We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and very convenient for exploring Seoul. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind and helpful, and communication was always easy. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!

위치가 매우 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛집과 분위기 좋은 카페가 많았습니다. 홍대 입구역에서도 매우 가까웠고 역에서 숙소로 가는 길이 모두 평지여서 편했습니다. 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

시설이 조금 낡긴 했지만 자는데는 문제없었습니다. 가격이 저렴하기 때문에 이해합니다.

房东沟通起来特别舒服，全程交流顺畅，遇到疑问都能很快得到回复，十分省心。住处地理位置真的无可挑剔，临近弘大，晚上随时可以出门逛街、探店，出行自由度很高。房间颜值超出预期，装修很有格调，环境干净整洁，待在屋里感觉很放松。

只有入户门有些奇怪，从外面看像是没关严一样，如果不这样关还会报警。

The place is old, outdated, and not very clean. The washing machine and cable TV were not working. On the first night, there was no hot water, and it took nearly two hours to fix. After a long trip, this was very frustrating, especially having to wait for the repair. I also tried calling the host (even purchased an international call plan), but couldn’t reach anyone. Communication in English was quite difficult. The unit is in the basement, and the floor mat was very dirty. The filter of air purifier is super dirty, I didn’t dare to turn it on. The mirror covered with dust, I have to clean it myself. As the stay was already paid in full and difficult to communicate with host, I had no choice but to remain for the full five nightmare nights.

沒下雨時房間及廚房積水，無法即時處理問題，放在地上購買的東西全濕，也無後續賠償，當下也有直接反應問題，但只得到一句抱歉，要入住的請考慮清楚會求償無門，不知道從哪流出的髒水，整個房間瀰漫著臭味

일단 기본적으로 위치가 좋았습니다. 근처에 편의시설이 전부 있고, 식당도 많았으며, 옥상 출입이 가능해서 노을지는 하늘도 보며 야경도 좋았습니다 :) 세탁기가 있어서 빨래하기도 편했어요 !!! 호스트님도 정말 친절하게 안내 해주시고, 답변도 잘해주셨습니다 :) 연남동 근처 다수인원 스테이 필요한 분들이라면 강력추천 합니다 !

There is no merit. This is an underground room, so I couldn't sleep because it smelled too much underground.

깜짝놀랬습니다.. 설명에도 없었는데 여기는 지하였습니다. 지하 냄새가 너무 많이 납니다. 디퓨저로 냄새를 가리려고 하는 것 같은데 그 지하의 습한 냄새가 올라와서 제대로 잠도 못잤습니다. 문잠금장치도 고장나있고 화장실에 뜨거운물도 잘 안나오고 리모컨의 건전지도 없었습니다.
