Location is very good. Very nice apartment.

Check in extremely inconvenient. Before arrival you get information that you have to pick up the key from the store that is 15 min away. Also, when you arrive, you have to guess which apartment is yours, because there is no number or name on it.

Schöne helle Wohnung in guter Lage.

Das war eine Katastrophe. Ich kann vor dem unseriösen Vermieter nur warnen! Der Vermieter hat geschrieben, dass es am Hauseingang eine Schlüsselbox geben würde, und man mit einem Code an den Schlüssel kommen würde. Die Schlüsselbox gab es aber nicht. Ein Nachbar hat bestätigt, dass die Schlüsselbox vor einigen Wochen abgebaut wurde. Wir konnten den Vermieter nicht erreichen, und mussten deswegen ein Hotelzimmer nehmen, da wir nicht ins Zimmer kamen. Erst am nächsten Tag mussten wir den Schlüssel in einem 1,5 km entfernten BubbleTea Shop abholen. Der Vermieter hat sein Verschulden zwar anerkannt, weigert sich aber bis heute die Nacht zu erstatten. auch booking.com lässt mich im Stich ohne Angaben von Gründen. Ich werde es jetzt an den Anwalt geben.

Excellent location. Clean apartment with plenty of space.

check-in and check-out was a mess! The instructions we were given were out of date, referring to a keysafe which didn't exist. I couldn't contact the host by phone, but they finally responded to messages telling me to pick-up the keys from a cafe 15min walk away. I therefore checked in 2 hours later than expected and was sweaty from lugging my bags across town . I was later asked to return the key to the same place for check-out, which wouldn't have even worked because the cafe was closed - fortunately, the cleaner was able to come when we wanted to check out.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und für eine 4 köpfige Familie komfortabel. Auf dem kleinen Balkon konnte man das kopenhagener Leben schön beobachten und hatte eine gute Aussicht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, da man direkt in der Innenstadt gewohnt hat und sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Es gab direkt nahebei Fahrradverleihe, schöne Restaurants, die Markthalle mit allen Köstlichkeiten und ein Einkaufsmarkt, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hatte. Wunderbar!

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern bzw. mit der beauftragten Organisation war äußerst ärgerlich. Manchmal bekam man höflich vorgefertigte Texte, die nicht weiterhalfen. Manchmal freie Texte bei dem dir gesagt wurde, dass du nicht in der Lage seist, es richtig zu finden (Müll blieb in großen Säcken in der Wohnung, weil es keinen Weg in den Hof gab). Die Schlüsselübergabe ist anstrengend, da bei Booking.com von einem Schlüsselfach gesprochen wird, dass aber wegen der anderen Bewohner des Hauses abgebaut wurde. Der Reinigungsservice bringt dann den einzigen Schlüssel. Und mit ihr muss man sich beim Check-out absprechen. Wir wollten um 5 Uhr morgens losfahren und am Abend vorher noch weggehen. Das haben wir dann eingegrenzt, um immerhin um 22 Uhr den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Würde man die Wohnung offen verlassen, würde der Reinigungsservice nicht für die nächsten Bewohner in das Haus kommen und man müsste sich an diffusen Kosten beteiligen, wurde uns geschrieben. Schade, bitte im voraus offen legen, wo die Probleme sind, dafür hätten wir Verständnis gehabt.

The location was nice. It was also spacious.

There were no toilet papers! No trash bags. No water boiler! No coffee. No tea and No sugar.

It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and was quite messy. We notified the host and they was quick to rectify this. I also think my aftershave and other things was accidentally thrown away as i couldn’t find it when I got back.

Comfy, spacious and at a great location, the apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

It was a spacious flat in a great location. The beds were really comfortable so we all had a good night sleep! The living room kitchen diner was a nice big room. Really nice!

Firstly, the instructions to enter the building was great however just being told the flat is on the 3rd floor is not sufficient. Only one flat door had a name on it so it was a 50:50 guess. We went for the flat without a mat at the door and that was a lucky guess! For what we paid, I would expect the rubbish to be thrown out by the owners not by us. Being fined if we didn’t take the trash out is not good hosting. There should be bins - where were they? It’s essential in the bathroom. More mirrors are needed. We were a group of 3 women fighting for the mirror in the bathroom! There should be one in each bedroom. Finally, another review mentioned the bathroom sink that didn’t drain quickly. That was still the case.

The location of the flat was excellent. Also, the size and the furniture of the apartment were very nice.

When we arrived, the kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned, and we had to notify someone so that they could come the next day to clean the apartment. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, so the water could not pass through properly, and we could not use it during the week. We notified the company, and the woman who came to clean the next day also notified them. They told us that someone would come to repair it, but nobody came during the eight days that we were staying there. Also, the kitchen utilities were very scarce for three people staying in the house. There were only four plates and four glasses, very limited cutlery, no scissors, etc.

The location was great, close to Nørreport metro and train station ( direct line to the airport) Lots of restaurants, cafes, Torvehallerne market and deli foods and eateries, close to the lakes and parks

The apartment was large , beds comfortables, bathroom great ( washer and dryer) After a little hiccup with the WiFi the problem was fixed the sama day/ evening
