The hostel is very clean. The room was small but very nice with interesting design. The kitchen is ok, there was everything we needed.

The location is grate. There are supermarkets nearby and the park in front of the hostel.

Дуже не сподобалося, було вказано що це помешкання недалеко від вокзалу. Ми прийшли а виявлення що це по іншоґій адресі. Треба було їхати автобусом далеко дуже не комфортно маленька кімната двері наче картинка все чутно жах та велике розчарування

False Advertising: The room on the photos does not match reality. It was a classic bait-and-switch. Instead of the advertised room, I was placed in Room 5 on the ground floor—a plain room with white walls, old furniture, and stained bedding. The front door did not close properly, so there was zero sound insulation from the hallway.

Critical Security Breach: At 2:00 AM, while I was sleeping, a stranger unlocked my door using my personal access code and walked into my room, claiming it was hers. Having a private door code easily accessible to outsiders is an absolute safety hazard. Infrastructure Defect: The shower cabin doors did not seal tightly, causing water to leak continuously onto the floor and into the hallway. Disturbing Environment: The hotel is located directly opposite a playground where disruptive individuals gather to drink alcohol late into the night, shouting and causing constant noise.

Ja sehr, wir hatten am Anfang paar Probleme weil wir nicht den Code wussten aber wir haben einfach angerufen und uns wurde sehr weitergeholfen

Brak możliwości zaparkowania samochodu, mimo że to było dla mnie bardzo ważne i mi to rzekomo gwarantowali. To kłamstwo! Wiedeń w ogóle nie jest przyjazny turystom w autach, ale trzeba o tym mówić wcześniej. Czuję się oszukany, bo gwarantowali miejsce parkingowe. Druga sprawa to brud. Piekarnik był w środku brudny jak śmietnik i nic się nie zmieniło przez 48h mojego pobytu.

Flexibility and responsivness of the personnel. Location. Rooms and all the rest were tidy and clean

In principle, a well-done concept, of a flat share with single, doubl rooms, 3 toilets and 3 showers and one kitchen... The bathrooms where just recently renovated.

The big issue is the lack of ventilation possibilities and lack of any A/C which makes the rooms unbearable in the basement at over 35'c... The more elegant option would be that each room has a small fridge.

Grocery and bus station nearby.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was much smaller than we had anticipated and was too cramped to comfortably accommodate us and our luggage. Upon arrival, we also noticed a few strands of hair on the bed. The pillows were quite firm for our preference, and the room had a noticeable musty smell. The electric fan was very noisy and appeared to be malfunctioning, which made it difficult to rest. In addition, the room was quite dusty, and the street noise further affected our comfort. Due to these combined issues, we felt it was best to check out early and find alternative accommodation. We are still awaiting the refund we requested after reporting these concerns and hope the matter can be resolved soon. We appreciate that every property may face occasional issues, and we hope the management will address these concerns to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Ubytování bylo čisté, pohodlné, moderní a útulné. Informace o check-inu přišli v čas a ubytovat se bylo naprosto jednoduché a přehledné oproti mým ostatním zkušenostem. Ubytování bylo trochu dál od centra, ale v pořádku jsme se delší procházkou a nebo metrem, které bylo poblíž, dostávali do centra.

Jeg kunne godt bruge et sted til at tørre vores håndklæder efter vi havde været i bad. Vi boede i et af de små værelser, og havde derfor ikke rigtigt plads til at tørre dem (eller mulighed for udskiftning til nye)

El diseño es fantástico y muy cómodo. La cocina genial muy equipada con todo para cocinar.

Im Erdgeschoss und nah an befahrener Straßen. Zimmer hellhörig und klein: Kleiderstangen, an dem man die Bügel nicht richtig aufhängen kann. Ausstattung auf den Bildern nett anzusehen, aber letztlich wenig qualitativ oder durchdacht. Küche ohne Fenster und mit Platz für maximal 3 Personen zum sitzen. Insgesamt wenig Küchenutensilien. Über die Feiertage wurde der Müll nicht geleerte. Andere Gäste hinterließen dreckiges Geschirr und Essensreste in der Spüle. Unpersönliche Atmosphäre.

The hostel was clean, easy check in, and check out. It had lots of toilets and showers, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms also had fans in them, so it was a good temperature in the summer.

There wasn't a microwave in the kitchen

Lo positivo fue la ubicación, está cerca de una parada de autobús, y el proceso de check-in fue rápido y sencillo.

Sin embargo, encontré un hueco dentro de la cobija, ya muy desgastada. Además, las duchas eran incómodos. En general, la estancia fue aceptable por la ubicación y la facilidad de acceso, pero hay aspectos de comodidad que deberían mejorar.

Čisto, dobrá lokalita.

Dveře jsou moc tenké, okolo prosvítá světlo. Pokoje jsou v přízemí, žádný výhled.

We arrived to the property. The bed was filthy, covered in hairs and the pillows were stained. We contacted their service desk for clean bedding however they didn’t respond. We had to book a different hotel to stay in as the cleanliness levels were disgusting. When contacted to request a refund they said that they had delivered us new bedding the next morning (unhelpful as we had already moved locations) and they could only refund us the cleaning fee

La ubicación es muy buena;a unos 20 min andando del Palacio belbedere...la limpieza muy muy bien,es la primera vez q me quedo en un sitio así y la verdad q este estaba muy bien,todo tipo d utensilios de cocina,cafetera (con monedas),horno,microondas no,nevera etc...lo único malo las almohadas q son bastante altas y la wiffi en la habitación 11 no llega muy bien...pero repetiría por calidad y precio...nos gusto

Aucune possibilité de stocker les bagages avant la livraison de la chambre à 15h. Et quand je suis arrivé il n’y avait pas de savon dans les douches. Espaces communs + extracteur d’humidité très bruyants

There’s no electricity when we checked in. The customer service offered us a different place to stay, but it was 40 minutes away from this one we booked and it’s also far from city center

Nettes Hostel, einfache Ausstattung, aber alles da, was man braucht, sauber. In der Nacht war es angenehm ruhig. Unkomplizierte Anmeldung / check in, geht halt alles nur per Handy. Am 2. Abend gab es einen Stromausfall und ich musste mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen, man hat mir daraufhin die Kosten für beide Übernachtungen rückgebucht.

Kommunikation könnte besser sein: Irgendein menschlicher Ansprechpartner, der per Handy erreichbar ist, wäre fein!

There was a sudden electricity cut that was not informed to me from the accommodation and I had to change accommodation halfway. The service was lacking kindness, understanding and information.

The place was very clean, the rooms were super clean. It is not that far from U4.

Excellent location. The shares spaces - Kitchen, Shower Rooms, Toilets are also well kept and very clean.

The bed was no very clean, I can still see strands of hair when I checked in. The provided towel also smells funny - musty - the smell that it wasn’t dried properly

Location was great. The hotel itself was wonderful. It was stylish but also homey. Shops nearby, a nice park in the front and a bus stop just across the street. Perfection. There were a few issues during our stay but they were sorted and I believe they were a on off thing and not a usual occurrence there. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are quite small (at least ours was) so we didn't have much space to put our belongings. But Vienna is so wonderful. We didn't spend much time in our room anyway.

Idealna lokalizacja ( 1 min do przystanku autobusowego jadącego do centrum, 3 min na tramwaj). W pokoju czysto, dobry wiatrak na upalne dni, kuchnia wyposażona ok. Kod do drzwi przesyłany w wiadomości.

Mała prywatna lodówka w pokoju byłaby super rozwiązaniem - we wspólnej bywa ciasno.

The hostel was overall comfortable and very clean. Smooth Self check in and no staffs. The washroom and shower area were especially well maintained, and the kitchen, Wi-Fi, and general cleanliness were all very good. Even though the room was small, it was still manageable and okay overall.

The room felt a bit cramped for two people, but it was ok and it would have been better to have more storage space for clothes. One major inconvenience was the absence of a microwave, so it was not possible to warm up food. Another area for improvement is the shower space — there was no proper place to hang dry clothes or keep towels, which made using the shower inconvenient.

Très pratique dans la manière dont il est agencé, propre et agréable. Le cuisine et bien aménagée et les espaces toilettes et douches sont très agréables à utiliser.

L’état des espaces communs dépend beaucoup des personnes présentes en même temps que vous malgré le passage de personnel de ménage. Notre chambre était cosy mais très petite et sans vraiment d’espace pour le rangement des affaires. Nous n’avons pas vu les personnes avec qui nous avons réservé.

Huoneet olivat todella huonosti äänieristetty, eli jos viereisissä huoneissa tai yhteisissä tiloissa meluttiin, se kuului meidän huoneeseen hyvin. Lakanat olivat myös repeytyneet kun tulimme paikanpäälle.

駅からは少し離れますが近くにバス停やスーパーもあり値段も安かったため利用しました。 ホステルよりはプライベートな空間が確保されているので良かったです。

シャワールームは2つありますが、滞在中1日お湯が出なくて困りました。 お問い合わせのメールをし返信もいただきましたが定型文のような返信で、結局翌朝までお湯は出なかったので返金して欲しいぐらいです。 シャワールームはそれぞれ棚などがなくタオルを掛けるフックが２つだけ。全身を洗える洗剤が備え付けてあります(シャンプーとボディソープが一緒になっている) どちらも排水が悪く、何度もシャワーを止めないと溢れてしまい脱衣所に水が大量に漏れてしまいます(棚も無いからびしょ濡れになるのでご注意を) また、宿側の問題ではありませんが… 施設周辺は壁の落書きが多く見受けられ中心地より治安の悪さを感じ、夜道の独り歩きは成人男性でも少し不安を感じたため、あまり女性にはおすすめ出来ません。 施設の入り口に男性が立っていて、私が扉のロックを解除したら彼も続けて中に入ってこようとしていました。(各部屋は暗証番号式のため部屋の中に入ってくることは考えにくいですが、シャワーやトイレ、キッチンには入れてしまう) そう言った周辺の安全面においても不安を感じる滞在でした。

Die Zimmer waren nett und für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausreichend. Es gab mehrere Handtücher und sogar Shampoo in den Duschen. Das Konzept mit Gemeinschaftsküche und Bad (uns wurde nur eine Cola geklaut) Es gibt drei Toiletten und 2 Duschen. Der Ganzkörperspiegel im Zimmer war super. Auch die Spiegel und die Duschen in den Badezimmern waren sehr gut. Die Spiegel haben verschiedene Lichtstufen und die Duschen haben einen guten Druck und mehrere Einstellungen. Das Toilettenpapier war dick und reichlich vorhanden. Der Check in und Out war super unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super. Direkt vor der Tür ist praktisch eine Bushaltestelle in die Innenstadt (zum Karlsplatz) und auf der Hauptstraße eine Straßenbahnstation, mit der man schnell an allem Bahnhöfen ist.

Es sind eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Z.b. wären ein paar Kleiderhaken an der Wand fantastisch, zum Aufhängen von Jacken aber auch nasser Handtücher. Außerdem hätten wir uns über Zucker in der Küche gefreut. Die Stühle in der Schminkecke sind leider viel zu klein, als dass man vor dem Spielfeld sitzen und sich fertig machen könnte. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet aber okay, weil wir kaum da waren.

we had two rooms there, and these rooms were really good. it was clean and not much noises💖 also for me as a girl, there was a special room in the bathroom for girls where we can put our makeup, dry our hair etc. and kitchen is clean as well, enough dishes etc💖

Мне понравилось изначально то что много транспорта и легко добраться до центра. Магазин рядом, кофэшки и парк напротив. Легко найти, и все на электронном замке, не нужно его таскать с собой. На этом все.

Очень уставший номер, нужен ремонт. Постельное было грязное, и ни разу не убрали за 4 дня. Ваная и туалет чистые, но пока .... если ты первый в душе. После кого-то это жесть. Но это не хозяин виноват. Они действительно убирают их. В ванной для рук аппарат электронный с салфетками, что очень удобно. На кухне один раз взяла нож, я не готовила ,мы кушали в городе где-то. Но в принципе, все чисто. Многие готовили.

The accommodation is located in a very nice area, comfortable, and clean. I recommend it.

Patika istabas interjers, naktsmītnes istabu izkārtojuma koncepts. Bija sajūta kā automatizētā viesnīcā. Patika vannasistabas iekārtojums.

Nepatika tas, ka istabas logi bija tonēti un nebija redzams skats ārā. Dušās durtiņas kārtīgi netaisījās ciet un bija arī problēmas ar ūdens iešanu prom. Miskaste virtuvē ļoti ātri bija pilna, nebija vietas, kur izmest atkritumus.

Gute Lage

Abfluss in den Duschen war ständig verstopft und diese dadurch überschwemmt. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Küche war verschmutzt und Kühlschrank voll mit offenenSachen von Personen, die bereits abgereist sind. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass niemand so wirklich dazu schaut.

Good facilities and clean, all amenities for a nice stay and the appliances in the kitchen were satisfactory. Code system worked really well. 10 minute walk from the u-bahn.

Dirty bedcovers, constantly flooded shower, rare garbage removal and common space cleaning, no tea actually. Communication with the staff was only through whatsapp, they replied politely, but didn't help one bit

They don't clean on a daily base the common areas! the shower drain has been clogged for two days, no paper towel in the kitchen or toilet area, common places are small if more than one room wants to have breakfast at the same time, 3rd bed in the room was not exactly comfortable.

The hostels location is in a cozy neighbourhood. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Wi-Fi was amazing

Our room was really small. As expected, there is no private bathroom and the shower cabin was not practical. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro which is ok.

The shower drainage was quite slow.

For its price you get a very nice-looking private room to yourself which is really nice especially this being in Vienna. Location is good too, it’s walking distance to the metro station (10min walk), and the area is very residencial so it’s quiet, but there are also food place close by. It’s also a 10min walk to the high street which has lots of shops and such. You get a code for both the building door and your room door, and remote assistance through WhatsApp is quick too if you have any issues. Bathroom and showers were all really nicely kept and comfortable to use, hot water worked fine. They provide towels and bathrooms are re-stocked when necessary.

When someone opens a door outside your room, and because there's air between your door and the wall, your door moves due to the airflow caused by the other person opening or closing their door. This is especially noisy at night; it sounds like someone is trying to open your door.

Čisto je, uredno, mirno (pogodno za odmor), kreveti su udobni. S obzirom da smo mi bili početkom aprila gde su tokom noći niske temperature - fino se zagreje i prijatno je u sobama.

Ono što se nama desilo, a verujemo da je to možda samo slučajnost, jeste da nisu na mejl adresu uopšte stigli kodovi za ulazak na glavna vrata smeštaja i ulazak u sobu koju smo odabrali. Morali smo na licu mesta kontaktiramo osoblje putem telefona, i da zamolimo za slanje mejla......kada je to urađeno, posle je sve bilo zaista fino.

Other guests closing doors noisily late at night or early mornings. The showers were not deaining properly (they were v clean and hot) but the drains didnt empty freely.

Comfortable beds, good showers and toilets, and everything is clean.

Someone has stolen our food from the fridge.
