BB Hongdae Line

Friendly staff, they stored our luggage, small but functional apartments. We were assigned a room in a building a couple of minutes away from the main one. However it was still nice. Just a few minutes from metro station and Hongdae street.

The hallways of the building were not clean, as was the apartment itself - especially the bathroom.

The location is unbelievable, a cute quiet street in the middle of hongdae with so many cafes and restaurants around. The apartment was big enough and the shower was great. The bed was also comfortable and they had big size towels which was rare in Korea. They also did the laundry for us since the laundry machine in our room was broken.

The heating device was a little unclear but the temperature was okay. The wifi in our room wasn’t working but we had good wifi from the rooms next to us

Staff friendly super accommodating and can speak multiple languages, so it's easy to check in. Rooms are good size and tidy with everything you need easily accessible in a good location

Logement très bien situé, à 5 minutes de la station de métro et dans un quartier très sympa. Personnel très serviable. Appartement avec kitchenette propre et lumineux.

check in的櫃台小姐姐幫我提行李到房間，有機率會住到別館，但也離本館不遠，I人友善，除了第一天遇到櫃台人員其餘時間幾乎沒有遇到其他人，備品也都放在公共區域有需要自己拿。廚具冰箱俱全，交通方便，CP值高。

廁所有股臭水溝的味道，從頭到尾都有。滿影響住宿體驗的，不然其他都還不錯。

弘大駅から近く便利 1人でも2人でも泊まった事がありますが、悪い印象がないです コーヒーやお茶のインスタや、ささやかな甘い物も置いてあります

タオル入れ替えの時にスマホ忘れ、パスワードが思いだせず、10時前だった事もありスタッフがいなくて 部屋に入るのに時間がかかった事 でも、奇跡的に思い出して入れました

Location is amazing! It's totally what a Korean room looks like for students a d single persons. It's wide, big window, kitchen and it's own laundry machine!

Not for me cause I lived in Korea for a while. But I think the staff should explain to other foreign staff how to use the floor heating system or the shower. If not you may end waking up in a sauna or taking freezing cold showers all time. (Specially in Winter)

床有點小，應該是4呎，建議雙人床改為5呎或是6呎

Very convenient spot. Lovely staff. Room is spacious. Toiletries are provided. There is share kitchen downstairs. Works for short stay and long term stay.

Still hear some noises when other guest walks really pound coming through the door. So the door is just not soundproof but if you are deep sleep person so is may not bother that much.

Ho prenotato una camera con cucina ma così non era. Le foto e la descrizione non erano corretti. Questo ha creato un disagio per me perché sono stato costretto ad utilizzare la cucina in comune.

Tout était parfait, le seul inconvénient est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais le personnel nous a volontairement aidé à monter nos valises de +23kg. Personnel très accueillant et serviable ! Nous recommandons à 100% cet établissement ! Pas de clé, tout par code ce qui est très pratique !

Great location in Hongdae — just a few minutes’ walk to the subway, and close to restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is the main reason we chose to book here and it is definitely located near most of the good shops and restaurants, and the best is it is located near the Hongik University Subway Station. The staffs are also very helpful, and they also offer to do our laundry for free!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There's no elevator but they helped us with our luggages to bring up to the room. They also let us leave our luggage when we went to Jeju. The room itself was really nice and spacious; the kitchen was separate. There was even a sofa, and we really appreciate thr full body mirror. The location was in Yeonnam but still pretty near the bus stops and subway. There were a lot of restos and cafes nearby.

La ubicación es mucho mejor de lo esperada, está rodeada de restaurantes y cafés, el metro y parada de bus se encuentran muy cerca, así como tiendas. El cuarto era de buen tamaño, siempre hubo agua caliente.

El único detalle son las escaleras para subir con maletas, pero el personas es súper amable y te ayuda a subir o bajar maletas en cuanto te ven.

The room has comfortable size. Staff and service is good. Location is also good not far from subway and have many restaurant. Price is super valuable. Next time if I travel seoul I will rest here again.

The only one thing I don't like is this place doesn't have bath mat.But it's not a big problem. I still like this place.

The location is amazing with a lot of restaurants and cafes. It's also about a 10 minute walk from Hongdae station and the airport line which is very convenient. The room was small but very cozy, warm and clean! I would stay here again!

The room is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, keep it in mind if you have a lot of heavy bags or if you are older. Personally, I didnt have a problem.

Clean, warm and cosy. Amazing location. Great amenities like washing machine, kitchenette with everything available to use these things like detergent, trash bags, fresh towels etc for free - all very useful for a long stay. It was like a tiny apartment.

給的房型靠床頭的那面牆竟然是斜切的角度，一不小心頭就會撞到牆。 沒有電梯，扛行李上下樓以及每天上下樓城東，其實有點辛苦。

也不是不滿意，只是廁所水槽的水是流到地上的，所以後來都使用小廚房的水槽比較多。

离弘大很近，距离地铁口大约步行七八分钟的样子，附近很多便利店和24小时。房间比想象中的大，是温馨的感觉。可以做饭但我没用过自拍馆，提前去的话可以先把行李放一楼

地位位置非常棒，距離弘大站走路約5-7分；雖然不是在本館，但兩館相隔不遠，大門以及房間門都是用電子密碼鎖，紅眼班機也能自行入住。 房間內有地暖（食物或保養品等記得不要放在地上）、微波爐、洗衣機（我們入住時剛好在維修）還有流理台，非常方便；隔音也算不錯；員工訊息回覆也都很快，詢問事項也都告知的蠻詳細的 但插座是較老式的那種，要自己準備轉接頭，不過房間內插座很多，也有提供延長線

Excellent stay as always (it was my 4th or 5th stay in a 3-year span), the staff is welcoming, the rooms are clean, the location is great, the check-in was smooth. Perfect when you are in town for few days or more!

ทำเลที่พักใกล้ค่ะ แต่ก้อไม่ได้ใกล้มากต้องเดินประมาณนึง หาไม่ยากค่ะ ไม่มีลิฟท แต่เราได้ชั้นสอง น้อง พนง.ช่วยยกหนึ่งใบ เรายกเองใบนึง ผ้าขนหนูเปลี่ยนได้ตลอด (ลงมาหยิบเองได้เลย) ห้องกว้าง กางกระเป๋าสบายค่ะ เพิ่มเติมถ้าปรับปรุงคือมีผ้าเช็ดเท้าหน้าห้องน้ำสักผืนจะดีมากเลยค่ะ

เนื่องจากห้องอยู่ติดริมถนน จะมีเสียงรถ เสียงลากกระเป๋า เสียงคนเดิน และมีร้านรางเมง น่าจะดัง ใกล้กับหน้า รร มากๆ ทำให้คนมารอคิวค่อนข้างเยอะ อ่านไปก่อนแล้วว่าไม่ทำความสะอาด แต่ก้อไม่เปนปัญหาอะไร เป็นส่วนตัวดีค่ะ

Líbila se mi poloha. Ubytování bylo asi 8 minut pěšky od Hongik University station, odkud se dá dostat metrem i na letiště. Asi 20 minut pěšky od ubytování byla party street. Poloha byla fakt skvělá a tu musím vyzdvihnout. Jinak byl pokoj celkem velký, pro 1 osobu úplně perfektní. Každý den odnášeli odpad a ve druhém patře byla stanice, kde jste si mohli vzít prací prášek, prostředek na mytí nádobí, lžíce, hůlky, atd. Líbilo se mi, že v pokoji byla pračka a prala celkem dost rychle a dokonce to prádlo částečně vysušila. Měla jsem možnost pozdního check-outu a jsem za to moc vděčná, moc mi to pomohlo, protože jsem byla pár posledních dní nemocná a unavená.

Koupelna nebyla úplně čistá podle mých představ. Mohla by být čistější. V ubytování není výtah. Já jsem byla naštěstí ve třetím patře, takže jsem to ještě nějak zvládla, ale budova má celkem 6 pater, tak pozor. Ubytování mi nezaslalo instrukce k self-check inu včas. Přijela jsem na místo v 19:45, recepce měla ještě být otevřená, ale nikdo tam nebyl. Žádnou zprávu jsem od nich neměla. Naštěstí tam byl pro mě nachystaný papír s instrukcemi, ale i tak jsem byla trochu zmatená. Měla jsem problém se self check-inem protože jsem bydlela ve vedlejší budově, ale nefungoval mi internet, takže bylo pro mě těžké to najít. Budova má pod okny stánky, kde hraje hudba, takže je celkem slyšet hluk, ale není to nic hrozného, večer to vypínají.

Прекрасное расположение, очень клиентоориентированный персонал, помогали во всем. Очень люблю это место за его расположение (рядом с хонде и в тоже время тихо) и за сотрудников, отель стал для меня вторым домом во время каждого пребывания в Сеуле.

房源為在延南洞，距離弘大三號出口不算沿路可以遇到有名的鹽麵包店， 當天入住時間較晚沒想到還可以在大廳碰到工作人員，感謝協助入住。 房間大小行李箱可以完全敞開(29吋2個)，廁所簡單乾淨，有地暖。 缺點無電梯，很會買的就要自己斟酌。

Zentral im studentisch geprägten Hongdae gelegen. Bars, Restaurants. Convenience-Stores, Waschsalon, Shops…alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Hier ist bis spät in die Nacht etwas los. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Metrostation Hongik University mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allerlei Möglichkeiten, angehende K-Pop-Stars bei ihren Straßenkonzerten zu bestaunen. Ich war im Nebenhaus untergebracht, das ein Stück vom Hauptgebäude entfernt ist und moderner ist als das Hauptgebäude. Das Apartment war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, schnelles W-Lan inklusive. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen.
