J’ai grandement apprécié mon séjour au Kapoor Sahab Homestay. Le logement était propre et disposait de tous les aménagements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour. Mais je tiens surtout à souligner les grandes qualités de notre hôte, Amit Kapoor. Que ce soit par sa réactivité pour résoudre le moindre problème, son exceptionnelle serviabilité ou encore sa grande gentillesse, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. Dans le tumulte que peut parfois être Varanasi, cet endroit devient un véritable petit havre de paix où l’on se sent comme chez soi. Merci encore pour cette hospitalité parfaite et pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly warm and helpful throughout my visit. It truly felt like a home away from home and made my Varanasi trip even more memorable.

The room is fantastic so comfortable and the kitchen is lovely has been so nice to cook. The homestay is within walking distance of the temple which is lovely as well! The hosts are fantastic they are caring and sweet it has been a pleasure staying here and I would stay again!

Mr. Amit Kapoor is an exceptional host who provides proactive communication, a warm welcome, and essential help with local sightseeing and cab bookings. The relaxing environment was ideal for a multi-generational family trip, allowing elderly family members to recover comfortably after busy days of exploring.

The property is extremely well maintained, clean, spacious and comfortable. All the appliances are in perfect working condition. There is enough shelf space to keep your belongings and the bathroom was large spacious. The aesthetics of the place is perfect.

Everything was good. The place smelled very nice. The bed was comfy and the bathroom functional. The room was spacious with a lot of storage facilities. The host was very helpful and we highly recommend him. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations for activities and food places. Everything about the property was great. Especially the host Mr Kapoor and his mom, he has guided the whole trip so beautifully. I would definitely visit again. It was comparatively in peaceful area, so if you are working remotely this is good locality. Love the aquarium too and interior was amazing like vintage era.

There was nothing such as it was really like home away from home. If anything I would neat pick then it would have been great if the bathroom of one room where I stayed was also attached like the other room, but then it’s not a big issue if you are solo traveller.

The host Amitji, extended my stay in troubled times (Indigo Flight cancellation Phase) for another day by charging me regular price.Felt like home back. The house has a beautiful antique interior of 200 years old. It feels like going back in time. The house has two rooms, a shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The host, Amit, is a wonderful honest guy, he picked us up from the airport late at night while our flight was delayed. He is there whenever you need him but he knows how to respect your privacy. The location is close to the old city center.

The owner is incredibly kind-hearted, he let us check in very early when we were tired from the night train ride and he let us leave backpacks in the facility for the whole day after the checkout. He was helpful and caring, the best host we could possibly imagine! The room was very clean and comfortable, close to many beautiful temples.

We were two members, one of us had fallen ill do we decided to stay at a distant relatives' house and the host ordered us unnecessarily to appear in the night at 10:30 pm without prior information. We kept on insisting that we were not well to stay there but then the host phoned us and sort of ordered to appear in the night at 10: 30 pm. Worst experience ever!!!! Highly not recommended !!!!

Stayed one night at Kapoor Sahab Homestay on our Delhi-Kolkata drive with my elderly parents and our pet dog. Clean, well maintained and spacious pet-friendly property with dedicated parking. Everyone loved the place and it'll be our default choice of stay whenever we're visiting Varanasi. In fact, given a choice, we would've loved to stay another day and relax but couldn't due to a paucity of time. Thank you Amit ji for being a gracious host!

Kapoor's homestay was indeed a pleasant experience. Mr. Amit and his family were extremely warm and welcoming and a delight to talk to. Very clean, hygienic, prime location!

Amit ji is an excellent host, he sent us many recommendations for places in Varanasi. His home was very comfortable and most importantly, very clean...probably one of the cleanest places we have stayed in all of India. The bed was comfortable and the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay.The home also had a well-equipped kitchen with filtered water and anything we needed to make tea or to make something to eat. Amit ji is very nice and is always there to help with anything you might need. We enjoyed our stay at his home. The only small point is that the bedroom is next to the main road so there is some noise from the cars during the day but it's fine at night. We wish we had known about his home earlier because we would have wished to stay there longer. We will definitely stay at his home when we go back to Varanasi!

Great area to stay, the. homestay owner couldn't do enough to help us and was available via WhatsApp for ideas and questions. He helped us arrange a boat trip and find good food. We booked 2 rooms and had the whole apartment to ourselves. There was a wedding nearby and the guests invited us to join in. Loved our stay

Excellent location near many temples and walking distance to Assisi Ghat. Several nice restaurants very nearby and a grocery store. Lovely terrace and smart TV. Use of kitchen and clothes line was great. Host provided some breakfast food and responded to text messages within a few hours at most.

Bed was extra firm. Opened doors and windows let in mosquitos at night. We had a long stay and hospitality waned after the first few days.

From the moment we reached the location Amit ji (owner) was present to greet and guide us even though it was peak season during the Mahakumbh, he along with his family have a great warm behavior towards their guests. All the photos and amenities mentioned are genuine and beautifull, it is their own home converted into home stay. Best part about this is the pricing which is pretty affordable provided the quality of rooms and the location is pretty lavish. It is a must visit for all travelling to Varanasi and I personally am looking to stay here again someday as the property and the owner Amit Sir have become close to heart in just a few days time😊❤. Definitely deserves a 10/10 and nothing less.Thank you Amit Sir

Kapoor’s Home Stay It is one of the best home stay near to Aasi Ghat within 1.5km and walkable to Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple. Coming to Host Mr. Amit Kapoor, who received with such a warmth gesture, felt very comfortable home like, and the rooms and washrooms are well maintained and best equipped on budget. He Guided us through out our three days stay at Varanasi, as where to eat, how to reach out any pilgrim..etc, and what ways of transportation is best depending on rush hours and even guide us by sharing location of each and every places and was been available helping us. And last but not least his Father’s 3rd generational Business which deals with Authentic manufacturing of the famous Banarasi saree which is few meters away from Chowk Thana, where his father received us with such a warmth gesture and showed us all kinds of manufactured Original and Pure Silk Sarees of different quality & price with patience. So far I would rate more than 5 Star because of his humble nature.

Nestled in the heart of the city, this homestay allowed us to conveniently explore the vibrant streets of Varanasi. Being located centrally we could easily walk down to all the near by sight seeing places like Sankat Mochan Hanuman, assi ghat, & Durga kund. Amitji our gracious host went beyond to make our stay comfortable. He reached out to usto guide us about booking for Alakhnanda cruise & attending Mangla aarti. His Warmth & Humility stood out, as he genuinely invested in making our visit memorable. The room was spacious, cleaned & well maintained. Despite having Indian style toilet, he kindly made adjustments for us to suit our needs, displaying his genuine hospitality. The Highlight of our stay was visiting their family shop business to buy Banarasi sarees where Amitji s' father showcased an exquisite collection of sarees. With his expertise he introduced us to the rich variety & heritage behind each saree & the pieces we choose were delivered seamless via courier. We are deeply grateful for the memories created & look forward to visiting again.

The Indian style toilet could be replaced with western style in one room.

Check out time 10am, found this early compared to other homestays we have stayed in India which have been 12pm but wasnt a problem. Very noisy - was woken up all mornings at 6:30am by beeping from outside.

Mr. Kapoor is the kindest host, a wonderful person who welcomed us into his house as dear guests, introduced us to his family, helped us in every way and created a wonderful, caring and delicate support for us.. His house is cozy, tastefully furnished and it's easy to relax in it and enjoy your stay.. The bed is big and comfortable and there is always hot water.. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean with plenty of space for our luggage.. The location is very convenient and there is a shop and restaurants nearby as well as the impressive Hanuman’s temple . Because of this person we consulted with and enjoyed talking to, as well as because of his calm, a nice home that we felt like our own - we will return right there again and connect the interesting and strong Varanasi with more humanity, warmth and coziness! We had a great time and recommend this home heartily and sincerely! Thank you :)

Amit was a wonderful host. Super accommodating, friendly, and understandable when we didn't have cash to pay on arrival. No request was ever too much! The homestay was pristine and incredibly clean. The toilet was the best we've used in India. The room was spacious with a big TV. We had access to a fridge and cooking facilities, and Amit also left bottled and filtered water which he replenished every day. Thank you Amit!

Although we had a lock on the inside of our room, the homestay wasn't locked for the night. It felt like it was set back in a safe location, but we would've preferred both our room and the homestay to be locked.

The Ground Floor occupants feeds a biter dog every night, me and my mom witnessed. That dog has bit me, It attcked my mom also. No service in a name of a good homestay. Only you shall get a smiling face of Mr. Kapoor. No Western toilets, Given potty stool instead. me and my mom both got operated knee. Born Cheater.

The property is at a nice location ( very close to BHU university, markets in close proximity ) nd it was very clean and well maintained. The host and the staff were very friendly and they were very helping and guiding. Its truely a home away from home. Totally worth it.

Full airbnb waali feeling..Honestly 10 times better than any hotel..(also in varanasi Most of the good hotels are bit expensive than any other tourist place) its location is good enough in city to reach anywhere fast. Very close to sankat mochan temple.Interior was so aesthetic with such a homely feeling..all clean and cozy place..So well maintained.Our stay was safe and comfortable..full of positivity.The host-Mr Amit kapoor's Hospitality is 10/10 that anyone will remember for long time.Clean, spacious and well furnished rooms with nice bathrooms and private balcony. Even semi-functional kitchen (with basic utensils,fridge.. Filter water and oven) and drawing room are also like cherry on cake! Even provide extra bedding in case for extra persons with nominal charges.Book it without any doubt..suitable for family, couple, group of friends.. Later i got to know even pets are allowed here! Wow..🐈 All pictures on site are real..i will always choose to stay here only whenever in varanasi and will recommend all my friends and relatives too!
