Belysningen kunne være bedre. Lyset over køkkenbordet virkede ikke, og man manglede læselamper. Men blev nød til at bruge loftlyset, som var voldsomt.

Ho ricevuto più volte messaggi dove mi veniva chiesto di pulire tutti i piatti e lasciare in ordine (cosa che ho sempre fatto anche se non mi veniva chiesto) e in più dove mi veniva chiesto, se avanzava tempo, di rifare il letto e piegare gli asciugamani. Tutto questo insistere per la pulizia ha reso l’esperienza poco piacevole perché creava solo ansia.

We accessed the property easily with the code provided, the facilites were very good, the apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The TV worked well and the kitchen facilities were good also . We liked the area and easy access to the city on the tram and the nearby shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The fact that the apartment had a washing machine was very helpful for us.

It would have been helpful to know the very small tap for the dishwasher was at th base of the tap on the sink. I may have missed that in the online instructions provided in which case that is fine.

No centro da cidade, embora numa zona mais habitacional. Fácil chegar a todo o lado a pé. Perto de comércio. Tudo funcionava impecavelmente e está tudo muito limpo.

Iz kopalnice je smrdelo. Ker smo bile poleti in smo ves čas zračile, je bilo ok. Pozimi bi to znal biti problem. Luči v dnevni sobi niso delovale. Mislim, da bi smeti lahko odnesli čistilci, čeprav so smetnjaki v isti stavbi.

The flat was cleaner when we left than when we arrived! The mattress on the lounge sofa bed was dirty - unusable. Otherwise - all good. A pleasant stay overall.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, including dishwasher tabs and paper towels. It didn't have oil and salt though, which would have been nice. The check in was easy, we got all the information through mail before arriving. Location was really good, close to good supermarkets and restaurants. The elevator was small and old but functional, we appreciated it to go up the stairs with luggage. There was a small closet to put our things and a small drying rack, which was useful.

We got a different room than the photos, the bathroom was much smaller than it looked in the pictures of the room we chose. They said that it had everything the one we booked had, but it should have been disclaimed in the description that the room could be different than the photos, the layout of the room was totally different than the one we booked. I put the pictures of what we booked and what we got.

Jammer dat er geen extra kussens waren. (Bed) Men sloot niet altijd goed de liftdeur en dan deed de lift het niet,en moest je naar de volgende etage(s) lopen om de deur te sluiten en vervolgens met de lift naar beneden. Dat was niet prettig.

Excellent. Very close to city centre and very easy connection though it's just less than a ten minute walk. Super markets next to the appartment. Our apartment was very clean. Spacious and fully equiqed kitchen. Plus it has a washing machine suitable for a family stay or a group of friends. A balcony included.

El apartamento era muy completo y amplio. La cocina estaba muy equipada y la cama era cómoda. Tiene sauna, que no es mixta, aunque solo abre 2 días a la semana y durante un tiempo limitado.

Las cortinas no cubrían la luz, por lo que a las 6 de la mañana te despertabas con el sol. Aunque haya atención al cliente 24/7, si escribes por booking te contesta un asistente de IA, cosa que no resultó para nada útil en los problemas que tuvimos.

The location was good, very close to numerous public transport options. The furniture and utensils were basic but did the job and it was good value for what you got.

The staff were unresponsive to my messages on booking.com. When I arrived it was unclear how to find my studio as there is more than one entrance to the building. And the staff did not reply to my message asking how to find it.

L'emplacement de l'appartement au top. Appartement spacieux.

La propreté et le confort des literies à revoir pour un 3 étoiles. L'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Fuite tuyau de douche. Le haut du lave linge cassé. Impossible d'éteindre le porte serviette de la salle de bain. Concernant le sauna, cela aurait été bien de mettre une tranche horaire par appartement afin de préserver l'intimité de chacun. Aucune précision sur le côté naturiste du sauna. Nous avons signalé nos désagréments et une réponse a été faite. Nous n avons,jamais vu le service ménage et maintenance.

施設自体はとてもよかったです。上の階なのかわからないけど、料理の匂い？(ラーメンのような)がバスルームからあったりしたので、気になった点はそこぐらいです。

Я бронировала номер-студия на двоих, но вместо этогополучила совершенно другой номер, не тот что я бронировала. Я получила аппартаменты меньше тех, что я бронировала, совершенно другой планировки, который подразумевается для одного с одной кроватью, но так как я была не одна в квартире было две кровати. Я не понимаю почему мне предоставили совершенно другой номер=(( Так же не работал фен для волос.

I liked the location and the comfortable bed. The shower faucet is leaking, so please take note of it. Overall, everything was great and I enjoyed my stay.

The flat is located in the centre of Helsinki.

My flat was untidy. It showed signs of wear and tear/presence of previous guests (dirty, sticky worktops and floors, and hair on the sofa and in the bathroom), as well as old dirt that hadn’t been cleaned for years (e.g., on the hob). The bathroom sink was blocked. It took me three hours to get things working properly. Fernham Hotel replied to my email two days after I’d sent my initial message describing the apartment's condition, and a follow-up message was sent the next day, asking if I wanted a re-clean. Due to my health condition, I specified at the time of booking that the room temperature must be 23°C, as lower temperatures affect my health. The hotel initially agreed, but later did nothing except give me terse advice on how to use the radiators' thermostats, which were switched off and automatically blocked by them. I had to sleep with a hot water bottle. Everything in the flat was of the lowest quality – clean, but very old, stained bed linen; a hairdryer with a broken cable (using it was risky); unwashed pots in the kitchen, a Teflon frying pan so badly scratched that it was unusable;& a washing machine under the shower (!) The flat’s fittings were old, the walls were dirty and scratched, the fridge smelled awful, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and there were no welcome starter packs (soap, salt, pepper), . Moreover, the building's entrance is dirty, with rubbish lying in front of it. The doors have no handles. Every day from the afternoon onwards, men stand outside drinking alcohol and talking loudly. On the first night, my neighbours upstairs had an all-night party. I reported it to the manager, who replied two days later, saying that I should report such things (sic!) Nobody apologised to me. Since there is a limit on the number of photos I can attach, I'm adding only a few.

The appliances made a lot of noise at night and you could also very easily hear other people outside the apartment at night.

Die Unterkunft punktet mit ihrer sehr zentralen Lage. Positiv hervorzuheben sind außerdem die drei Waschmaschinen im Keller sowie die vorhandene Sauna. Der Check-in per Türcode hat problemlos funktioniert. Zudem befinden sich Straßenbahnhaltestellen und mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Gepäckraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden, befindet sich jedoch im Keller und ist nur über mehrere Treppen erreichbar, was insbesondere mit schwerem oder viel Gepäck recht mühsam ist.

Leider überwogen für uns die negativen Aspekte. Die Ausstattung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und die Wohnung machte insgesamt einen stark abgenutzten Eindruck. An Türen und Wänden gab es zahlreiche Macken. Mehrere Lampen waren defekt, darunter auch die einzige Lampe am Bett. Da es zudem nur einen Nachttisch gab, war es nicht einmal möglich, abends im Bett ein Buch zu lesen. Auch das Kabel des Föhns war beschädigt und die Spülmaschine funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Zudem ließ sich der Raum nicht richtig abdunkeln, was den Schlaf zusätzlich beeinträchtigte. Auch die Toilettenspülung klemmte immer wieder. Besonders störend war der starke Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer. Zudem funktionierte die Lüftung im Bad nicht und war mit Schimmel befallen. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Hinzu kam, dass es sowohl durch das geöffnete Fenster als auch im Flur häufig stark nach Zigarettenrauch roch. Direkt vor dem Fenster befindet sich ein Fußballplatz, auf dem bis spät in die Nacht laut gespielt wurde. Da es keine Lüftung oder Klimaanlage gibt, musste man im Sommer zum Lüften die Fenster öffnen, wodurch die Wohnung sehr stickig wurde und der Lärm kaum auszublenden war. Die Sauna konnte außerdem nur an zwei Tagen pro Woche zu eher ungünstigen Zeiten genutzt werden, was bei einem Städtetrip wenig praktikabel ist. Wir haben bereits zuvor in einer anderen Forenom-Unterkunft übernachtet und dort sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Umso enttäuschender war es, dass diese Unterkunft den Eindruck vermittelte, dass notwendige Instandhaltungsarbeiten und die Reinigung über längere Zeit vernachlässigt wurden. Insgesamt ist die Lage zwar ein großer Pluspunkt, der Zustand der Unterkunft, die mangelnde Sauberkeit und die Lärmbelastung haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Brilliant location. Just outside the city centre. Great transport links. Lots of places to eat around it and shops. Lots of amenities in the building should you need them. Well furnished. Clean. Great value for money. I would use Forenom apartments again.

Could have done with more towels. Other than that, great place to stay.

Ottima struttura in una buona posizione facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale. Nei dintorni a piedi troverete bar, ristoranti e supermercati.

Letto un po' piccolo e per me scomodo. Cuscini a mio gusto troppo piatti.

Die Wohnung ist abgewohnt und gehört renoviert. Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Das Sofa und der Wohnzimmertisch hatten Flecken. Schränke, Kanten und selbst die Bilder waren abgestoßen. Es gibt kein Geschirrhandtuch, keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und für ein Babybett muss zusätzlich gezahlt werden. Sauber war es nicht richtig, Haare der Vorgänger wurden überall im Bad gefunden. Die Bilder entsprechen nur sehr entfernt der Wirklichkeit

Very good location, easy access to the apartment. Small, but has everything you need.

One of the front doors did not have a handle. A lot of noise coming from a fridge, pipes and maybe the building itself. The pillows were not comfortable.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt alles nah bei einander.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche hat fürs Frühstück gereicht wir wollten auch nicht mehr machen. Schön wäre wenigstens ein scharfes Messer.

Das Wohnhaus liegt sehr zentral; man ist in knapp 10 Minuten fußläufig im Innenstadtbereich. Es gibt ganz nah verschiedene Supermärkte und gute Gastronomie. Insgesamt kann man von hier aus alle lohnenswerte Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Für einen Städtetrip ideal gelegen.

Das Appartement an sich war leider in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung. (z.B. Ausbesserung von Macken und frischer Anstrich der Wände) Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war OK, sollte aber auch (regelmäßig) überprüft werden. (z.B. Coach und Sessel fleckig; Stühle gingen auseinander; Küchenausstattung seeehr übersichtlich)

Die Lage war sehr Zentrumsnah. Genug Geschirr und Besteck. Die Betten waren bequem!

Hatte einen Parkplatz dazu gebucht, dafür sollte ich eine Parkkarte erhalten, das passierte aber nicht. Auf Rückfrage wurde erst am Tag darauf geantwortet. Bis dahin hatte ich ein Strafticket über 80€ erhalten, das hat der Vermieter dann übernommen👍

Emplacement, simplicité, espace, calme, clair, réactivité du staff, possibilité de manger et laver son linge. Globalement positif

J'avais indiqué une préférence en étage et l'appartement était au niveau de la rue, d'où déception relative. Mais on m'a proposé un autre appartement en étage. Sinon 5 remarques : - impossible accéder par téléphone au service clients à l'arrivée - dans la salle de bains, emplacement de la machine à laver pas pratique car devant l'évier - lit extrêmement mou - Matelas pas très propre objectivement avec tâches - local dépose bagages un peu sinistre car il abrite aussi des objets et meubles cassés....ne donne pas une impression des plus favorables

En el estudio 16 hubo algunas incomodidades: el baño constantemente tenía olor a alcantarillado (mal olor), la tapa del WC no se sostiene sola y es molesto. Podrían poner un par más de almohadas, porque las que tienen son muy planas y una de ellas ni siquiera era una almohada, sino un cojín. Por otra parte, nos llegó una comunicación informándonos que en la mitad de nuestra estadía harían un control de los espacios del apartamento, y que una persona externa iba a ingresar mientras no estábamos ahí. Nos pareció extraño e innecesario.

Ótima localização, fácil acesso a tudo. Apartamento completo, com tudo e de um tamanho perfeito .
