AD Modern City Center 3BR 2WC Apart Agias Sofias

Very good spot, new, very well furnished apartment

The location was perfect. It was in the center of Thessaloniki next to a Metro Station but also within walking distance from everything.

The TV was not working properly in 2 of the rooms. The kid's room didn't have A/C or closets. The area although in the center does not help a lot in terms of available parking spots. Two or three blocks around are designated only for permanent residents. We were lucky that our visit was during bank holiday and we stayed from Saturday night to Monday noon so the parking was free.

Excellent location and facilities. Very good for a group of people.

The shower.

The apartment is very comfortable even though it has only one bathroom/toilet. The area is very good, close to the centre but silent. I stayed there with my family, 5 people in total. Generally the spaces were very clean but the shower area needs some deep cleaning to remove some mold especially on the ceiling. I would also appreciate if the communication with the staff was better and smoother.

Location ideal, everything within easy reach! Very warm and comfortable.

Shower facility needs attention - black mould. The apartment is in a poorly maintained building.

Super location, comfortable, well decorated just like the pictures. The heating is on high. The kitchen is wonderful. We would definitely come back here again.

The shower cabin and the cover under the sheets in the bedrooms.

The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Its great location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. We had a great time here and we will come again for sure!

The property is very well equipped, and very central.

Clean, nice location and good facilities

The only thing the apartment missed was an extra bathroom. One bathroom to six people isn’t enough

The house is down town. It very clean and includes all comforts.

The wi-fi did not work for us. Maybe it was a problem from the provider of the network.

Very comfortable place with private parking a few meters from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Clean and quiet place. The location is 12 minutes from any landmark in all directions. I would visit again.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and impressively decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen - literally, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. The location was perfect – centrally located within walking distance to Aristoteles square and with easy access to restaurants, cafeterias and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Thank you for a wonderful stay and looking forward to coming back!
