The unobstructed ocean view is breathtaking. Plenty of decent restaurants and shopping facilities in close proximity with access to entertainment close by. Undercover parking is close to the building entrance, which was very convenient. The unit and its bedrooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Thanks Lance - job well done.

This was a genuinely great choice for a break and I have no negative feedback about the facility, its location or the host.

Excellent location right on the beach. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The coffee pods and biscuits were appreciated.

Lovely unit with an exceptional view. The unit is tastefull and comfortable. We had an awesome stay, felt like home away from home. Will definitely use the accommodation again. Very friendly and considerate hosts. Highly recomment them to friend and family.

The pictures did not lie. Everything is as advertised and it is literally on the beach. It’s a very clean place with everything provided for.

Temperature in the main bedroom was excessive - airconditioner from lounge and ceiling fan did not mitigate heat.

The location was absolutely amazing! Everything was convenient and nearby. The apartment was fresh and clean upon entry. Value for money 💰

The furniture in the rooms did look a bit dated but then again it could be just themed to a beach home that gives off island vibes..

It's a beautiful place. Has everything you might need. Views are breathtaking. If it wasn't for hosts and the variety of excuses and problems that was made ours, we would definitely have booked a stay again.

We did our booking on 20 December 2025. Paid in full (R6667,20) for the stay. Immediately after paying, we got a request to pay a breakages deposit of 2000 before check-in. We were under the impression that it should be paid in full on day of arrival in cash. We paid it regardless. We finally got to the property. Had to phone 3 times to be let in. Then we told theres lockbox with the key. Also miss information because we were told someone will meet us there. We open the lockbox and The key wouldn't open the door. We had to wait for someone to come open for us. They arranged a locksmith to change the lock and we were chased out the place for someone to come clean (without asking permission) on wednesday and we lost a full day because of their issues. Fast forward to checkout. I was in communication with thr hosts about check out since the night before. See inserts below. 9h30 we were chased out again by the same cleaning lady. We waited in the car till 10h30 for our breakages deposit only to be told the hosts had issues again and we need to leave because they will only be able to reimburse us at 2pm. After viewing below, make it make sence that I was told they were only kind to me and they don't appreciate my tone of voice. We finally got reimbursed at 17h40 on day of checkout, after ive had to message the hosts 3 times. Ps. Pool stated is not within property. Its located across the street upstairs. Just fyi. Nobody informed us of this. Also if you have a disability, this property is not for you.

Maybe add some inverter for power outages. I know it was unfortunate events but maybe that could be a great addition.

Check in process info gets shared too late. Has no lift. Only upto 2nd floor though. Doors to bedrooms dont really gives privacy. The swimming pool is in a separate apartment No aircon in rooms. Gets extremely hot the fan does not help

Very clean, bright and very comfortable. There was everything one needs in a home, even little beach toys for the child to play with on the beach.

I struggled a bit with the tv. Every time I switched it on I had to go through a long process of rebooting in order to watch Dstv channels…

It was super clean and perfect location.

The noise levels in the apartment block. People below us did not know how to put a stopper before the door so the door kept on slamming close by the wind.

If the 2 rooms had ensuite bathrooms it would've been even greater...the tumble dryer was too complicated to use therefore we tried to use the drying rack but with 4 adults and a baby the washing was a bit difficult to dry especially with colder weather

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view! Lance was extremely accommodating. They really do care about making your experience the best and have great attention to detail when it comes to a guests needs.

We loved the sea and rock pool view from the balcony. The apartment was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The decor gave beach vibes 😊. We liked that there was an entrance from the complex leading directly to the beach. The complex is quiet, safe and located close to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and communicated well.

Location, location, location- almost on the beach. Very well appointed and comfortable. Response to problem with renovations in unit above was reasonably prompt.

Nothing regarding the actual apartment. However, renovations in the apartment above caused excessive noise, dust and disturbance. This was not the fault of the owners but a communication issue from the property manager resulted in the owners not being aware of the planned renovations.

A little challenging to get into and out of the property until you have the keys. The security guard doesn’t have a gate remote

Stunning modern apartment on the beach front. Perfect size for my family. Exquisite views with an easy to access beach. Apartment Extremely clean and well maintained. Loved the extra little touches of suggle blankets, teas, coffees and cleaning products. This has been my sons favorite holiday home thus far.

The best view, spacious and balcony was like having the sea in your lounch.

Some of the pots had burning marks, not cleaned. Pillows did not smell clean..some cockroaches came out at night time. Luckily we had some doom with us. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and will book it again.

Broken tiles in shower floor. Cutlery and crockery not up to standard. Only 1 bathroom and a shower cubicle not 2 bathrooms as advertised.

Loved absolutely everything. It was a wonderful clean unit which had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The views were gorgeous (including dolphins frolicking by on 2 days and whales on another 2). The hosts were in contact with us prior to arrival with all details we needed and communicated during our stay. I can only recommend this unit.

The Host met us at a shopping centre so we could still buy stuff before they closed, as it was already late. The Washing/Drying Machine didn't work properly, so the Host helped and paid for our laundry to get done!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Loved the ocean views and listening to the waves crashing. Saw a school of dolphins on our last morning - so special.

Just a hairdryer is needed.

Everything! The place is absolutely clean! Perfect in every way, the views are amazing the location is perfect it's viby and very safe! Gives a very warm and homely comforting feeling. Lance is a great host! Very welcoming and looks after you. Has everything organized and accommodates for everyone. He bought new umbrellas for the apartments and keeps toys for kids as well as beach chairs etc. Would definitely go again.

Awesome views from the balcony. We even saw the dolphins swim past one morning. Very clean and neat. Hosts were responsive, helpful and very organized.

Perfect location view beach view

Location was excellent. Loved sitting on the balcony! Unit had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and bedding soft & luxurious. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine & AIRCON in the living area were great. Our host, Lance was friendly, helpful and available when we had queries.

Just a suggestion for one or two extra blankets in the closet for when it gets chilly at night for in front of the TV etc. It was hot when we were there, but we had one or two nights when it was cold & raining & would have loved a fluffy blanket for the couch. All bedding was sufficient and lovely.

The view was spectacular. We were able to see the dolphins & go on long walks. The beaches nearby & tidal pools. We loved it that the place was clean, well maintained & we had everything we needed. We so enjoyed the balcony. Hosts friendly & helpful. We had an awesome holiday, as a family, thank you 😊

Great apartment! Felt right at home when we first walked in. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable and clean bedding, well kitted cupboards, and pristine clean! We loved the personal touches to make our beach stay extra special (beach chairs, surf boards, and fishing nets for the little one). We woke up to a delicious coffee (nespresso machine with pods + cappuccino sachets) and an amazing view - the location couldn't be better. Thank you for the warm welcome, Lance - we look forward to coming back!

Perfect and lovely place to stay for our family. Very close to the beach and we could see the whales and dolphins everyday. Only a few feet away from the beach. We were nearby so many activities. This beautiful apartment has all the facilities you need and the owners go out of their way to please and help. Highly recomend!!!
