Pudimos reservarlo para todo el grupo así que estábamos como en casa. Había muchos servicios disponibles con muchas posibilidades y mucho personal muy amable que nos ayudaron mucho. La decoración preciosa, las habitaciones cómodas con un gran baño. Muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el Fnaa. El desayuno también muy bien.

Un poco escondido, hay que callejear.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – mitten in der Altstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten von zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants, Cafés und Museen entfernt. Taxis sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Die Villa wird rund um die Uhr überwacht, was für ein angenehmes und sicheres Gefühl sorgt. Die Betten waren ok und bequem, und das Personal – insbesondere Abdol und Hamza – war aussergewöhnlich freundlich.

Allerdings ist die Ausstattung insgesamt bereits recht abgenutzt. Die Hand- und Badetücher sollten deutlich besser gereinigt werden, und in einigen Zimmern funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht.

Needs renovation, well used, shabby without the chic. Towels & bedding & table linens etc all should have been replaced years ago. One Safe not fastened to the wall, some safe’s had no key & some rooms had no keys. People in and out all day noisy. We had the whole Riad & expected it to be only us and staff, not cooking lessons for other tourists. It’s not relaxing eating breakfast & dinner in the cold. Meals not as described! Owner Alain never replied to my txt messages after offering his WhatsApp contact. Lunch on arrival changed to dinner at night.

Tout !!Le personnel est tellement accueillant et gentil.On a l'impression de faire partie de la famille.Hamza et son équipe sont au top .Merci aux cuisinières qui nous ont régalé les papilles avec des tajines ,des couscous ,des salades... sans parler des petits déjeuners incroyables .Il y a de quoi nourrir un régiment.Grâce à eux j'ai vécu un moment exceptionnel pour mon anniversaire 🤙.Un mot pour le Riad et surtout le personnel Merci🙏

Rien car même les petits désagréments on les oublie 😉 avec leur sens du service .

La ubicación y el poder alquilarlo entero para un grupo grande.

Éramos un grupo de 7 parejas pero solamente tenían 6 habitaciones. En la habitación más grande, nos montaron 2 sofá camas muy incómodos donde una de las parejas tuvo que pasar 2 noches. Teníamos la casa entera para nosotros, pero los chavales que lo gestionan que son veinteañeros, metian a todas horas allí a sus amigos, por lo que no teníamos privacidad en la piscina.

Just returned home for a 5 day trip where we stayed with 17 women, the riad is absolutely stunning ! And the staff couldn’t do more to make your stay comfortable, from the cleaners, cooks, managers, staff and security. We all felt incredibly safe and looked after ! Marrakesh is a beautiful country rich in culture, the Moroccan people are some of the kindest people we’ve ever experienced and were already looking at dates to return next year !

Akram was an amazing host and guided us with the car close to the Riad, and then helped us park the car. It was a warm and great welcome! We got a tea ceremony and the grand tour of the Riad! This Riad was beautiful and had a great rooftop. Thank you Akram and Hamza for your all your work and making us feel so welcome! The staff was amazing and breakfast was great.

We loved the aesthetic beauty of the riad, a haven for relaxation; it’s excellent service; a staff beyond friendly and helpful, -I would love to name them all, - who opened a window into their Moroccan hearts with their kindness, their humor, their liveliness and their gentleness. We felt we had entered into a family; our children cried when they had to leave! Their birthday wish: go to Morocco for Their birthday!

Everything has been thought of.

The property is absolutely dashing & spacious, we didn’t realise how big it was from the pictures. We also had incredible staff (a big thank you to Abdou, Akrab & their hosts) who were always available to assist with anything! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and will definitely be back, will be recommending to anyone coming to Marrakech!
