Ma come si può avere un solo lavandino per un intero piano?! Nessuna possibilità di lavarsi la faccia la mattina e nessuna possibilità di lavare i denti la sera. Devi fare tutto in doccia perché è sempre occupato. Per il costo a notte non mi sembra accettabile.

Same kapsuły to jakiś koszmar. Nie idzie w tym siedzieć dla dwóch osób. Wiem na co sie pisałem ale nawet nie mogłem spać z wyprostowanymi nogami musiałem spać w pozycji embrionalnej. Plus światło w pokoju kapsuł było takie jakbyśmy siedzieli w jakiejś ubojni.

The location of the place is rather central, with many bars nearby. Place is very lively both during the day and at night.

I was at the hostel for only one night with my partner and we stayed in the capsule. This was a new experience for us, so we didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately I wouldn't try again as ventilation in the capsule was very bad. There were some sort of AC but was loud, and if you turned it off then it would get very humid in the room. Also capsules room did not have a shared bathroom in the room, but you had to go somewhere else (which I didn't like). Also there we no lockers and people were just putting their luggages under their capsule (for those staying on the bottom part of the "bunk bed" kind of capsule system). We really disliked this, as there was no way to lock away your belongings either than putting them inside the capsule itself. Also, the whole place works with digital lockers connected to a website so even to get in your own capsule you need to open it with your phone. We really didn't like this and would have preferred an electronic card instead. Basically if your phone dies on the way back you are locked out of everything... Also the lack of complete personnel around, but only in the bar, was very bad for us. Overall honestly I wouldn't personally recommend the capsules, perhaps normal dors are better...

V podstatě se mi líbily jen dvě věci. Toto ubytování je úplně v centru a všechny dveře se otevírají pomocí kódu, proto člověk nemusí myslet na čip nebo klíče.

Kromě výše uvedeného se mi na tomto ubytování nelíbilo vůbec nic. Jednoduše bylo příšerné. Co se týče samotného pokoje, tak místo do klasické skříňky si člověk musí dávat věci pod postel, tím pádem válí všechno po podlaze. Vzhledem k tomu, že je tento prostor opatřen výklopným víkem s možností uzamknutí, tak to asi považují za skříňky. Ale samotné otevírání je poměrně hlasité a víko těžké. Nepochopitelně do pokoje vedou dvoje dveře (možná proto, aby člověk mohl udělat o několik kroků méně) a v pokoji je umyvadlo. Místo druhých dveří a umyvadla mohly být tolik potřebné skříňky. Kromě toho byla rozbitá klimatizace, takže jsme museli mít otevřené okno. Do časných ranních hodin byl proto slyšet hluk zvenku (hudba a hovory lidí). A sociální zařízení? To je bezkonkurenčně nejhorší. Sprchy se uklízí tím stylem, že se celá podlaha vystříká vodou. Člověk se tak musí po osprchování a osušení oblékat na mokré podlaze. U toalet je jen jedno malé umyvadlo (nejspíš proto, že jsou umyvadla na pokojích), takže když si někdo potřebuje umýt ruce, tak musí doufat, že ho ten, kdo si třeba čistí zuby, k němu pustí.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. I arrived at 1am as I had issues with a different booking so I didn't have anywhere to sleep. One of the men in the bar helped me with a new booking as I was exhausted and worried I was going to do something wrong. He explained everything to me and checked me in so I could go to bed. I'd booked a single person capsule but the bed was closer to the size of a double which was nice so I don't think it feels too claustrophobic

There's no plugs near the bed you have a USB/USB C port so people were doing their hair in the "bathroom" which would be fine except it's a hallway with bedrooms opposite and 4 showers and 3 toilets and 1 sink. People were often doing their hair at the sink, where the only plug was. My room didn't have a sink so I would either have to interrupt them or wait. If there was a specific room with toilets and 2/3 sinks with plugs this would be fine. I had similar issues just wanting to use the toilets and wash my hands after. The entire floor shares the bathroom so I often felt there weren't enough toilets. I always made sure to shower late in the evening when it was quiet but if you're wanting to shower before checking out it'll be busy. Overall I am happy with the place but I do believe I'm a lot more accepting as I knew it was either this place or nowhere for the night. I just wanted somewhere safe and clean to sleep the first night which it was.

Mitten in der Stadt gelegen, fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für die Lage unschlagbar. Netter Service, gutes Bier. bequemes Bett. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit WC/Waschbecken, Dusche im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Gemeinschaftsbereich (zumindest morgens um 06:30 Uhr) sauber. Lärmpegel von der Straße ist da, fand ich aber sehr human, hat beim Schlafen nicht gestört.

La privacy dei delle cabine letto che non erano neanche soffocanti per via dell'ottina ventilazione (non scontato)

Non c'è un armadietto o posto per i bagagli, devi tenerli nel letto con te, molto scomodo e anti igienico. Non c'era una zona comune o cucina, diversa dal bar, in cui devi essere cliente. Le cabine non erano insonorizzate e si sentivano i compagni di stanza ubriachi (arrivati dal bar sotto) fare casino in camera alle 2/3 del mattino. I bagni ed servizi igenici erano il corridoio, diventando fastidiosi per privacy e odori. Oltre che c'era un solo lavandino e asciugacapelli per tutto il piano.

Centralità

Cabine non proprio confortevoli ( le cabine non lo sono mai, lo so, ma queste erano piuttosto scomode). Al nostro arrivo erano maleodoranti. I bagni sono limitati in proporzione al numero degli ospiti per piano.

Good location, easy check-in process, safe and secure ( you get a pin code, which gives you access to floor, room, and capsule bed). Toilets showers very clean.

Couldn't charge phone in capsule pod had to charge in reception area. That was only gripe. Place okay for few nights it was passable.

The location is amazing, really central.

The capsule rooms were extremely small and overheated, which mean we had to keep the door open the whole night- so no privacy. There was not enough facilities (3 toilets and showers for the whole level). There was no space in the capsule for putting our luggage or even small bags.

Bar and happy hour deals were incredible

A cápsula é legal, mas precisa ter uma bancada dentro pra colocar as mochilas.

The best part was the lovely staff: at the time, the receptionist was a young guy, and housekeeping was a nice lady (both speaking Spanish). There was some confusion with the beds, as the bed that was assigned to me was occupied by another person who should not have been in the room. They corrected the situation to my satisfaction, and I was given my bed with only a small delay. They took notice of my accommodation preferences. The female dormitory is on a high floor toward the courtyard, so there was no outside noise at all at night. I liked that the facilities (toilet, shower) were outside the room, so I could get ready without making noise to other roommates. There are activities (like free walking tours and night events at the bar), cheap breakfast, and free earplugs. The location is wonderful, close to the tourist sites and public transport. The lobby is nice to sit in and has a good atmosphere.

There is only one communal sink outside the room. In the morning, it was crowded, and I had to wait a long time to use it. There is only one old elevator for the whole hostel, which takes a long time to arrive. The code system is a bit strange, and I don't know how secure it is since the floor code was the same as the code to the room. I would have preferred to have a card key. The beds don't have a curtain for privacy, and the small personal light is way too strong and blinding when the room is dark. Also, the under-bed storage compartment is very noisy when using it. The floor wasn't properly cleaned and had quite a lot of dust. There is only one socket per bed; I would have preferred to have USB outlets instead of an electrical socket.

Very noisy, I couldn't sleep until 3am because people are celebrating in front of the windows. The windows doesn't filter the noise at all.

La ubicación con respecto al centro esta bien ya que todo queda cerca caminando, hay muchas cafeterias ricas por la zona. El baño lo limpian regularmente cosa que se agradece bastante teniendo en cuenta que hay mucha gente que no es demasiado higiénica... La calidad precio esta decente para lo que suele costar un alojamiento medio en Copenhague, lo recomiendo si sabes que vas a estar durmiendo en un cubículo con el espacio justo para dormir y conviviendo con más gente. Puedes hacer check in automático, y no hay necesidad de hacer check out.

La sábanas son de pago. La ventilación de nuestra capsula no funcionaba y hace mucho calor dentro de la habitación donde están las capsulas, que por cierto no huele muy bien el entorno, se escucha mucho el ruido que hace la gente, y luego ya es tener la suerte de que la gente que se aloje a la vez que tu sea respetuosa, a nosotras por ejemplo el día que nos íbamos nos encontramos un vomito en mitad del suelo de algún simpático que no tuvo la decencia de ir al baño, o al menos a la papelera (eso no es culpa del alojamiento evidentemente). Las duchas son limpias pero alguna no funcionaba la temperatura caliente y en otra se atascaba el desagüe y no tragaba bien. Los baños bastante bien, limpios generalmente, con espacio para cambiarse y baldas para apoyar neceseres etc.

Unflexibel. Das Personal ist nicht entgegenkommend. Auf den Zimmern ist sehr schlechte Luft, die für Kopfschmerzen sorgt (auch in Einzelzimmern). Die Fenster lassen Sicht nicht öffnen und es gibt keine Lüftung. Es wird mit erfundenen Strafgeldern gedroht.

Eravamo 2 coppie ed entrambe non avevano mai soggiornato in un Hostello, ma è stato piacevole la camera piccola ma pulita il bagno piccolissimo e direi un po scomodo il discorso della doccia ma comunque ci siamo adattati bene, c'era scritto che gli asciugamani erano a pagamento invece li abbiamo trovati in camera compreso sapone e phon. La camera era al 5 piano quindi lontano dal locale sotto che tutte le sere è affolatissimo di giovani e musica, un po di confusione arrivava ma niente di che. Abbiamo partecipato ad una serata carinissima e divertentissima con la Drag Queen. Posizione imbattibile.

Una de las cuestiones era si tenían algún sitio donde cenar y preparar algo , me dijeron que si y cuando llegue era un pub con música a tope y la gente borracha , tuve que cenar en la calle lloviendono con mi hijo , no me dieron toallas y tod estaba bastante sucio,, y bastante más !! Fatal!!!

The worst customers service I ever experienced so far. My code didn’t work at the entrance door, I had to do the check-in at a bar using a matching there was no one there that could help me with the code not working. I called their number 25min with no answer, I texted them on booking…nothing. I got a replay the next day saying “we have reception 24/7, please ask at the reception” I told them the situation and that I didn’t have a code still (I had to wait every time for someone else to open the door)…STILL NO ANWSER

Convenient location. Self check-in in lobby. Respectful roommates in the room who are quiet throughout most of the night.

Everything except the location. Extremely disappointing stay. The dorm was unbearably hot and had almost no ventilation. The fan at our capsule was broken, and there was no proper airflow at all, making it almost impossible to sleep. We spoke with staff and the explanation didn’t make sense, and they told us things are same even if in other rooms. We eventually opened the capsule door whole night just for a little bit of airflow but that came into the next problem. The red light in the room could not be switched off, and one of the charging sockets was broken. There were only three toilets for the entire floor, with poor ventilation as well. There was no drinking water available in the hostel, so you had to go downstairs to the attached bar to get some. The building and elevator are very old and poorly maintained. Overall, the facilities feel outdated and badly managed. I understand this is a hostel, but basic ventilation, functioning fan, charging sockets and proper facilities should not be too much to ask. Such terrible experience like a nightmare. Have been staying in many hostels in different countries but honestly this is one of the worst, which I still could not believe it happened to be in Denmark.

Super poloha, velmi příznivá cena vzhledem k lokalitě.

Je to prostě lowcost, nemůžu si stěžovat, čekal jsem to. Každopádně, asi největší problém je ten že není k dispozici žádná polička nebo box na zavazadlo a není tu absolutně žádné soukromí.

Leur bar et les gens devant dans la rue sont vraiment très bruyants. Impossible de dormir alors que j'étais au 6ème étage. C'était un vendredi soir, c'est peut-être plus calme les autres soirs...

Good location

The rooms smell! The shower is super small. Trying to change ur clothes there and u get everything wet.

convenient location in the city center.

The rooms are quite old, and it is very noisy at night due to the bar downstairs. During my stay, there was a fight that required police intervention and a commotion that lasted until 4 a.m. I couldn't get a good night's sleep after a grueling flight from the Arctic.
