of Tambun, så beliggenhet passet perfekt! Jeg valgte leiligheten med BTS tema, det likte min datter veldig godt. Basseng og Onsen var rene. Verdt for penger!

Location is great, we rented 2 units - the higher unit had the nice view of the water park. Beddings and all are comfortable as it is fairly new property

The floor was sticky when we got there, so we called and asked to clean again and they came quickly, cleaned by foreign male worker so could have been done better and have better quality in future. I would prefer if all the sheets are nice and white including towels to give it a more hotel feel. Also the higher unit microwave glass plate was home so we could not use it, it advertised as fully equipped kitchen but there is only one pot which was burnt already and then they brought another new pan which burnt immediately when out on induction stove, so I think they should equip with the right pots and pans for induction stove and also have a rice cooker - it is Malaysia after all and we could eat rice

The location is very good and convenient to go around Ipoh. The apartment has its own onsen and salt water swimming pool to chill on. Especially great for family vacations.

The lift access was difficult to scan in the lift. Also, can access to the selected parking level and house level only. I guess its for security purpose but it will be hard if there are 2 families staying and parked at different level.

C’était pas mal

We liked the location of the apartments right next to the Lost world of Tambun. We loved the swimming pool facilities that we were allowed to use with the accommodation 😍 we really liked the simple instructions of collecting keys etc from the host and the beds were very comfy! The apartment was spacious for our family of 4.

The cleanliness of the apartment was below par in our opinion and I had to clean it when we arrived which I did not anticipate. Small niggles such as a used dirty dishcloth in the sink from previous guests, teabags strewn all over the kitchen cupboards, dirty light switches and doors and lots of dust accumulated on the furniture. Unfortunately the Safe did not work either (we were informed of this just before check-in so knew about it before we arrived). Broken hoover ☹️ If a little more care and attention was taken prior to guests stay such as a thorough clean and maybe a few little ornaments for a more homely feel this apartment would be amazing!! That being said we did enjoy our stay!

Dès notre arrivée, l'appartement que nous avions réservé était infesté de cafards. Nous avons été relogés dans un autre appartement, mais celui-ci présentait le même problème. Nous avons retrouvé des gros et des petits cafards dans la salle de bain, sur les toilettes et même sur le canapé. C'était un véritable problème d'hygiène et il était impossible de dormir sereinement. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises un appartement similaire à celui que nous avions réservé. La première proposition ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (configuration des lits différente, salle de bain en mauvais état, fenêtres qui ne fermaient pas). Il a fallu plusieurs jours de réclamations avant qu'une solution convenable nous soit proposée. Nous avons perdu une grande partie de nos vacances à gérer ces problèmes au lieu d'en profiter. Nous voyagions avec deux enfants et un bébé, et vivre dans un appartement infesté de cafards est tout simplement inacceptable. Je laisse cet avis afin que d'autres voyageurs, en particulier les familles, ne vivent pas le même calvaire que nous.

Nous avons annulé notre réservation dès que nous sommes arrives sur les lieux. En effet l'hôtel se situe au milieu d'un immense chantier qui n'est pas près d'être fini! Donc en soit l'appartement était joliment aménagé et avait l'air propre, mais la situation excentrée (ça on le savait) avec autour que des chantiers, aucune nature et des piscines très loin des photos sur le site de l'hôtel (ça c'était la surprise) n'etaint pas propices à des vacances. Le manager a bien voulu nous rembourser, nous l'en remercions.

Spacious and almost complete house amenities

At first we thought the apartment was nice, then we opened the sliding door to a monstrosity of a mall being built, right in front of our apartment 😔🫣 Initial correspondence with management was apologetic, but then it changed when I stated after first night, we couldn't stay due to the noise. The apartment is also near a nice big water park, which we had intentions of visiting, but sadly didn't after our first nights experience 😩🙄😵‍💫

The fact we booked this apartment while in our home country of Australia and it was a misrepresentation to which we only discovered upon arrival! The property has a massive mall being constructed right next door to it! Nothing mentioned in the write up for the apartment, total misrepresentation of the accommodation! The construction is basically early morning Start and they were still working at 11 PM. Basically couldn't even get to sleep 😴 and during daylight hours, the noise was so severe, couldn't stay in the unit or sit out on balcony 😳🫣😫 The management basically ghosted me when I stated we had to leave the next day, and I was contacting Bookings.com

La propreté de l'appartement et des communs: piscine, sauna, espace détente. Tout était parfait. Calme et paisible. Belle vue sur la nature et le parc aussi. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute dans le même lieu. Ils sont tres réactifs. J ai demandé des couvertures en plus. Dans l'heure, elles étaient déjà disponible à ma porte. Er wordt 24/7 gebouwd rondom de locatie. Dat hoor je, vooral ‘s nachts redelijk goed.

Déplacement avec Grab.(choisir centre AEON pour faire ses courses: poudre de lessive, etc...).Machine à laver et sèche linge dans l appartement appréciable évite de chercher une laverie.Machine filtre à eau top.

L appartement correct pour le prix sinon besoin de travaux et dans une des chambres, miroir mal mis risque de chute on a mis du Scotch pour sécuriser. Besoin de travaux de rafraîchissement.Les photos de booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Cest souvent la déception les photos des appartements à louer sur booking car on ne voit pas les details(murs sales, serviette de bain trouée, etc...).

Aucun équipement de cuisine, des promesses non respecté, la terrasse pas accessible car porte défectueuse et pas de tringue pour sècher les vêtements. C'était vraiment pas un appartement ok. Mes il y a énormément d'appartement peut-être que les autres sont mieux. Ont ces plaint ont nous a proposé de quitter et de nous rembourser la totalité ou de nous changer d'appartement. Nous avons choisi de partir et d'avoir le remboursement intégral. Puis ils nous ont dit désolé nous allons vous rembourser que 50%. Booking nous a rembourser l'intégralité. Nous avons réservé un autre appartement via Booking dans le même immeuble et il ont pas voulu nous ouvrir si ont payais pas les 50% du précédent. Bref dès gens malhonnête car ce n'était pas le deal a la base. Un lit n'avait pas de édredon il avait un plaid.

The location was good but the view was not. Very clean place and nice pool. Very close to the water park which we must visit.

Small things can make better outcome especially for cloths drying as there is very small place to keep the cloths dry which made big trouble for us during our stay.

De grote dikke pluk zwart haar in het hoekje van de douche en dat je naast een bouwplaats zit waar veel lawaai vanaf komt, dit werd nergens vermeld.

The place is within walking distance from Lost World of Tambun which was convenient for us. The apartment was nice and clean and the swimming pool seemed nice and of a good size although we didn't use it.

The shower water pressure was a bit low for my liking. Apart from the water park there isn't much else around the location, so for shops and restaurants a car/taxi is needed to drive in town.

Have booked king size suite master room but the ceiling Fan sound can break the wall .. even though we gd AC , but the fan sounds horrible.. the small sofa gt stain ..

Good location next to water park. Lift to level one link way to water park. Cleanliness of house Corner unit away from lift. Less Disturbances and noise. Few units along the corridor. Sound proof is poor. Able to hear noise when next unit returns. Despite door and window closed. Expected to have noise from water park speakers until 11pm. Washer and dryer provided is very needed for light luggage traveling. Water dispenser provided. Sunway medical center is just beside.

Property flooring design is not friendly for wet weather, elderly and kids. Does not have hazard labeling for slope or unbalance floor. My sister fell and fractured her ankle. Flooring at swimming pool is also not rough surface quite slippery. One of the bar chair is shaky need to be remove as it’s dangerous for elderly and kids. TV is spoilt with lines on the screen.

It is near to the Lost World of Tambun. However, nowadays the theme park does not allow the visitor to re-enter multiple times within the day when we purchase the day pass, the location of the guesthouse is not as attractive anymore

The cleanliness of the guesthouse is very disappointing. We found a lot of hairs and makeup eyelashes under the blanket. Also there are yellowish spots on the towel provided. Some of the power switches including the switch for the water heater of one bathroom are faulty and not repaired. The guesthouse is not cleaned properly after the stay of previous visitor and not well maintained.

The pool and onsen was the highlights of the stay

Room stunk of cigarettes and we had to leave windows open all day to try reduce the smell. However the stench was in the bedding and curtains and made our stay unpleasant. It's also VERY loud being next to the lost world of Tambun with music blaring until 11pm and starting again at 7am despite the waterpark only opening at 10am.

the cleanliness is earning down point, i feel itchy on my tight after sitting the sofa in living room, red bump and itchiness on my skin. Pls wash again the cutlery before u cook, pan and kettle. they were oily and dirty stain when i cook for the first night. the most disappointed part was the dryer only working to spin , no heat at all to dry my cloths after spinning for hrs. swimming pool is not clean, the toilet at facility floor was dirty and smell unbearable.

The person-in-charge was very helpful and friendly. The house was perfect, everything was 100% good. The location was ideal.

The swimming pool seems dirty, a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool.
