Amazing location, hygene is on point, and the staff go out of their way to accommodate you. Special shout-out to Ali who got my car out of the sand because I took a wrong turn exiting the premise!

Établissement incroyablement bien situé et les propriétaire ainsi que ses collaborateurs sont très gentils. Ils nous ont même offert des cadeaux pour le départs. La villa est très propre et rapport qualité prix c’est vraiment pas chère au niveau des prestations.

De staf en de eigenaar staan klaar om je overal bij te helpen. Contact is snel en erg vriendelijk. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en is echt een pareltje aan de rand van de woestijn.

Nous avons passé une nuit et vraiment ce n’était pas suffisant. L’accueil a été parfait, le personnel était vraiment au petit soin. Nous avons été accueillie avec du thé et café, dattes et fruits après notre tour dans le désert, et un présent à notre départ. Appartement très propre avec les équipements qu’il faut. Un rétroprojecteur est sur le toit de la piscine et vraiment c’était génial de pouvoir regarder un film sous les étoiles Recommandation ++++

Si je dois chercher un petit hic ça serait la température de l’eau de la piscine mais je suis frileuse et j’aime qu’elle soit vers les 28 degrés

Das Haus liegt direkt an den Dünen, man kann zu Fuß hineinlaufen um den Sonnenauf- oder Untergang zu bestaunen. Die Straße ist bis auf die letzten 30m geteert und lässt sich mit einem normalen PKW sehr gut erreichen. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, modern und neu eingerichtet und super sauber. Einzig die Betten waren etwas hart, was uns aber sehr angenehm war. Einzigartig ist der Außenbereich, eine tolle gut ausgestattete Außenküche mit Grill und ein wahnsinnig gemütlicher Sitzbereich. Auch der Pool ist genau richtig temperiert und auf den Liegen lässt sich toll relaxen. Die Dachterrasse ist perfekt zum Sonnenuntergang schauen und dank Beamer und Leinwand kann man hinterher auch noch ein Freiluftkino veranstalten. Arif ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der sich persönlich um seine Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns jeden Abend auf die kleinen Snacks und Getränke gefreut, die er anbietet. Seine Angestellten Sharif und Kamrulisla kümmerten sich um jeden unserer Wünsche. Vielen Dank Wir können dieses Juwel in der Wüste uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Без преувеличений, честное слово, это лучшее место, где мы останавливались. Мы много путешествуем, но такого гостеприимного, заботливого хозяина видим впервые. Это человек с большим сердцем и щедрой душой, он сделал всё и даже намного больше для нашего пребывания. Столько щедрых подарков мы не получали ни от кого, мы просто в шоке и восторге от его заботы и внимания! Здоровья и счастья ему и его семье! Я не говорю уже о том, что сам дом просто супер - большой, красивый, удобный, чистый, по ночам тихо и спокойно, кровати мега комфортные, много разного освещения, бассейн с подогревом, три санузла, для детей вообще рай - настольный футбол, Playstation, видеопроектор, настольные игры. Каждый день нам приносили кофе, чай, фрукты, финики. Персонал очень дружелюбный, выполнялись все наши просьбы. На прощание хозяин подарил нам чудесный шикарный подарок! А ещё хозяин организовал нам экскурсию по пустыне и гид Али был очень приятным человеком. Совсем рядом с шале красивые дюны, где особенно приятно гулять перед закатом. Мы настолько восхищены тем, как нас приняли, с какой душой и добротой, вот хотя бы только ради этого стоило приехать в Оман! Оман - прекрасная страна с прекрасными людьми. От всего сердца искренне рекомендую этот дом, это просто must have! Было жаль уезжать, но уезжаем мы с самыми наилучшими впечатлениями и большой благодарностью! This is something everyone should experience! If you are visiting the Wahiba Desert, then you should stay only at Chalet R61 — it will make your experience absolutely perfect. Without any exaggeration, honestly, this is the best place we have ever stayed. We travel a lot, but we have never met such a hospitable and caring host before. He is a person with a big heart and a generous soul — he did everything and even much more to make our stay special.

Vila, zařízení (stolní fotbálek, ...), bazén, možnost venkovního posezení na více místech, venkovní kuchyně, poušť hned za domem, pravidelné pozornosti hostitele.

V kuchyňském koutě pro uvaření kávy, čaje uvnitř domu by bylo vhodné mít nějaký menší dřez, aby s nádobím člověk nemusel chodit do venkovní kuchyně, ale celkově je to jen drobnost.

Lokalizacja obiektu na skraju pustyni. Obiekt nowoczesny, spełniający wymagania każdego podróżnego. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, klimatyzacja cicha, olbrzymi taras, czysty basen. Jeszcze nigdy korzystając z Bookinga nie byłem w stanie przyznać 10 na 10. Tutaj polecam na 100%.

Jedyny minus jaki mogę przyznać to brak możliwości w kinie na tarasie skorzystania w projektorze z Netfixa, Disneya lub innego Streaming. Projektor łączy się ze stroną która zawiera mnóstwo filmów ale wszystkie w języku angielskim z brakiem możliwości włączenia innych napisów niż arabskich.

Peaceful, stunning location; you can walk straight out on to the sands and into the dunes, and book private tours and desert experiences direct with the very helpful owner. An extremely comfortable house to return to for rest, relaxation and shade (and delicious treats freely delivered daily) after desert activities. We were welcomed incredibly warmly by the owner and staff, our children adored it and we all want to return. We would highly recommend this property to families.

Everything was great!

This was superb accomodation in the desert, reachable by regular car, behind u can find just the sand dunes and camels. The owner has spectacular attitude to all his guests, he provides everything what U can even dream of to make U satisfied and happy. Vila has everything, pool, spacious inside and outside. And it is really clean and beautiful. Thanks a lot for great dinner and super trip. Also I need to mention, that communication with the owner was very prompt and friendly. This place is definitely place U would like to visit more than once.

The owner of the property was so nice and took us to the chalet. The chalet was huge, clean and beautiful. Nothing to complain about, the activities arranged were great and we enjoyed the camel riding, Bedouin tent visit, 4x4 dune bashing and the exceptionally beautiful sunset. At night, the staff gave us to try local cardamom coffee, thyme leaves tea and local sweets, dates and cakes. Everything was so nicely arranged. I love my stay in this property.

R61 Chalet exceeded all our expectations. The place is immaculately clean and spacious. Amenities are top notch. The owner is very kind and communication with him is very good. We also availed of their sunset tour and our family enjoyed it specially the kids. Our tour guide/driver is also very kind and a great companion. The accomodation can also be reached by a non-4x4 vehicle so it is also a plus ☺️

A really well thought out property a stone throw away from the sand dunes that we ran up to view the sunrise. The host was very hospitable and made our stay very comfortable.

I have visited hundreds of hotels and apartments, but this one is definitely the best! This apartment is truly perfect in every way - size, quality, location, amenities, location and the most open and friendly host, who recommends a trip with the best desert guide - Ali. I rarely give reviews and almost never give 10/10, but this time I would give 20 if I could! I confirm - it would be worth visiting Oman just for this apartment!

I didn't have enough time to enjoy all the attractions in the apartment and the surrounding area! Swimming pool, cinema, billiards, play station, grill and all the attractions in the desert - 2 nights is not enough to take advantage of everything.

Our stay at chalet was amazing we had a wonderful time. The grounds were impeccable and simply beautiful especially from the rooftop terrace the sunset was stunning, it was just so beautiful. We loved the spacious atmosphere of the chalet - the cozy and relaxing surroundings and private pool. It had everything to enjoy the chalet and was well located. The facilities and the pool was a plus to our stay. The owner and his staff are very kind and helpful , owner personally came to meet us and was very welcoming. Dunes safari was also arranged by the owner which was amazing to see the sunset in the desert. Will definitely recommend to others and looking forward to coming back with the family for longer stay.

Regret not booking for a longer stay.

The whole house is simply amazing, its very modern, and comfortable, you can see they paid attention to detail when designing the chalet. The swimming pool and rooftop were great as well, really enjoyed the pool after a hot day. The owner and his staff are very kind and helpful, and cooked the best meal I had in Oman.

Everything is beautiful

The place was cozy and perfectly sized for a family of size 6-7. The place was clean, well maintained and well within the reach of a grocery store, tyre inflation services and even a small supermarket nearby. You can simply walk up 50 meters to start experiencing the world of Sand right in front of you and climb as much as your feet and lungs will support. Kids loved the swimming pool. We expected the pool water to be very cold in the morning considering the outside temperature. But to our surprize it was at a very much comfortable temperature to take a dip in. The facility of a projector and a projection screen up on the terrace was very convenient to experience an open air movie through the laptop. Rooms were comfortably big, clean and well equipped with all things necessary to spend the time. There is a kitchen outside which is convenient to cook during the evening. Even the barbeque setup is well equipped and a washing machine as well. In the living room there is a microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator. So it felt almost like being at home. And not to forget the staff which makes this place to comfortable for the guests. Hats off to their zeal to help us out.

Although we liked pretty much everything about the place so this would probably fall under nitpicking but some of the door mats were a bit slippery. So while entering / leaving the room, special attention needs to be paid for those who talk really fast. May there is a way to put some rubbery placeholder underneath to make it more stable or more resistive to sudden movements.

The property is so beautiful that you can plan a trip just to the property. Very warm hosts and the caretakers are also proactive. The aesthetics are phenomenal. We wish we had more time to spend there. The place is sparkling clean and they have been so mindful of every little detail.

Exceptional chalet in the great environment, charming and very hospitable host, great fun for kids with pool. One of the highlights was a movie night on the rooftop with the large projection screen. Friendly and supporting staff, you are having all facilities for a chat in the courtyard or a BBQ. Overall, memorable experience, we are looking to visit again with the friends.

We regretted not taking several days in this beautiful cottage. Everything was available in the bathroom including shower products, toothbrushes and slippers. Small bottles of water in the bedrooms in the fridge were also available. Everything was clean, air conditioning in every room and a fan in the lounge. The service was first class, if you needed anything you could contact the owner. I highly recommend the dinner which was just amazing with good portions. There was also a projector available, which is just an incredible idea for watching a film on the roof in the evening, it's really nice.

One of the most beautiful accommodation nearby the desert. It was amazing to swim in the pool and enjoy the sun in the villa.

A little bit more equipment in kitchen would be amazing. Photos are accurate, so there is really only one double bed and two single beds. If you are bigger group, you will receive the mattresses and blankets, however I am not sure how to fit there 10 people, as it is stated in booking info.

There is no breakfast..rest everything is good..one of the best place to spend with family.Well maintained property ..Very good place to enjoy with family and friends...We are happy with the stay..even my kids enjoyed a lot...

This place is absolutely phenomenal..the owner was so nice and kind. He offered my family with fun activities to do at the dunes. The place is very well maintained and has all the basic necessities. And the place is located perfectly, right in between the dunes and the city. I would totally recommend this place to everyone and I will be coming back here again.
