Please prepare a prayer mat for muslim if stay that property.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024Everything provided are perfect, clean, simple design layout and comfortable unit. Just a walking distance to Lost World of Tambun, convenient nearby amenities and just a short drive to town center.
Should have provide a separate toaster and a small induction cooker instead of those 2 in 1 multi function toaster and cooker. For the time being, the noise from the construction site (new development) is still bearable/acceptable.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2024It was a perfect location for us as we were only there to visit the Lost World of Tambun so it was right next door and easy to get to
The card for the lifts was a bit temperamental so we did struggle with this at first. Also the signs of what was acceptable attire for the pool was different by the pool and by the lift so my daughter was told to change out of her bikini even though there was a picture of a bikini by the lift so consistency is key to avoid confusion. We do respect the Malay culture but we were slightly confused. Also did not help that the guards English was hard to understand as there were others in the pool who had the wrong clothing ie- street wear and they didn’t get pulled up for that so I think the rules bed to be consistent . This was our only negative but it did not reflect badly on the accommodation in any way as we still loved the apartment.

Cooking were not permitted and there was not mention of that upfront. A toaster and a stove should be provided.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2023The interior of the suite is very nice and beautiful. The ambience gave us this comfort vibe, feels like home. Air-cond were all functioning, so do water heater. Fridge well-function, wifi connection was good, there are also additional mattress, pillow & blanket make it suitable for family. My daughter fell sick and we request extra one hour on the check-out day. The host was so kind by allowing us and not charging us any additional fee. Will definitely come again soon !

Shower in master bedroom was clogged up. Cleanliness could be improved. Also, it would have been convenient to have 2 key cards as we are a family of 2 cars as notified at time of booking.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2023The check-in process is easy as the host provides clear instructions through WhatsApp. The host, Mr Weng, was super accommodating and responsive to our requests, just a pure pleasure dealing with him. Since the place was around 2 months old, everything was in tip-top condition. This place is perfect for those who are looking for family-friendly accommodation to go to Lost World of Tambun since it is just a 5-minute walk to the entrance.
There are no restaurants, groceries stores, or laundry within walking distance of the place. But you can always order food/groceries from Grab or Foodpanda.

There are 2 pools, one cold water and the other hot from the natural springs fed from the Lost World of Tambun a must visit if in Ipoh. There is also a gym and sauna. Private residence parking is a plus. You can walk to the Lost World and spend a whole day here with or without kids.
The mattress is hard for foreigners. We had to request bed linen to be changed and owner quickly obliged. We were the first foreigners to stay here.

Dont like maybe is not the right word because we love our stay. Perhaps you can provide more microfibre towel and hot and cold water filter

The bed’s a bit hard to sleep on, no other negative from me.
