Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος από τη διαμονή μου στα Gatto Perso Luxury Studios & Apartments. Πρόκειται για ένα παλαιότερο κτήριο που έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως και με εξαιρετικό αποτέλεσμα. Οι χώροι είναι μοντέρνοι, καλαίσθητοι και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένοι, ενώ τα έπιπλα και η διακόσμηση δημιουργούν μια πολύ ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και από την πρώτη στιγμή μύριζε φρεσκάδα και καθαριότητα. Η διαδικασία εισόδου ήταν πολύ εύκολη, καθώς η πρόσβαση γινόταν με κωδικό χωρίς να χρειαστεί παραλαβή κλειδιών.

Το μοναδικό μειονέκτημα αφορά τη στάθμευση, καθώς δεν υπάρχουν ιδιωτικές θέσεις πάρκινγκ και η εύρεση ελεύθερης θέσης στην περιοχή μπορεί κάποιες φορές να είναι δύσκολη.

Burada bir gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Konaklama yeri oldukça temizdi; ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey düşünülmüş ve tüm imkânlar eksiksiz şekilde sağlanmıştı. Bizi karşılayan Dona Hanım son derece nazik ve dostça yaklaştı. Bir sonraki konaklamamda da tercih edeceğim güvenilir bir yer. Güvenli otopark konusunda da oldukça yardımcı oldular. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Its central location was perfect for exploring Thessaloniki, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy and convenient. A lovely place with great attention to detail!

There was nothing we disliked. Everything was exactly as expected, and our stay was very pleasant.

Άνετο , πεντακάθαρο , πολύ όμορφο στυλ των δωματίων και του κτιρίου γενικα. Στο κέντρο της πόλης , δίπλα σε στάσεις μετρο- λεωφορείων και σημείων ενδιαφέροντος. Η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή ευγενέστατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική . Σίγουρα θα ξαναερχόμασταν !

הדירה מתאימה לזוג עם תינוק - קיבלנו כיסא תינוק מה שהקל עלינו מאוד במהלך השהייה. בנוסף, קיבלנו מתנה קטנה לתינוקת שלנו. מאוד הערכנו את זה!

הדירה קצת יותר קטנה ממה שציפינו. היה קצת צפוף בחדר שינה ביחד עם מיטת התינוק. אבל זה לא היה נורא

Great location, nice bars and restaurants nearby. Really easy to check in (we checked in out of usual hours and the description for the codes etc were easy to follow). Large spacious apartment, very clean.

The door to our balcony didn’t have an outside handle, so we couldn’t close the door properly which meant the aircon would be off in the room (they have sensors on windows to avoid wasting electricity).

Nice location, competitive price.

A little noisy from the very morning, because of the personal, who walks just near our door. Some rooms are nice, but our was very small. Instead we could walk in the back yard. Also a little wet because right this room was in the 1st floor and the window looks only in the bsck yard, not straight sun rays doesn't achieve this apartment. The bed is quite small for 2 normal people.

Everything was perfect! I visit Thessaloniki often, and this is by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very quiet despite its central location. Parking is easy to find, and there’s also a private parking option. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer sehr individuell eingerichtet. Super Lage für einen Städtetrip.

Die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck, dass der Balkon genutzt werden kann, also man dort sitzen kann. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer im 1. Stock erwischt bei dem auf dem Balkon nur eine Person stehen konnte. Das war schade, wir haben die Unterkunft extra wegen des charmant wirkenden Balkons ausgewählt. Die Zimmer mit nutzbaren Balkon kosten das gleiche. Die Beleuchtung der Toilette war ungünstig. Das Badezimmer war direkt neben dem Bett wobei das Waschbecken frei zugänglich war, die Toilette und die Dusche je eine eigene Tür besitzen. Das Problem ist nur es gibt kein eigenes Licht für die Toilette, wenn jemand in der Nacht dorthin geht weckt man die andere Person zwangsläufig auf oder sitzt im dunklen. Das könnte man gut verbessern.

The location was very close to the city center, not 5 minutes walk to the Aristotelous Square. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The accommodation itself was very good, comfy beds and very clean. Recommended

Had I known our room was going to be below the surface, I might have not chosen that room. The owner should clear that out in the description of the property, because the room was very dark and you can feel a slight dampness due to it being basically in the cellar of the building.

From the unique atmosphere and attention to detail, to the staff that is always kind and attentive, I can say for certain that every guest will want to come back. Our experience has been so overwhelmingly positive that we now know that this is the only hotel we will book for every trip to Thessaloniki. We also want to give special thanks to Ioanna and George. Great place. Very clean. On base floor you have access to patio. AC in every room. Great staff. We could leave baggage after checking out and pick it up much later. Localization is great ~ everything is a walking distance. Room was equipped with everything you need. We really recommend. Although this is not a hotel, the room was cleaned every day. Btw ~ the room and entire hotel is beautiful

The only disadvantage was that there were no free outlets near bed but not a big issue

Gatto studio est un endroit décoré avec goût, sur le thème des chats. L'immeuble du début du 20 ème siècle a été entièrement rénové avec soin. L'appartement était vaste avec vue sur la cour, de grands arbres. Il était idéalement situé, près de tout à pied. Au dernier étage, sous les toits, un espace convivial, de détente a été aménagé. J'ai été très bien accueillie!

Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. La cama era muy cómoda, todo estaba limpio y la decoración tenía mucho estilo, creando un ambiente muy acogedor. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

a struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni della città. Nonostante la vicinanza alle zone più frequentate, è situata in un’area piuttosto silenziosa e tranquilla, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi, bar, ristoranti e servizi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Una soluzione comoda e ben posizionata per visitare la città senza dover utilizzare necessariamente i mezzi pubblici.

От стените, през картините до завесите всичко е носталгично ретро, същевременно разполагате с удобствата на модерния свят - мощни климатици във всяко помещение, кухня с оборудване, удобно легло и избор от възглавници. Тези с гъшия пух бяха моят фаворит. Настаняването е бързо и в двата случая - на самостоятелно настаняване и освобождаване, както и с рецепционист.

Да се има предвид, че още от предверието следват стълбище нагоре и надолу - ако сте с куфар или с бебешка количка (както беше в нашия случай) е по-сложно. Иначе в сградата има асансьор, но е на половин етаж стълби нагоре или надолу от входа. Камериерката почука няколко пъти преди освобождаване, при все че часът за него е 11, беше рано, бебето спеше и искахме да го доизчакаме. Няма паркоместа, следва да се ползва паркинг на 4 минути пеша с дневно работно време или на 10 минути пеша с денонощно работно време

It was very clean, the room was big enough and I also liked the decoration . It was in a great location .

I arrived well after the standard check-in window, which had me worried — but the team handled it flawlessly. They sent clear, step-by-step instructions ahead of time, and stepping into the room felt like walking into a film scene: everything thoughtfully prepared, lights and details just right, and a genuinely warm welcome waiting for me. The interior is beautifully done — tasteful, well-kept, and with a calm atmosphere that makes you unwind the moment you cross the threshold. Despite being so central, the room was wonderfully quiet and the bed extremely comfortable; I slept like a log. A lovely touch in the kitchen: complimentary bottles of water, tea, and coffee were waiting for me, along with everything I needed to settle in. It's the kind of small, attentive detail that turns a good stay into a memorable one. Spotless, peaceful, comfortable, and run by people who clearly care. I'll absolutely be back the next time I'm in Thessaloniki. Highly recommended.

I would like to have more time

The location 200% exceeded my expectations: while being super-central (ok, this you can see on the map), it is on a very quiet street (but leading to the Roman Forum!!); on top, most apartments, including mine, face the interior yard, which is not only quiet, but birds are signing there every morning/eve! The sea promenade, main shopping streets, Kapani market, and most of the key sightseeings are within short walking distance. The apartments are super-spacious and very well-equipped. The building was renovated very recently, it is fresh and has its own style. The value for money (I paid ~100eur/night in mid-July) exceeded my expectations. I totally recommend it and will come back, thanks Gatto Perso!

Absolutely no major issues to report. However, I personally quite missed an oven, since I stayed for 5 nights and hence booked an apartment instead of a hotel, so that I can make or warm some simple food (I don't use microwaves)

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια και ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητο, δημιουργώντας μια ζεστή και πολυτελή ατμόσφαιρα. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, οι παροχές πλήρεις και όλα λειτουργούσαν άψογα. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, ενώ ταυτόχρονα προσφέρει ησυχία και άνεση. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι και άμεσα διαθέσιμοι για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Είναι από τα καταλύματα που πραγματικά ξεπερνούν τις προσδοκίες.

Ειλικρινά δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό που να επηρέασε τη διαμονή μας. Όλα ήταν άψογα οργανωμένα και προσεγμένα.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, right in the center and within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were extremely friendly, responsive, and always available to help whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would be happy to stay here again!

We were a group of 9 people staying in 5 apartments and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were amazing, always friendly, helpful and just a message away whenever we needed anything. Their kindness really made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartments are full of charm, beautifully decorated, spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Roman Forum and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and cafés. La qualité des équipements était très appréciable (literie, serviettes et mobilier). La rue est calme et agréable. L'hôtel est dans un joli immeuble et la chambre est aussi joliment décorée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

The traditional nature of the building and the comfort of the living space were highlights for us. We were met at the building which is always a comfort.

There were certain elements that felt a little shabby. The windows didn't close easily, the kitchen cupboards didn't fit very well and the mattress on one side of the bed sloped. Although central and we felt safe the surrounding buildings are daubed with graffiti and litter pervades. These are little things but added up doesn't help the overall score.

The staff were super nice and available, the location is super central.

The bed was too small for two persons and, honestly, I was expecting more for that price. Small room and no breakfast for 86€…. Not very ok in my opinion

Είναι ένα κατάλυμα καλόγουστο, φιλόξενο, ήσυχο, διακριτικό, καθαρό, φτιαγμένο με προφανές μεράκι. Όμως…

Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι το κακό WiFi. Είναι κρίμα σε ένα κατάλυμα τόσο προσεγμένο να αναγκάζεσαι να χρησιμοποιείς τα data σου. Όταν μάλιστα προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω με το τηλέφωνο νυχτερινής βάρδιας η γραμμή δεν λειτουργούσε.

The location is excellent. We spent two nights there and needed something central so we can see as much of Thessaloniki as possible in such a short time. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the place was very cozy!

החדר נמצא במיקום מצוין במרכז העיר, קרוב לככר אריסטוטלוס (5 דקות) ברחוב קטן ושקט. החדר גדל מבחינת המטרז' שלו , מעוצב בצורה אסטטית ומטבח מאובזר לארוחות קלות כולל כריים לבישול. קבלת הפנים היה ידידותית וקיבלנו עזרה הן בהזמנת מסעדה לערב והן בהזמנת אובר לשדה התעופה למחרת.

מבנה החדר הוא צר וארוך, כך שאין בו את הכיף להתרווח בו. כמו כן סבלנו ממכת יתושים רצינית.

Very good location, close to most of main attractions. It is a quite neighborhood yet offers lots of restaurants, bars and cafes around. Rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed.

Air conditioning needs some improvement. It smells dust, probably needs cleaning. Bathroom is tidy and clean but needs a renevation.

Au fost foarte receptivi, pet friendly, cazare curata cu mult bun gust!faptul ca aveau si terasa in fata camerei a fost super ! Personalul foarte ok! Per total a fost cazarea perfecta!

Am mers pana in centru cam 10 minute pe jos!
