Super freundliches Personal und klasse Frühstück

As per too common in Thailand, the beds are basic and uncomfortable.

La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del mercado municipal y muy cerca de la estación de ferrocarril, del night market y del Ocean Moll. El personal es muy amable, nos olvidamos la insulina en el frigorífico de la habitación y nos avisaron rápidamente. Íbamos camino del aeropuerto y su rapidez nos permitió enviar a un Grab que la recogiera y llegara a tiempo antes del embarque de nuestro vuelo. Además, como el vuelo era muy temprano nos permitieron desayunar media hora antes de lo habitual en el hotel. Mil gracias!!

Heel fijn ontvangst. We verbleven er slechts een nacht om door te reizen met de veerdienst. Ondanks dat we voor aanvang van het ontbijt vertrokken hadden ze pakketjes voor ons samen gesteld. Ook een zeer pro-actieve houding wat betreft het controleren bij de veerdienst of de chauffeur op tijd zou zijn.

Whirlpool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und umfangreich. Der Kaffee am Frühstück war sensationell gut. Die Eggstation war auch super so konnte man Eier nach eigenen Wünschen frisch zubereitet bekommen. Die Betten waren hervorragend.

Die Präsidentensuit wirkt einfach etwas in die Jahre gekommen vor allem das Bad.

Comme dans les autres hôtels offrant cette prestation, la commodité d'accès direct à la piscine signifie corollairement le passage des clients et des enfants qui jouent dans la piscine sous votre fenêtre dès le matin... ne pas opter pour cela si vous cherchez le calm et l'intimité.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good as well. Close to 7/11 and restaurants etc

Hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. While its not dusty and for the most part clean it needs a deep clean to remove fingerprints etc and the bathroom isn't the best. The beds are so hard so if you like a rock hard bed you'll love it.

The staff are absolutely lovely. We were travelling with our baby and they couldn't do enough for us

Older hotel in the middle town but rooms were decent. Great location for all the food markets. If you are there on Friday or Saturday the food markets out the front to the left over the bridge are fabulous. Great room size, beds a little firm and if you don’t like the pillow ask them to change. Great Thai leaning breakfast with some unusual selections to try. Staff very obliging with any request and provided a free transfer to the train station.

The breakfast is a huge plus, the staff are friendly and it is a good place for a one night stop over.

The food was excellent!! The staff are all wonderful we loved our stay!

Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but if you like to walk you can get to the night food market within 15-20 mins

Good Hotel , Friendly staff

It was a handy stop for the night before catching the ferry to Koh Tao. 7/11 just around the corner, a short walk to the street food market. The hotel was ok, clean and comfortable enough for 1 night. We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early. I probably wouldn't stay here for more than one night,

There wasn't anything I particularly disliked. It was clean and comfortable for a night's stay. It was slightly dated, could do with updating and the Aircon was very noisy - but it worked

Ein mittelgrosses Zimmer mit einer schönen Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal, welches uns das Busticket zum Pier verkaufte. Vielfältiges Frühstück und ein schöner beinahe ungenutzter Pool

In Chumphon gibt es nichts zu sehen. Die Strände sind mit ÖV kaum errichbar. Es gibt im Ort keine Tuk Tuk und wenige Taxis. Auch gute Restaurants für das Abendessen sind sehr selten.

I visited this hotel 6+ years ago and found the staff rude. I just went back as part of a motorbike road trip and it's MUCH better. All the staff were very polite and helpful. So finally they get a good review from me.

Grosszügige Suite. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Gratis Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Die Buchung der Fähre nach Koh Tao war problemlos möglich. Bequemes Bett. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Das ganze Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man hie und da sieht. Die ganze Anlage ist nicht besonders schön, aber völlig ok.

L'hôtel est vraiment vétuste contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser en voyant les photos et ne mérite pas les étoiles qu'il a, il est grand temps de procéder à des travaux de rafraîchissement. Le nettoyage est à revoir également (cheveux dans lavabo salle de bains, tâches sur les murs à côté du lit...).

เสียดายเรื่องน้ำ น้ำเป็นท่อน้ำรวมก็จะปรับอุณหภูมิน้ำยากมากกก นิดเดียวก็ร้อน พอเย็นก็เย็น ดีว่าอากาศไม่หนาว เลยพออาบน้ำได้ เสียแค่เรื่องนี้จริงๆ ไม่อย่างนั้นเอาไป 10/10 เลย ปรับอุณหภูมิน้ำยากมากกกก

Veldig hyggelig og vennlig personell. Vi ble kjørt til resturant. Ble veldig godt tatt vare på. Fantastisk godt frokostutvalg. Rent og fint. Var veldig deilig med svømmebasseng på ettermiddagen og morgenen.

Hoher Preis für ein Hotel, das doch auch in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Lage ist nicht unbedingt schön, aber der Markt nebenan ist einen Besuch wert!

Всегда останавливаемся на ночь по пути в Бангкок . Очень хороший отель из подобных в Чумпхоне. Просторные номера,выход к бассейну , на террасу -очень удобно. Есть лифт! Прекрасный завтрак! Варят свежий кофе !

Nothing not to like ?

Absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived it was impressive. The gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful, efficient, friendly and completely on the ball. The room is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, well designed and extremely comfortable. Proper toiletries, fridge, safe, two bottles of water, everything you need. The air conditioning works properly, which in Thailand is no small thing. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. An excellent variety and all fresh. The coffee was machine made and very good, but what made it even better was the service. One of the waiters asked what we’d like and brought it to the table each time. There is also a lovely, secluded pool with comfortable sunbeds. The water looked crystal clear and very inviting. The whole place feels well run and welcoming. The staff, from reception to the restaurant team, were superb. Friendly, good fun, courteous and genuinely attentive.

Some kind of humming noise at night. Air-conditioning sounds? My room was on the fourth floor. A bit far from city centre and located in a run-down neighbourhood.

Wij verbleven 1 nacht in het hotel op weg naar het Zuiden van Thailand. We waren met de trein en je kunt vanaf het treinstation voor een klein bedrag naar het hotel met een tuktuk. Het hotel was heerlijk, schoon en de kamer meer dan prima. We zaten op de begane grond waar je vanuit je kamer het terras naar het zwembad opstapt. Handdoeken voor het zwembad zijn gratis te verkrijgen in het hotel. Voor ons viel de directe omgeving tegen. Er waren op loopafstand geen restaurantjes en ook weinig te beleven. We hebben in het hotel besteld bij de receptie en daar werd een uber-eat besteld of het eten werd vanuit het restaurant er tegenover gebracht. Dat restaurant oogde door de tl verlichting niet heel gezellig, vandaar dat we daar niet zijn gaan zitten. Het ontbijt was erg goed met van alles en nog wat. Al met al een echt prima hotel voor die nacht, je moet alleen niet verwachten dat je nog even leuk de omgeving in loopt.

De directe omgeving viel tegen en er is 's avonds niet veel te beleven. Dat is jammer als je nog een wandelingetje wilt maken.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

We booked the presidential suite which was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, big TV, bathrobes, nice towels, air conditioning and the swimming pool.

Around the communal areas the hotel looked a little bit dated. Although as we stepped in to our suite, all was well. The drinking water was warm when we checked in at the hotel although we had a refreshing cold welcome drink. After a long day travel we were looking to have nice cold drinking water in the room. The water was displayed at the top of the counter. We had some tea and coffee with no milk. So when we requested it, they got us a very small portion which was enough for 2 person the most but we were 3 adults so one of us had to have an alternative option. Even though they knew we are British the welcome was nice and warm, I would have expected a slightly more personalised welcome. So when I have asked in the evening they told me to go and buy milk from the 7 eleven next door which I did find shocking. Overall it was ok, nothing to what a presidential suite service and level at this stage from my experience. Including pick ups and dropped off from public transport was not arranged even though I have requested on the booking messages. At the check out when I requested a drop off they stated no it’s too far for the hotel courtesy car to drop us off so they booked us a public transportation with a tuc tuc. I can honestly say the driver was lovely and took us to the station.

Das Personal war überaus herzlich, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und konnten wirklich sehr gut relaxen. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Möbel waren leicht abgenutzt, aber das Zimmer war schön, sauber und bequem und mit allen üblichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war grandios, wir mochten insbesondere den Kaffe, die Thai Desserts und die lokalen Spezialitäten :)
