- The towels are torn and worn out. - The Cuckoo water filter does not appear to be well maintained. I experienced a sore throat after drinking the water 3–4 times. - The liquid soap dispenser/storage area is dirty. - The owner is slow to respond. - Bit expensive since only can utilize 1 room and 1 bathroom

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Clear communication from host. Every information was accurate. Right next to Tambun Lost World, the reason for our stay. Very comfortable for grandparents and children too. Ideal for 8 people.
It will be good to have some sort of diffuser around the property. There’s a slight stuffy smell, due to combination of constant shut windows, indoor eating. Not a negative point but this will give visitors a nice/fresh welcome coming into the property.

maybe me too fussy but if owner could provide more trash bags. i have a toddler, so trash bags so important for me to discard his diapers

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for family and friends. It’s definitely a great value! The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy for us to relax after a long day of exploring. The instructions for collecting the key were clear.
We encountered a small challenge with the gate & lift access card , as it took a few tries to get them to work, but it didn’t detract too much from our stay. I have dust allergy so it would be great to have the dust cleaned off the light fixtures and to address the clothing moths on the ceiling.

water heater for showing was really bad. Low preassure and occasionally gets cold. This really brings down the whole experiences and making me think twice when I return back to Ipoh for holiday.

My kids found the pillows too hard. Not much space for keeping clothes such as drawers. The shower should have a shower curtain instead of just open - floor was easily wet. Would be nice to give some coffee or tea packets.

The host designed the house to be used in a certain way. Most of the cabinets were inaccessible . There was one tea packet for a family of 4 .
