Asunto oli hyvän kokoinen ja hyvällä sijainnilla

Laitoin viestiä vielä varmistaakseni, että asunnossa oli pedattu varaamani henkilömäärän mukaan. Tämä vahvistettiin, mutta saapuessamme sänkyjä oli pedattuna liian vähän eikä kaapeista löytynyt tyynyliinaakaan. Emme saaneet petivaatteita vasta kuin seuraavana iltana kovan väännön jälkeen. Kukaan ei halua nukkua likaisella tyynyllä ilman lakanoita. Osalla oli myös tyynynä sohvatyynyt, mikä ihmetytti. Peti paikkoja oli kahdeksalle, joten luulisi myös tyynyjä olevan tarpeeksi. Kaiken lisäksi asunto oli melko likainen ja pyyhkeissä kestotahroja. Tuli melko huijattu olo. En suosittele asuntoa.

Die Wohnung sowie die Küchenutensilien waren extrem dreckig. Mehrfach mussten fehlende Ausstattungen angemahnt werden. Pfanne und Backbleche waren so verdreckt, dass nur mit größtem Reinigungsufwand eine Nutzung möglich war. Eine Matratze musste gewechselt werden, weil total verdreckt.

Nous manquions des draps de bain, et ils ont mis plus de 24 heures à nous les apporter. Avec8 personnes, ce fut embêtant. Et aucune compensation pour le dérangement, sachant que nous ne pouvions donc pas nous doucher alors que les serviettes sont supposées être fournies.

Alojamiento muy amplio para un grupo de 8 personas en un edificio antiguo con mucho encanto, el apartamento, en cuanto a dimensiones, es espectacular. La calefacción es impresionante, de día y de noche, puedes dormir con ropa de verano incluso si viajas en diciembre (como fue nuestro caso).

Estaba un poco sucio. Sartenes y horno muy sucios. El olor de las tuberías era nauseabundo. Las habitaciones eran muy grandes pero solo tenía armario una de ellas. Echamos en falta una TV en el salón, la única TV que había estaba en uno de los dormitorios, esto no es muy práctico cuando viajan varias parejas. Varios interruptores de la luz no funcionaban.

Die Lage und die Größe der Ferienwohnung war super Ideal für 8 Leute. 2 Bäder für die Menge an Menschen ideal . Bus , Tram alles vor der Türe. Sogar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht gut ausgestattet, einiges in der Küche hat gefehlt wie zB : Geschirrtücher und andere Utensilien, aber mit Ideen hat man sich zurecht gefunden. Die Sauberkeit war jetzt nicht überragend schlimm aber man hat schon einige Sachen gesehen was offensichtlich leider nicht sauber waren. Der Geschirrspüler funktioniert leider nicht ! Also bei unserem jetzigen Aufenthalt!!!!

The apartment was clean with all the facilities. Position great, few minutes walking to the main attraction. Customer service perfect, they found a solution for all our needs.

Good area, close to attractions & public transportation.

Great location, spacious and nice apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. However, the kitchen drawers were not clean when we arrived. We stayed in the apartment for two nights. We were supposed to stay for three, but on the last evening, we were unable to get into the apartment when returning from dinner. Access to the apartment is provided through a digital key/link, which requires an internet connection. This system worked fine until the last night. We couldn’t get into the apartment, and it was getting late. We tried calling the two phone numbers listed for contacting the host/company multiple times, but no one answered. We also sent several emails, but received no response. After a couple of hours, we had no choice but to book a hotel, without access to our belongings and unable to freshen up before bed. We were six women on a trip, and we went to sleep stressed and uncertain whether we’d be able to enter the apartment before our flight home the next day. The next morning, we finally received a message from the host saying that a physical key could be picked up at a specific address. So eventually, we got back into the apartment. It’s incredibly disappointing not to be able to reach the host in such a situation. This could have been easily resolved if we had been informed in advance where a physical key could be accessed in case of emergency. A system that is this vulnerable should not be used. We have contacted both the host and Booking.com to report the experience and to ask whether it’s possible to be reimbursed for the hotel expenses, but we haven’t heard back from either. We incurred significant extra costs and, more importantly, had a very unpleasant experience. It ruined our trip.

Amazing apartment with plenty of room. Good beds with great food stores just 200m away with a great Fazer coffee lace and bakery.

Spacious and very comfortable

Spacious, big apartment, with everything you need. Location is excellent, quiet and close to the center. Doors are opened with an application, that can be shared with all the group which makes it very easy.

Two apartments that look exactly the same (A and B) but hard to tell apart and no info given. lighting at this place needs a full instruction guide- so many switches and many don’t work. WiFi codes were incorrect, and w head to figure out the correct ones on our own. Gas stove cannot be secured to prevent kids turning it on. Location is a bit off out of the main town.

Taking the trash out with no proper instructions

The appartment is spacious and well equipped.

It's a nightmare to get the keys: you have to make a deposit before, and they won't give the instructions before 1 hour of the check-in hour... Same for the check out. Also the rooms were not exactly as described: 2 double room and 1 room with 4 beds.

Location and parking at the street was comfortable

Equipment in kitchen was randomly placed into cupboards. Drawers were dirty, so is one towel. Apartment smelled weirdly.

Very large and comfortable flat, furnished to a high specification and very centrally located.

It would be helpful if keys did not have to be picked up from a different location as this is not easy when you are say in a taxi with luggage.

it was surprisingly spacious, cleaned and well stocked with linens, cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils! it was also just 3 minutes walk from the tram and bus stop! it was about 20 minutes walk to the city centre!

Great location. Lots of space. Easy connection to tram routes - number 2 goes to the centre of Helsinki. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Helpful hosts/property managers. Good midday check out time. Would recommend it to others.

Three people and one key at collection. Rectified later by calling in at the managerial office to collect another, where staff were very helpful. We were not a family and were doing different things and needed access at differing times. Recommend at least 2 keys offered in future. Offer a more extended guidance folder for putting out rubbish and so on. Likely sparse due to it being a new property on the rental list, as I think we were the first visitors.
