Widoki co prawda piękne ale tylko widoki.

Zaniedbany apartament, nie posprzątane, wszędzie kurz, połamana i poobijane szafki. Dziury w ścianach. Czytając komentarze widzę że od ponad roku nic się nie zmieniło. Hajs trzepią szkoda że nie zadbają o tak fajnie umiejscowiony apartament.

Niezaprzeczalnie, największą zaletą jest widok, który rekompensował wszystkie niedogodności. Na plus zasługuje też przestrzeń w apartamencie.

Apartament nie był czysty. Plamy na łóżkach i sofie, brydna podłoga, połamana deska sedesowa, przeciekają a kabina prysznicowa i pralka. Meble kuchenne zniszczone, miejscami opadające elementy i uszkodzone zawiasy. Do tego liczne obicia i dziury w ścianach. Brak suszarki, niewystarczająca ilość pościeli dla 5ciu osób (na tyle zrobiona rezerwacja). Brak papieru toaletowego. Naczynia nie domyte.

Widok i taras to jedyne co nam się podobalo w tym mieszkaniu

Przed wszystkim dowiedziałam się o konieczności zapłacenia kaucji dopiero jak już zabukowałam i zapłaciłam za pobyt Przed samym przyjazdem meil z informacją o weryfikacji i konieczności zapłacenia kaucji bez tego nie otrzymałam kodów do wejście Mieszkanie w bardzo niskim standardzie meble uszkodzone ,kubki do kawy uszczerbane,deska toaletowa wyłamana . Bardzo brudno !!!!! W łazience w rogach brud zalega już od dawna,kurzu wszędzie,brudne okna a najgorsza ogromna pajęczyna na oknie w salonie Jeszcze nigdy nie widziałam takiej pajęczyny w mieszkaniu

Saleté, aucun entretien pas de réponse des gérants . Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain lié à la douche et à la machine à laver . Parking assez compliqué . Nourriture des précédents dans l’évier , meubles défoncés. Des ballons de la saint Valentin crevé au sol. Meubles IKEA abîmés , troués. Tache douteuses sur le canapé sperme ? Et rouge à lèvre … Bref pire logement …

Das einzige was der Beschreibung entsprach und intakt war, war die Aussicht (allerdings bei durchgehend Regen - aber in Bergen regnet es an etwa 300 Tagen pro Jahr). Und Achtung: Balkon hat ein Gitter als Boden und einige lockere Drahtseile als Abgrenzung zum Wasser. Was hinunterfällt landet also im Meer.

1. TEURER ALS GEBUCHT: Quartier betätigte Buchung mehrfach mit der Info, daß ich erst eine Stunde vor dem Check-in einen Link erhalte und aktivieren muß., da sonst kein Check-in möglich ist. Für Notfälle (sonst nur SMS erwünscht) Telefonnummer in Großbritannien. Ich mußte den Link am Weg aktivieren (ohne WLAN: von Österreich via Norwegen nach England teuer!! und aufwendig). Dieser Link war vorsätzliche Erpressung/Nötigung, denn, um den Code zur Schlüsselbox zu erfahren, mußte ich zusätzlich zahlen (dazu zu den etwa 400€ für 2 Nächte): ich konnte entscheiden zwischen a) 50€ Gebühr (damit eine Versicherung ev. Beschädigungen bis zu 270€ deckt) oder b) 270€ Acontozahlung für Schäden bis 270€ und der Vermieter entscheidet, wieviel Geld er davon behält, Rest nach 3 Wochen angelblich wieder aufs Konto. Von Kaution, Versicherung und ENGLISCHEM Vermieter war nichts in den Mietbedingungen oder im Vertrag mit Booking- sonst hätte ich nicht gebucht. Eine Stunde vor Ankunft war, das Appartement längst bezahlt, nur noch um 400€ stornierbar. Also blieb nur die Option, zusätzlich Geld zu bezahlen, um einchecken zu können. Ich wählte die 50€ als den geringeren Schaden. Beweise an Booking, laut Polizei Betrugsmethoden. 2.WOHNUNG SCHMUTZIG+BESCHÄDIGT (Fridge gebrochen, Mikrowellenherd Füße gebrochen, Vorhänge runtergerissen, Möbel zerkratzt+abgeschlagen,Herd verdreckt. Couch+Wände+Sessel voller Flecken. Möbel+Boden staubig+schmutzig. Elektrik Wohnzimmer+TV defekt. 2 Schlafräume 2,5x2,5m groß ohne Tageslicht, nur abgedunkelte Fenster in den Clubraum nebenan (starker Lärm bis 3 Uhr früh): nur Doppelbett, kein Nachttisch- man kam kaum am Bett vorbei (so klein, daß die Tür am Bett anstand,nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Info sofort an Vermieter: repariert/geputzt wurde nicht. 3. KEIN PARKPLATZ! 6 Parkplätze fürs Haus (16 Whg+Besucher). Keine Reservierung (habe Behindertenparkausweis): Antwort dazu kam erst 3 Tage später als Storno gratis nicht mehr möglich. Parkhaus mind.

Ligging ed perfect, prachtig uitzicht!

Het wel vertoonde veel sporen van gebruik, wellicht een aandachtspuntje?!

Appartement agréable et balcon sur l'eau ... il manquait le beau temps, mais çà n'a rien à voir avec. Pas trop éloigné du centre.

Notre grand bonhomme, appartement pour 5, n'a pas apprécié le canapé dans la pièce principale, et sans draps adaptés. Et faites un efforts pour la vaisselle et divers ustensiles, c'est un peu chiche. Un peu galère pour le parking.

Everything in the apartment was good. The view was stunning but the apartment was next to a cafe. It was not possible to sleep in one of the bedrooms because of the noise from the cafe was next to bedroom windows. Would not reccomend to stay there if you are looking to sleep full night.

Het was niet schoon. Er lagen peukjes in de hangmat en achter de bank. De bank, die ook als slaapbank diende, was erg smerig.

I love the location is 5 minutes from downtown and it's right on the water you can see the whole day from there I really love ..love the place. The stuff was really helpful and responded right away to any requests I had this day was amazing! 😀

The host was super helpful and constantly communicating. The apartment on sea was fabulous

Amazing view of the lake and near the fish market area.

Some of the equipment could use a proper cleaning. Such as the oven and microwave. Also the main door was stuck but I fixed it for you.

Relatively minor points: bathroom sink did not drain easily, no bin bags provided. Too few hooks and shelves.

Great view and deck overlooking the sea. Very convenient 5 minute bus journey into town centre from right outside the door.

Bedside tables and lights in bedrooms would be a good addition.

The view from the balcony is exquisite, the kitchen is relatively well stocked, the general location in town is good as well, with a 15 min walk to the city center and a grocery shop right around the corner.

The „fireguard“ in the kitchen did not come with instructions and goes off every 1-2 min while cooking, forcibly turning the stove off. The noise from the event hall right behind the wall is at points unbearable and goes on well into the night. The apartment only has windows at one side which cannot be opened during the rain, making the entire apartment nearly impossible to air out. The windows in the bedrooms go directly into the mentioned event hall. Sleeping there is not possible because of the lack of fresh air and noise.

Exceptional location, a very clean and comfortable apartment.
