Kasha Homestay

One of the perfect property in varanasi at very genuine rate..best for couples For me this is permanent place to stay in varanasi.. The property owner hosted us very well and tell where to go and how to go.. Very peaceful environment no one is there to disturb you.. Khushi ji & siddharth ji are very good host..

Nothing

The staff was very prompt and helped my parents settle in quite well

The price for an AC room could be more affordable

No matter how much I praise this place, it’ll still feel less. The rooms are so comfortable, aesthetic, and full of good vibes—plus everything is super clean. The owners are incredibly sweet, they treat you like family and are always there for you 24/7. This has honestly been my best stay till date… highly, highly recommended

There wasn’t even a single thing I could complain about .

Superbly located at peacefull area, away from horns and crowd. The establishment is clean and beautifully decorated doesn't feel like hotel. Full of freedom.. Breakfast was complimentary and tasty. Owners are really helpfull suggested perfect place. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to my all family mermaid friends. I impressed with all amenities here as we requested to upgrade room they accepted and upgraded without any hesitation.. So thankyou siddharth ji and khushi ji...

Nothing to hate

Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a perfect escape from the noise and traffic of the city. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible hospitality of the owners. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to help or offer great advice whenever needed. We are truly grateful for their warmth and care. Please keep doing what you do—it makes a real difference. It’s amazing how much genuine kindness can brighten someone’s experience.

Absolutely loved my stay at Kasha hotel. The rooms are clean, elegant, and peaceful and cozy perfect for a relaxing break. The service is exceptional, and a special thanks to "Siddharth ji ", whose warmth and professionalism made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with a personal touch! Their back door helps us a lot to walk for BHU Their suggestion was really helpful for us Thanks for your service -

Worth money. We had an amazing experience. The breakfast was lovely- homemade and tasty. The place is very calm and quiet with good service. If you are travelling with family for Darshan, I would definitely recommend you this place. The ghats are close by. The Sankat Mochan temple is walkable. The best thing is, it is away from city's crowd, noise, smoke and dust. We didn't face any problem in terms of ordering food online.

We loved everything. In particular, the hosts were really kind and if we are ever back we will stay here again!! There is breakfast provided which is really good and homemade everyday!

Nothing! Thank you once again for our hosts!

The visual appeal is good and is decorated tastefully!

Starting off with the experience - It was Not at all pleasant. No intentions to defame the property but definitely want to share some facts about my visit so that it might help other travellers. Decide as per your priority. *The location might be okay for locals, but for travellers outside the city, not a favourable or mainstreamlocation. *The owner addressed their standard room as lowest category rooms. When I think now, I guess they were indeed right. They really maintained the status by offering No AC and Tea/coffee supplies for 1600+ Rs. *AC part was already mentioned on the app, no concerns with that. * Pay at the property - Credit Card Charges - They demanded 5 percent extra charges if you wish to pay via credit card, however, when i checked from the other hotels, it seemed every hotel has the same policy in Varanasi as all the charges will be borne by customer. Credit cards usually attracts 1-3 % charges from merchant, and they asking double from you is probably how it works here. Note - I could not stay at the property cause of such experience in the beginning, and had to leave to explore something better. Conclusion - Its a property with Visual insta like appeal, however must be backed by better service and behaviour. All the best!!

Nothing

Water issue in the bathroom . Washrooms aren’t clean. Not enough space in the room. Waste of money.

We really liked it. The service was excellent, and the room and bathroom were very clean. They helped us buy bus tickets. They also upgraded our room to a higher category than the one we booked. I will recommend this place to my friends and will stay here again next time. 😊

All will good👌🤗

Place

Room and food

Liked the balcony room in the back on the 2nd floor. The sun shines in and it is quiet. Also great assistance by the people working there. The location is central A riksja to Assi Ghat is 15 minutes max. Indian breakfast included, some very nice and surprising things

The bathrooms could be more practical. The small room I had first felt a bit claustrofobic, not enough light and space. Ok just to sleep.

wonderful hospitality with good location. I am with my parents whose age is 65 he is suffering injury from his legs. as I booked rooms in second floor but when I explained them our problem they offered as rooms in ground floor.. rooms are very beautiful designed. owners are always ready to help. I found the best food nearby, proper Indian food and Chinese and Italian restaurants also in walking distance.. most of the important things are nearby just like assi Ghat, Sankat Mochan Temple,Durga temple Manas Mandir temple, and Banaras Hindu University.. for Vishwanath Temple weekend book rapido auto which come very easily at the door step we can reach there within 10 to 15 minute maximum.. for us this is the perfect and peaceful place. highly recommended to my friends and family 🙏

it matched our priority as we don't want a compact rooms and congested hotel, rooms are with windows and other rooms are with balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful whether...

The service is exceptional, and a special thanks to "Siddharth ji ", whose warmth and professionalism made the experience truly memorable. I stayed at Kasha Homestay for about a week, and honestly mera jaane ka mann hi nahi kar raha tha. The homestay is run by a very lovely couple who make you feel genuinely at home—not like a guest, but like family. The room is cute, clean, cozy, and extremely comforting, especially after long days of exploring Banaras. Location is a big plus. It’s roughly 10–12 minutes by car from the ghats, and since I prefer traveling by car, this place was perfect for me. Parking is properly sorted (which is rare in Banaras!), and the best part is that from here you can actually drive and park near Assi Ghat. I could literally park my car and just sit by the ghat peacefully—especially late at night in the cold, which was such a comforting experience. If you’re looking for a calm, warm, homely place with good accessibility, parking convenience, and hosts who genuinely care, I would 100% recommend Kasha Homestay. This stay added a lot of warmth to my Banaras journey. 🌸✨

Everything was pretty good Khushi was too helpful Being the owner herself of this property she helped us in every way possible Highly recommended!

Everything was good to go

lovely owner and friendly staff. thanks to Siddharth ji and their team for making our trip memorable. as our train was cancelled but Siddharth ji booked our train immediately and provide us a cab from their stay to station that really helpful for me, through which I can reach at my place at the required time. thank you so much for your help. whenever next time I will come to Varanasi I will only stay at your place.

We had a lovely stay at Kasha Homestay. Very friendly hosts and a really nice place away from all the chaos. It was a nice peaceful place to return you after the full+on experience that a day in Varanassi can be. The hosts are available whenever you need anything and are honest about your best options. I highly recommend this place. Also it's very good value for your money.

Nothing to add here.

The location is fantastic, close to Sankat Mohan Mandir and Assi Ghat, and the hospitality is quite good too. Love to stay again in this property

as I booked rooms in kasha Homestay for one day only. but I have to extend for more days so they provided me rooms in very reasonable price and also given me discount. and they also upgrade my rooms. and they arrange One guide for us who help us to explore whole varanasi City, that guide explain us the history and importance of Kashi. really siddharth ji and Khushi ji is very great host . They have taken full care of my needs.

as Varanasi is a religious place we all went for Darshan. but in Kaal Bhairav temple and Kashi Vishwanath Temple 3- 4 hour huge queue, we afraid how we will do darshan .. then I asked to my host they arranged the protocol Darshan through which we don't need to stand in any queue and we enter from the exit gate within 10 minutes we completed our Darshan... that was amazing & unbelievable.. Thank you for saving our time! apart from this stay was also good, peaceful and clean...

This is 3rd class property, since the property owner and takecare are not polite at all I had really bad experience I booked this property through booking com in advance they have declined to provide room after reaching at property by giving reason that you have arrived late even though it's not mentioned anywhere that we have to check in by 10 pm although checking is 24 hrs. Highly recommended do not prefer at all stay is also property is far away

Nothing as such

"Kasha Homestay in Varanasi exceeded expectations! The hosts were incredibly helpful, especially during a pinch, they were available and made sure I felt at home. Cozy rooms and a prime location near the ghats made for a peaceful stay. Highly recommend for a warm Varanasi escape! 🙏🌟

The owner is verry helpfull. They can organise everything for you. Awesome breakfast! Verry nice stay

The property is located in very convenient Spot for allthe ghats. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. The food was fresh, clean, and healthy. khushi our host, was an incredible person. She made us feel welcome and comfortable, and guided us brilliantly through our daily activities. she proactively called us and guided us to the property - so it was easy to find our way. I would recommend this property 10/10 to other travellers.

Exceptional stay -truly feels like home! i had an amazing time at this place. The location is absolutely world-class - perfect for exploring the city and really getting a feel for it. The owners are ncredibly kind and genuine people; they welcome you as if you were part of their family. All the staff members are also extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is lovingly prepared by the owners and served in the hall, which r offers breathtaking views. Everything about this stay came from the heart, and I can only recommend it to everyone. If you want a true, warm, and authentic experience of the city - this is the place to stay!

This family-run this hotel is a gem. Its located a five-minute walk from Assi Ghat on a quiet lane. I was suffering from Delhi Belly while in Varanasi and the hosts nursed me back to health like family. The owner, siddharth has first aid training and was an absolute godsend: he procured OTC meds, let me speak to the family doctor, and checked in on me regularly. His wife made me homemade soup. I was so touched by their generosity and care. Also, the hosts will organize tours, transportation, laundry, etc. Breakfast is on cushions in the open hall where you can meet guests from all over the world.I met a fantastic Indian family and will be forever grateful to them.

If Varanasi is an iconic city of the world, then kasha hotel may be considered an iconic small local hotel of this city. No surprise that it is viewed so high by their guests and earning high rating on booking.com. Good peaceful climate, cleanliness, attractive location in the city (close to Assi Ghat where you can enjoy many events, watching local ceremonies, etc.) are big advantages of the hotel. Yet, the biggest treasure of the place are people who do everything possible so that your stay is comfortable, exceptional and of good vibes. khushi and her team offer not just some standard hospitality, they make you feel safe and happy like being at your own home and fully enjoy your visit to the iconic Varanasi.

good location and cooperative people

rooms are cozy depending on which room you take very nice food from the nearby the restaurant. location is convenient you can easily find the location by Google map we have to buy some sarees they suggested a shop where we found some sarees which was very good by material and very low price in comparatively market. the owner paid special attention on us if we reach late at night then they call us that, is everything alright or not. there is 5 minute of walking distance from this place to be BHU. we have some work in BHU so this is the best place for us. rooms halls and ladders everything as very clean their cleaner came everyday 10:30 and cleans our room as we stay 5 days in this hotel and cleaner cleans are room everyday. high speed of Wi-Fi which I love a lot. every essential things are nearby. you can do blink it and instamart from here you will get everything within 5 minutes. RO was in ground floor we can easily fill water bottles from there ... highly recommended

Great communication with hosts. I was only staying in Varanasi for one day- Kasha Homestay really helped me to organise logistics- including really late check in and early morning boat to attend aarti. They wven gave me a lift to meeting spot in the morning! I totally recommend. Fantastic hosts that go extra mile to support their guest. Thank you!

one of the best hotel for couples, with peaceful environment and ultimate amenities. every morning different different breakfast. cleaning is everyday. location wise perfect 👍. the toilet rooms and properties are very clean. Now this is favourite place for me 🤗

I am very hygienic and I don't like dirt at all. For me cleanliness is as important as breathing so I selected this hotel because here cleanliness was ensured 10 out of 10. And after coming here my experience was also the same. The room was cleaned daily. The ladders hall, everything A to z was absolutely clean and their comforter was also new and fresh. Room decoration was asthetic.. The whole thing was according to my mind. Thankyou..

Both the host are welcoming and helpfull

We made our online booking through Kasha Home stay We booked a cab from the airport to the hotel. The cab driver forcefully took us to a saree shop and got us a saree price of 12000/- each. When we reached the hotel and showed that saree to Khushi ji, she asked us to show the saree in the market and that saree was worth ₹3000. We had bought 17 sarees and we were cheated so badly, that we were unable to understand what to do? Then Siddharth ji accompanied us to the shop and returned the sarees and returned the total money to us. i was amazed 🤗 even he scolded that ola driver. Rally, these people saved us from such a big fraud. Then these people suggested us a saree shop where the quality and pricing of the sarees was very good. Really these people are superb. There are very few such genuine people in the world. highly recommended 👍

this homesty is not in narrow Street just like other home stay as I booked some other guest house but there is 500 m walk and I hold my bad and walk walk walk and there is too much crowd and loud horn too so next day I check out from that place and book this because this is very peaceful property. This property is a little inside due to which it is very peaceful here. Any rental cab easily comes to your gate!. you don't have to walk. seriously they treated our parents just like their family members whatever time we stay over there didn't feel that we stay in a hotel it seems like it's our home all facilities are there.  As I have lot of office work for which high speed internet is very necessary. There is very good internet facilities and the internet is of high speed which was very good. We were comfortably sitting in their beautiful hall with bean bag and doing our office work. with a cup of tea. it was amazing stay.

Kasha homestay is very welcoming and the owner is really respectful towards guest. I look forward to visit the property again.

We stayed at Homestay during our visit to the beautiful city of Varanasi. From the first few moments we arrived it felt like home. The host was almost like family within no time, and the breakfast was exactly what one needs after being away from home for a few weeks. Rooms are clean , well furnished and neat. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far from any of the major tourist spots. But above all , one should definitely stay there because of the property owners khushi mam are great hosts. Varanasi, be it shopping, sight seeing, tours etc. We really loved the service. A special point of mention, their in siddharth ji is a great city guide and very helpful. i will definitely recommend it to my all family members and friends.... according to me this is best stay near ghat and temple. best hotel in varanasi.👍

For a traveler, rustic place like Varanasi demands a safe, comfortable, hygienic and homely stay. Kasha homestay is one such place away from home. Women solo travelers will certainly feel at home here. Having a responsive, amicable host is cherry on the cake. Not far away from the main ghats. Assi Ghat is the nearest touch point. Definitely a place to return to when in Varanasi.

as I booked rooms in kasha Homestay for one day only. but I have to extend for more days so they provided me rooms in very reasonable price and also given me discount. and they also upgrade my rooms. abd they arrange One guide for us who help us to explore whole varanasi City, that guide explain us the history and importance of Kashi. really siddharth ji and Khushi ji is very great host . Since the homestay is far from the main temple, around the homestay traffic is less and few temples are near to homestay.

The staff is very rude and they behave like bosses with attitude as if we are staying there for free. Breakfast is not at all good, they bring the food from outside street. And normal rooms very filled with dust, no hangers in the room or bathroom. Very bad.

On the first day I booked an Oyo room near me after seeing the low price. But when I went there I found it so dirty. The wholl room were very dirty. so I found kasha homestay on Google and called them at night they provide us their normal room but their room was amazed us because rooms was very clean and very pretty. Now I will never book any Oyo room in varanasi even by mistake. thank you kasha homestay for making my trip good. The room is even more beautiful than the photos shown online. while we booked our rooms in second floor but still it's comfortable. because it's safe with 24 ×7 security camera.

my trip to Varanasi after mahakumbh was very hectic and bad then I again came to Varanasi on August and boked this place. now I regret why I didn't booked this place during mahakumbh because they providing us better services in exploring Varanasi and also provided aarti in most of the temple in Kashi so I really appreciate and happy. Their service was so good thats why i forced myself to write ✍️ this. location is perfect 👌 very peaceful and calm no disturbance in anywhere.. very good atmosphere for couples 😊

My stay at "kasha homestay" was truly memorable, not just for its cozy rooms, but due to a small incident. I accidentally left my passport in a grab car heading to the airport. Panicked, I called Mr. siddharth ji, the host, of homestay thinking all hope was lost. He didn’t hesitate. He immediately called his network, tracked down the driver, and within an hour, my passport was back at the homestay! His incredible resourcefulness and calm under pressure saved my entire trip. Beyond that, the breakfast was delicious atmosphere was very peaceful but Mr siddharth ji extraordinary help is why I'll always recommend this gem. Five stars for genuine hospitality!

correct place to stay at dev deewali.

I have stayed at this homestay twice, both times with my international travel buddies. And, twice I have had fabulous experiences with They are extremely warm, friendly, hospitable, and kind hosts who go out of the way to ensure that the guests have a pleasant stay in Varanasi. The host personally sit with us and ask about our trip and any hassle in this place. The rooms are spacious and big that have all the amenities needed. The breakfast is so excellent, light, filling and has a wide range of varieties. Since the location is closer to most of the temples and the heritage part of the city, it makes it a bonus to stay here. siddharth sir and his team have been doing a wonderful job running this homestay and giving travellers like me a memorable experience in one of the most incredible cultural cities in the world. If you are planning a visit to Varanasi, these folks are a definite choice.

We stayed 2 night in the homestay. The hospitality and service was amazing. They organized transfers from/to the airport and also explain us where we have to visit in Varanasi and on which time. even they arrange some VIP and protocol ticket for us to make our trip easier. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. The food they provided was delicious! The plus on the other hand was that it’s located in a quied side land, so we could escape all the hustle&bustle of Varanasi. best place to stay near the dev Deepavali because from this location you can go very easily at Ghat there is no any barrecatings. Would 100% recommend to stay there! Thanks for everything.

Location was perfect 💯 everything is nearby location. staff was well trained most important owners was really friendly & very good by nature. As i booked 1 day from here but i extend my stay for 6 more days . because i can stay here like home no one is disturbing very peaceful environment. Rooms are very clean with hygiene. special taken care of bathroom hygiene. owners promised me when next time i'll come they will give good discount for long stay .. thats really helpful for me . now this is the permanent stay for me because this is very safe and secure hotel for girls and couples too...

Horrible experience being as host you should you learn how to behave with guest

Attitude and behaviour of the owner specially Khushi

Owners assist us very well, as we booked room for 1 day only when they given mangla aarti tickets and VIP darshan in most of the temple attracts more then i extend my stay. Location wise perfect 👍 Very peaceful environment. Found greenary nearby Which is impossible to happen in such a crowded place. Breakfast was fresh and timely. As this is newly build property so every corner is neat & clean. rooms are beautifuly design. our car came and wait till when we step out from property we don't have to walk alot as in kashi lot of guest house are in narrow streets where car and auto can not go , but in kasha parking is available. they fullfil my all needs. according to me this is perfect place.

Room size was good

Behavior of owners, They were not professional !!

Rooms are very premium like hotel rooms. Very safe for girls group and couples. BHU is in walking distance ALLEN coaching is from there back door From front door SANKAT MOCHAN TEMPLE. For location 10/10. Owners behaviour was very good they explained us everything about where to go and how to go and also they save us from fraudulent, which I really appreciate. Khushi ji and Siddharth ji always ready to help us. We parked our car in there back door in free. Room Cleans everyday which I like alot. There banarasi breakfast was very delicious 😋. Very peaceful property. You can find every needful nearby. This is perfect stay if you don't want any disturbance. Highly recommend.

Nothing

Very good place to stay. Host was super friendly and helped us with good locations to visit and restaurants. Rooms are very clean with good beds and a nice shower. Accommondation is not far from de Ghats and some beautiful temples. Recommend this place to stay!

nothing

if you are coming varanasi for any work purpose in BHU then kasha is the best option for you. fresh breakfast. best wifi there is no restriction in coming and going. i park my car behind the hotel and go bhu by walk. The whole thing was according to my mind. Thankyou

The staff's behavior was really bad and also the pictures shown in their website vd the actual place is very different. I wouldn't suggest this homestay to anyone.

we went for darshan in temple they arrange all vip protocol through which we get feet touch darshan in all temple without quoue. which really impressed us. Rooms was very clean and beautiful. location was ultimate. owners helps us to know the kashi very well. high speed of wifi. breakfast was good we clicked lot of pictures there

Nothing

the property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. the owners are incredibly helpful with ideas of what to do and letting us in before checking time when we arrived early. the interior of the room and hall was beautifully designed. Wi-Fi was 250 MBPS. do locality was very peaceful and easy to walk and reach anywhere, where you wanted to go.

Room are in second floor

Since we were attending the Sankat Mochan Music Festival at the Sankat Mochan festival, for our purposes the location was fantastic. The lady (Khushi) running the show was extremely helpful.

There were no staff and Khushi had to do everything from A to Z on her own. There were no food arrangements. Atleast arrangements for tea would have helped. There was not a single table (apart from the small bedside table) in the room and it made it extremely inconvenient. The absence of a lift made it very difficult for us.

"My stay at kasha homestay was truly memorable! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was also perfect, situated right in the heart of Varanasi making it easy to explore all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend Kasha homestay for its excellent service, convenient location, and overall positive atmosphere."

Nice owner.when i arrive it seems normal homestay but after 1 day i feel very good becouse of there positive vibes.very peaceful environment.we explore whole varanasi so we came late sometime at night 2am we need water bottle and they given, there is no 24hour service anywhere but they are available.even they arrange mangala aarti ticket for us, if any one came here for spritual reason this will be the best Homestay bugdet friendly with proper advise and also best for couples because of there beautiful cozy rooms.our next room guest celebration there anniversary we also participated which i like alot thought to come here on our anniversary too.

Pleasant stay. Neat and clean rooms, floor and balcony too. The location is good and you can reach everything on foot, all the food places and temples are nearby & you can have local transports easily. The most attractive part was that the owner was very kind. After reaching there i got sick, they helped a lot which was really appreciated. They even provide room before the check-in time. I'll definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The stay is good. But due to lack of kitchen, there were no breakfast option. I had same breakfast for two days without knowing my preferences. The room has no table which made it difficult for me to organise my work stuff and others. The washroom was clean and the room was clean and spacious. Overall a pleasant stay, but there’s a lot of rooms for improvement.

peacefull place with great assistance location was very good sankat mochan temple is 200 meter from this homestay. Assi ghat 1km away and kashi vishwanath temple is 2.5 km. peacefull place. the owners are very helpful. breakfast was fully banarasi & healthy. rooms are very cozy. very budget friendly. homestay is very neat & clean. Hall and room decoration are very beautifully designed.

It was a quiet place to stay, comfortable room, with a small balcony. The hosts were really nice and provided a small breakfast in the mornings, which was very much appreciated. As a solo traveler the size of the room was perfect for a single or double occupancy.

Just a suggestion, to have a small table in the room to allow you to place some personal belongings.

Clean place Owners were polite

The rating of 8.7 on Booking.com is misleading and over rated. It's an average accommodation. Rooms were quite small, photographs put up on the website were deceptive, Rooms were on the second floor and there was no lift provision. The wash basin in room number 204 was in such an odd position that one cannot use it. The water force in the bathroom was not adequate enough to take a shower bath, even a bucket would take a long time to fill. The toilet flush was not working so we had to change the room. The approach road to the property was narrow and in bad condition

When I arrived at Kasha Homestay I was already a few hours extremely unwell because of food poisoning. As a solo female traveller I felt so miserable and helpless. I was so happy to be welcomed in the guesthouse with such great care and support from both the owners. Their presence was such a great relief since they were there to help me with providing medicine, food and advice during my stay. I am very thankful for their sincere concern about my wellbeing when I felt at my lowest in a new city where I didn’t know anyone. The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and pleasant area which felt as a safe environment, and with all necessary utilities nearby. The property is well maintained, clean and very cosy (with the most comfortable bed I slept in a while!). All this created an oasis of tranquility for me to recover. Needless to say that I fully recommend this homestay!

Firstly, it was easy to find and the staff was friendly and owner responded immediately and very nicely, room was very clean and cozy also pretty😁 loved it

Nice stay in Varanasi

Lovely place yo stay in Varanasi! Quite atmosphere, kind and helpful hosts, clean and spacious rooms with full bathroom. They are Uper welcoming and they make you feel home since tou step in! They know the place so they give you the best tips depending on you interests and needs! We would have loved to stay longer but we will definitely come back one day!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was safe, but the best part of the entire experience was the lovely, intelligent, and thoughtful young attractive couple that run the property and his beautiful mother.

Ending any conversation with our hosts, they were so informative and enlightening!

The place was brand new, incredibly clean, and well-maintained, which made it a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The hosts were beyond amazing! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met and that I felt at home. Their hospitality truly made the stay special, and they provided great local tips and guidance for navigating Varanasi. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Varanasi – it was an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

Location was good , close to temples

Utterly discourteous and insensitive. Lacked consideration and understanding. Hospitality is about wearing a smile . Our train was delayed and we were two ladies arrived at midnight, Rather than empathising, the lady owner briskly commented that she wouldn’t have let in if it wasn’t for us. We didn’t have our complimentary breakfast for two days out of 3 day stay simply because it was only available between 8:30 -9 am On a holiday - it seems bizarre.! Not a pleasant host . I’m sorry Ventilation in the room could have been better.

Great location with best host

Best stay

Rooms are like 5 star hotel rooms, given in affordable price. Very neat and clean with high speed of wifi. Owners are very good they helped us in many ways.very peaceful sleep in crowdy area varanasi.find out this type of Homestay is like finding heaven on earth.

really nothing

Clean, comfy and at a convenient location with their own parking.

Geyser wasn't working properly.

The homestay is located at a decent and commutable location. Cleanliness was ok but not up to the mark. Could have been better wrt to hygiene and cleanliness.

Despite requesting the property manager directly to change the check out date many times the requests were unheard. Property manager asked to pay full two days advance payment. We humbly requested that we will be staying for one day only but the request was not considered. We changed the check out date in booking.com as well but the change request from booking.com were not addressed by the property manager. This clear shows the unprofessional and non customer centric response from the property manager. A person who takes money like the property manager did clearly shows how people cheat fellow human beings at such a holy place where everyone comes with good thoughts and a good heart. One word to describe the property and property manager is "Disgrace".
