El Gouna Elite Worldwide Sea & Garden Residences - Hurghada, Egypt

The location is fantastic and ideal, overlooking the marina, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility and the view of yachts in their berths and also close to the sea and downtown—no more than six minutes away.

Some of the appliances require maintenance, but the staff were wonderful and cooperative in addressing all comments and complaints. I would like to extend special thanks to Mrs.Sarah from the management team and Mahmoud from the unit handover team; both were incredibly professional and welcoming, never once showing impatience or fatigue regarding any of my remarks.

Waleed was super helpful in checking me in and getting me settled when I first got there. The place had a great view and very clean.

There is one cafe or disco, or I don't know from the other side of the marina are playing a loud music every day over all night

Extremely good price for value. The staff (Mahmoud for example) was nice.

Sometimes the communication in English was problematic but when there were misunderstandings, Miss Sarah helped to clear things up.

The home size is really big and the master size is perfect, the whole decor is very noce

The wifi is not stable was disconnecting a lot, when we arrived the place was not clean there were dust everywhere, one of the rooms AC was faulty and took more than a day to be fixed, the overall home status need some maintenance to be done

Very clean and comfortable. Miss Sarah was amazing called me to make sure everything is ok and if we needed anything we can contact her, she also arranged for my trip to Hurghada many thanks Miss Sarah 🙏. Also many thanks to Mohamad the local staff was very helpful and waited late fir us to check in, he was also very helpful during check out and assisted us with the luggage 10/10 score .

Very good location clean and comfortable.

One water heater was not working and was not repaired. I was told by the service that the breakfast of the firstday startsby 10am . Thus I did go to the breakfast. The second day, I knew they have another option that starts from 8am.

We booked this property for an entire week, and only at check-in were we informed that I could stay, but my husband could not because we did not have the official Egyptian marriage certificate, which was still being processed. This requirement was never mentioned anywhere in the listing—neither under “Property Policies” nor in the “Important Details” section. A policy this important should be clearly displayed before guests pay for their stay. It is far more important than information about extra beds, pets, or COVID restrictions that ended years ago. This situation caused us an enormous amount of stress. What was supposed to be our dream honeymoon turned into a nightmare because of the way this was handled. We spent hours trying to resolve the issue and fighting to avoid losing the money we had paid for an entire week’s stay. If this is a legal requirement, be transparent about it. Hiding such a critical condition until guests arrive is completely unacceptable and feels extremely misleading. I cannot recommend this property to international couples planning a stress-free holiday. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation with confirmed accommodation, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. We lost money despite never spending a single night at the property.

The only negative point was the behavior of the Zouni beach security staff responsible for checking the beach access cards, as they were not professional and seemed biased. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was was clean, comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, as described. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring. De accommodatie komt niet overeen met wat wordt geadverteerd. Op de website worden faciliteiten zoals een zwembad, fitnessruimte en wellness genoemd, maar tijdens ons verblijf waren deze niet aanwezig of niet beschikbaar voor gasten. Wij hebben juist op basis van deze voorzieningen geboekt en voelden ons hierdoor misleid. Daarnaast werd onze strandkaart ingenomen, waardoor we na het uitchecken geen gebruik meer konden maken van het strand. Dit stond niet duidelijk vermeld voorafgaand aan de boeking. Ook de communicatie liet te wensen over. We werden vroeg in de ochtend meerdere keren gebeld terwijl we net wakker waren, wat wij als storend hebben ervaren. Al met al hebben wij het gevoel dat de accommodatie niet levert wat zij belooft. De beschrijving en foto’s wekken verwachtingen die niet overeenkomen met de werkelijkheid. Wij raden toekomstige gasten aan goed te controleren welke faciliteiten daadwerkelijk beschikbaar zijn voordat zij boeken. Voor alles word extra geld gerekend, waardoor je uiteindelijk veel meer geld kwijt bent. Ook het ontbijt was zeer matig

Very spacious , great location, and excellent value for money.

Kitchen equipment could have been better the bedrooms were on a differnt level than the living area, its was for us , but it should have been mentioned in the description, because the stairs could be diffcult for older guests or young children.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in El Gouna. The apartment was very spacious, fully equipped, and felt like a real home away from home. There was everything we needed, including a washing machine, stove, microwave, and basic kitchen utensils, which made the stay very comfortable. A special thank you to Walid and Magdip for their incredible help, kindness, and hospitality throughout the whole stay — they were always responsive and supportive. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially overlooking the marina and the sunrise in the morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly even during the hottest hours, and the bed was very large and comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here again.

The nearby restaurant/bar “Smokery” hosts late-night parties, and the music can be heard quite loudly in the bedroom at night. The bathroom is rather small, and the door placement makes it slightly uncomfortable to enter and move around inside. The breakfasts organized in the nearby restaurant “Zouni” were disappointing. The place only opens at 10:00 AM, which is quite late, especially for people wanting to start the day earlier. There was also usually only one breakfast option available, meaning we would have had to eat basically the same meal every day. Unfortunately, the staff also seemed very unorganized and unable to clearly explain what was actually included or available on the menu. However, this is not the apartment owner’s fault, but rather an issue with the restaurant itself. I would simply recommend considering cooperation with a different breakfast venue in the future.

Mensonge sur l'annonce Ce n'est pas un hôtel Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Juste un voucher de réduction (12€ de réduction pour deux alors que cela coûte 20€) sur un des restaurants autour (l'un nécessitant de prendre un tuktuk payant) Pas de piscine. L'air climatiseur fuyait a notre arrivée, cela a essayé d'être dissimuler, nous faisant passer une nuit chaude dans le logement et 30min a éponger le sol recouvert d'eau C'est un appartement pas un hôtel attention !!

Lovely spacious property with two bathrooms a main bedroom with king size bed and smaller room with 2 single beds and a main living space. Each room has its own balcony looking over the stunning marina. The staff who arranged it couldn’t do enough to help, we enjoyed it that much that we stayed an additional night. Sarah, the only tour operator was friendly and most helpful and Walid also, I left a garment and Walid contacted me and our driver to return to collect. Most helpful and will most definitely return. Thank you x

Your service is truly exceptional and it made our holiday absolutely fantastic — none of us wanted to go home! The property itself is a beautiful spot, perfectly located close to many amazing restaurants and the best coffee place you can find. Waking up every morning to that stunning sea view was simply magical and made each day start perfectly. Thank you again for your hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. I had to return to UK! I wish we could stay one more week

The location was perfect. Communication was very friendly, and everything was handled smoothly. The whole place was very good for our needs, and the garden view in the backyard was beautiful.

Overall everything was good, but the second bathroom had a slight smell, so we didn’t end up using it during our stay.

Cisza i spokój. Po kilku dniach w kairze- bezcenne. Widoki. Z balkonu i z każdego okna widok na marine lub na morze. Mega. W mieście jest cisza. Spaliśmy z otwartymi oknami, pierwsze dźwięki miasta dotarty do nas po 9 tej. Po tygodniu w Egipcie wielkim plusem jest że tutaj nikt nie nagabuje, nikt nie wspomina że można by się mu odwdzięczyć. Mega.

Może brakło nam zrozumienia trochę z obsługą. Przez co pierwszego dnia zapłaciliśmy za "wejście" do zoumi, ale coz. Trudno. Nie mniej bardzo responsywni ludzie, mili. Podobnie brakło trochę lepszych informacji o samym dotarciu. Ostatnie 100m jest za szlabanem, małe zaskoczenie, ale bardzo szybko otworzono nam możliwość dalszego wjazdu.

Öncelikle harika bir manzarası var, fotoğraflardan daha iyi ve çok güzel bir ev. Magdy ve Muhammad bizimle çok ilgilendi ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu buradan da onlara çok teşekkür ederim. El Gouna'ya tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalacağım.

Their care, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the stay completely stress-free. The accommodation itself was beautiful, immaculate, and exactly as described — even better in person. What really stood out was how supportive they were when I had something stolen in Hurghada. Sarah and Magda went out of their way to assist me, including helping contact the authorities and making sure I was okay throughout the process. That level of care is rare and meant so much. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or better hosts. I would 100% recommend Elite Worldwide and will absolutely be back.
