Annette thought of every amenity a visitor may want and provided it. The space was clean and comfortable. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there.

The bathroom could do with an expansion, it was a bit on the smaller side for me but quite functional. The apartment is on the third floor so senior visitors may have challenges using the stairs consistently.

Everything about the condo was right for us. Huge fridge freezer, full cooker and every utensil you’d ever need. Katie made sure we had all we needed for a comfortable stay she even went to get gluten free foods for our arrival. The pool was great and just across from a lovely beach and close to several hotels with restaurants.

The condo is on the top floor which does have its benefits, there’s nobody making noise about you but if you have any infirmity it might not be for you.

The stay was great,what I liked most was the location and the hospitality, the every day check in spoke volumes for us.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Seashades Vervan Condominiumss ! Katie was a joy to work with as she was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of when I had any questions or concerns. The condo itself it’s located in a quiet and safe area near the beach and Saint Lawrence gap. The perfect location if you don’t want to be directly in the middle of the all the hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, just an appreciation for the weather and the safe distance from the hustle

the construction going on the first floor. I couldn't rest during the day that's the only negative thing about the villa.

Good host and location.

This is first time that all of suffered from so many mosquito bites, although the windows had net the main door didn't. Each time the door would open it would give mosquitos a chance to come in. Also the beds in both rooms had sharp corners/ edges that stick out at a height and multiple times we banged our legs into it. I know the place was clean but it didn't feel like it and that could be down to the decor (where the ac in main bedroon was leaking water - marks on the walls not repainted) as place felt cluttered (one cupboard in the bedroom was locked with the owners things) lack of storage for hanging clothes. In the main bedroom more things stored on top of the cupboards again making it feel like we just stayed in someone else's house whilst they were away. It didn't feel fresh or airy - only a small ac unit in kitchen which wasn't powerful enough to cool the living room. Sofa seems like it was broken but was covered with a cover so we couldn't see the real condition of it.

It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and we did feel very safe. The unit was prepared for home away from home ( they missed no details trust me when I say and I am picky lol) We enjoyed the lovely beach that was a little 4 minute walk away. Even though we didn’t get in the pool we saw how clean it was and watched others enjoy. We also witnessed the continuous cleaning of the property. The Property Manager, Katie, was EXTREMELY attentive and available being there for us from beginning to end. She welcomed us on our arrival and checked on us throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional! We did rent a car that Katie helped us with BUT a car is not really needed as the property is in close walking distance to the front road for the bus. I also had contact with the owner Annette who is also very responsive. We will definitely stay again

The unit is on the top floor with 15/15 steps to negotiate. I traveled with my Mom who is 83 yo who was able to manage but something to consider
