Very modern and full digital place! Never spoken with any staff to be issued the entrance, luggage stowage or check out. Was very clean and super organized, can’t be better location and very cosy :) Slept sooooo well in a totally locked place, safe and comfortable bed, all can be locked with code included beds :) The common area has fully equipped kitchen and lounge in a style :) Locked storage room and central location is cherry on top :)

No shelf or anything in bathroom/ toilet to put any item. Had my own cosmetics but no place to put it.

staff not kind, they asked me the document for the check-in. I gave him. I was the last one. The next day I asked my document. They said they never ask document to people for the check-in. Without words. I did not check-in online because i had problems with my internet. So he asked me the identity card. Today he said he never asks documenti to tourists.

Easy access to main train station and subways

The issue with check in I had booked and paid for two beds for two guests , but could only checkin for one perosn online. Hence only one bed's code was received. When tried to connect with the people on the intercom, they were not much helpful. Wasted almost an hour just to resolve it and check in.

When open & close the bed door or main door. It sounds too much. Either day or night time. Must fix that. Otherwise all ok.

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Check-In online möglich und daher auch ein späte Ankunft nach Mitternacht kein Problem. Wegen einer Flugverspätung verpasste ich den letzten Zug Richtung Salzburg musste einen ",Zwischenstop" einlegen. Aber viel besser als 4 Stunden am Flughafen oder im Bahnhof zu warten.

L’emplacement juste à côté de la gare et du metro pour rejoindre le centre. Chambres et salles de bain propres, parties communes accessibles h24 avant et après le check-in/out. Cleaning lady très sympa et accueillante!

Personne à l’accueil la reception était tout le temps fermée, il n’y a pas de toilettes dans les parties communes c est dommage et la luggage room n’est pas fermée (malgré le code pour entrer dans la grande salle commune).

Great location, couldn't be closer to the train station.

Upper bunk bed is like drawing a short straw. Getting up and down may result in injury- the ladder is covered in a material that's like a sandpaper - better for a grip, but I lost part of the skin in the process anyway. Rooms are code only, but the reception code does not always work- imagine my face at 5am trying to pick up my food when the door wouldn't open, even though the code was correct.

Ótimas áreas de convivência e tudo muito limpo. **Español:** Buena ubicación, prácticamente al lado de una estación de tren y metro. La estación central de Viena está a pocos minutos a pie. Excelentes zonas comunes y todo muy limpio. **English:** Great location, practically right next to a train and metro station. Vienna Central Station is just a few minutes away on foot. Excellent communal areas and everything is very clean. **Deutsch:** Gute Lage, praktisch direkt neben einem Bahnhof und einer U-Bahn-Station. Der Wiener Hauptbahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Hervorragende Gemeinschaftsbereiche und alles ist sehr sauber.

The plastic bed covers make it feel even more suffocating. On top of that, every time you enter or leave you have to type in a 12-digit code; if you don't memorize it, it’s a pain, they really should switch to key cards. **Deutsch:** Hat mir nicht gefallen, da es überhaupt keine Belüftung gibt – eine unerträgliche Hitze. Die Betten mit Plastikbezügen ersticken einen förmlich noch mehr. Zudem muss man jedes Mal beim Rein- und Rausgehen einen 12-stelligen Code eingeben; wenn man den nicht auswendig weiß, ist das echt nervig, sie sollten auf Schlüsselkarten umsteigen.

The bed so tinny , they close the common area and kitchen at midnight , so i have to stay in my box bed all night The staff not helpful , while my passcode not working and no reception staff so if you need any help you have to call the intercom which the staff not help me at all and switched off the line 2 times on my face and this not professional at all

190 dan uzun boyunuz varsa tekrar düşünün, kabin boyu biraz rahatsız olabilir. Yastık o kadar büyükki ekstra yer kaplıyor bence küçük yastıklarla değiştirilmeli.

Excellent hostel, everything was as described but better. Very clean, very comfortable beds and spacious. Wifi is fast. Kitchen is well stocked and the Tube station is 1 min away. It had a fan which was great and large frosted windows with a shade you can draw down. We will be back

Es muy tecnológico, básicamente no hay personas para que te atiendan directamente durante la estancia. Solo alguien en una zona común y a las personas que ves del aseo. La ubicación es muy buena, está a dos calles de la estación central de trenes y tiene justo en la misma calle, la estación del metro que te lleva a las zonas turísticas y a 15 minutos caminando llegas al Belvedere sin problema. La cama tiene seguridad por código , al igual que todas las puertas del lugar y hay una zona común que es para cocinar (quien guste) y varios mueblecitos para sentarse y pasar el rato. La limpieza del lugar, excelente, y los baños en general adecuados , limpios y suficientes.

Cuando la gente cocina, todo el lugar se llena de humo y de olor a comida, es incómodo estar ahí en esos momentos porque además no hay buena ventilación y se llena de humo el lugar. Estuve en verano, y no habia aire acondicionado en la habitación lo cual era un "infierno" para dormir o para estar allí porque al cerrar el cubículo la ventilación no era buena y quedaba atrapado el calor y se reducía un poco el oxígeno, abrir la ventana de la habitación tampoco era solución porque el aire de la calle es caliente también. No lo recomiendo en verano a menos que instalen aire acondicionado.

The hostel is very practical, with a great location, and the common areas were very clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, I had a small issue when I arrived at night: my bed hadn’t been made and there were no sheets provided. I reported it the next morning, and later that day they left clean sheets on the bed. However, because the mattress had been left uncovered, it had a rather unpleasant smell. I imagine this was an isolated situation, but it could have been easily resolved if there had been a 24-hour reception or someone available to assist at night. Other than that, the hostel was convenient and well located.

Nice location and very clean inside, the beds have individual locks on which is good ive never seen this before and it made me feel very safe. very good value for money also right next to the train station

Cet établissement n’est pas du tout approprié pour une femme qui voyage seule, il est inconcevable d’avoir des dortoirs mixtes sans personnel présent avec simplement des accès via codes, dans un quartier aussi compliqué. C’est la 1ère fois que je me suis sentie en insécurité dans une auberge de jeunesse.

Despite the hostel's well-equipped facilities and convenient location, I'm sad to say that our room, room 10, was infested with bedbugs, as my partner and I were bitten. This is the only possible place where this could have happened, as we were bitten on our last day. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place, and I advise the owner to be more mindful of cleanliness and the well-being of guests. This situation is scandalous and should not occur at all!!!

L’emplacement est le principal atout de cet hostel : il se trouve à deux pas de la gare centrale, ce qui est très pratique, notamment pour passer une nuit avant de prendre un vol ou de poursuivre son voyage.

Le fonctionnement entièrement automatisé rend l’expérience assez impersonnelle. Lorsque le personnel est présent à la réception, l’accueil n’est malheureusement pas particulièrement chaleureux. Dans les chambres, il n’y a pas de casier permettant de ranger ses effets personnels en toute sécurité. Le lit, de type capsule japonaise, peut en revanche être verrouillé. Il faut donc y conserver ses objets de valeur, ce qui réduit encore davantage l’espace disponible et le confort. Il semble en outre que certains clients aient rencontré des problèmes avec le système de verrouillage et se soient retrouvés coincés dans leur capsule, ce qui est assez inquiétant. L’absence de climatisation est également un vrai problème : il fait très chaud et l’air circule peu dans les capsules, ce qui rend le sommeil particulièrement difficile. Les matelas sont par ailleurs très inconfortables. Enfin, le nombre de sanitaires est insuffisant par rapport au nombre de voyageurs : il faut régulièrement attendre pour pouvoir prendre une douche.

8/8當天入住，下午12房大約四點就有三位的行李被翻被偷，我被偷平板，日本人被偷日幣及信用卡，美國人被偷信用卡，我跟日本女孩一起去報警，警察問了一堆開了兩張單子也沒下文，他們可以調監控卻毫無作為，留言到WhatsApp 也不回應，留言到mail也只能寫一些官場文字，不處理，不理賠。 從大門到房間到床位都是密碼鎖，讓人真的很不解。因機票還會住一晚，這裡的安全令人堪慮。 因之前已經訂8/12住宿，今日辦理check in 跟他說8/8被偷事件，一位男生辦理客務人員居然說:不知道。 這家旅館真的很扯，Email 回覆那麼多，都沒上傳下達嗎？ 入住這家旅館千萬要小心行李，不然下一個被偷的有可能就是你。

Я оплатила на Booking за проживання успішно, проте мені не давали коду від відкриття дверей, добре що був хлопець на рецепції, він сказав що я не оплатила. Це був дуже великий стрес. Він довго виясняв, аж згодом дав ключі. Якби його не було незрозуміло що я би робила. Не розумію, чому так. Це неприпустимо, адже людина в чужій країні.

Nagyon szépen ki voltak alakítva az privát agyrész. Külön tetszett a füldugó lehetőség. A szoba és a közös rész is tiszta volt.

Había poquísimo espacio en la habitación, En un espacio mínimo colocan 4 camas y un pasillo estrecho en el que no caben ni las maletas. Hacer la cama también es complicado.

It was clean and easy to access, the showers were roomy enough to put your change of clothing.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, lo único positivo que tiene es la ubicación. Las habitaciones son horribles, no tienen aire acondicionado y con el calor que hace en Viena es casi imposible dormír.. Además las camas son muy pequeñas e incómodas, parecen un ataúd El espacio común y la cocina son aceptables

The digital check-in was easy, getting in at 01:00 in the morning was not a problem. Clean showers and toilets. The common rooms were also nice. It was what i expected for the price.

The bed was comfortable and offered good value for the price. It would have been an excellent stay if the room had a larger fun or an air conditioner. Although there was a vent, the room still became warm during the night. The cleaner did an excellent job.

C’est à très proche de la gare ça c’est très bien mais le quartier pour une jeune fille seul n’est pas super safe et rassurant.

Déjà il n’y a vraiment AUCUN contact possible avec quelqu’un qui travaille là, et surtout il y a une pièce pour stocker des valise mais après des escaliers, super pratiques pour les valises lourdes… surtout qu’on ne peut rien laisser de précieux vue qu’elle ne fermait même pas… je ne sais pas c’est l’utilité de ce lockers du coup… sachant qu’il n’y pas non plus de lockers dans les chambres seul solution dormir avec son sac…

- Amazing location, right outside stairs to the central station - They have a free ear plug dispenser - Decent shower pressure - Beds can be locked with key code to store belongings safely - I never saw staff once, so this is great if you want to share a bed or never talk to anyone

- Entry to all doors, including into your hostel bed is done via digital keypad. This means you have to remember a number to get into anywhere, and the beeping will annoy everyone in your room, (on-top of a squeaky door) - Kitchen and luggage storage are inaccessible between midnight and 6am. This means there's no common area for people to socialise, or to do things outside their room and not bother those trying to sleep. - Showers have no provided shampoo/soap - The system doesn't allow for early check in if you need a towel to shower - No air conditioning in the rooms, which is a struggle in summer, especially since the beds are setup like little cages. - Someone noted there were bed bugs but I didn’t see any in my bed. - I was using this as a stopover before my flight, so I can't comment on the sleeping situation, but I could imagine it would have been terrible if I wanted to.

Clean and tidy room with a comfortable bed. Everything is electronic, and there are no staff on-site, but the self-service system works well. Otherwise, it’s a 10/10 experience.

There was no staff there, and there was no shampoo, tea, or the other welcome amenities that most places provide.

The location was excellent, because I was arriving by train, and departing from the airport. So staying opposite the main rail hub was brilliant, and there's actually a life and escalator right in front of the property. For such a central location there was no noise, and plenty of food places within a few steps. Plus trams and trains to all of Vienna's landmarks.

The door code business got old within the first 5 minutes. Because it means you have to take a note with the number just to have a shower or a pee. In my case, the men's toilet was fully visible through floor to ceiling glass from the street, and to other guests entering or leaving. So I was petrified of locking myself out! I also needed another code to pass through the glass lobby to get to the fridge in the tiny kitchen. The building was extremely hot in mid Summer, so I hated having to get fully dressed to do every little errand. The small lounge was like a glass box facing the street, and because it had an air-conditioner, it was packed all the time. As part of this room, the kitchen was also in full view. But definitely only one person could use it at a time. I kept shuffling with people just to get a cold drink from the fridge. My room was clean and really dark. Great for sleeping, but the large window and fan did little to cool it down. Not great for sleeping in Summer. Sharing the toilets with the common room meant they were messy within minutes of cleaning. Also. I had to sit and wait for several hours after my room was cleaned and ready, because the automatic system doesn't send you a code before official check-in time. I would have preferred to spend that afternoon exploring the city, but this inflexibility is built in to the no staff system.

- intimité dans les boîtes à lit - un peu loin du centre mais proche de la gare top. On a déposé les sacs en consigne de la gare

- Pas d'accueil - pas de bagagerie convenable et sécurisé - comprendre le système avec 3 codes pour chaque porte - il faisait chaud, heureusement un ventilateur présent mais vraiment peu suffisant des que le soleil tapé sur la chambre.

An amazing location with a great price, good facilities and very clean.

Everything was good but one night a homeless lady was inside the kitchen, I mean she didn’t do anything and only was sleeping but because the kitchen is in the first floor and before it the door is automatic she must have just entered after someone put the kitchen code or something. Nothing against her, but that made me doubt a bit about the security.
