Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Although breakfast was not provided, the Shabbat bread was a thoughtful gesture. As a Seventh-day Adventist, this was especially meaningful to me and made me feel warmly welcomed. The cabin was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Our host, Christine, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. When I called her on Friday evening about my family travelling to Mossel Bay, she readily arranged two separate cottages for them and generously offered me a substantial discount. I truly appreciate Christine’s kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay there again whenever I visit Mossel Bay.
I would be lying because there is none.

Lediglich ein Haken für das lange Duschhandtuch wäre noch wünschenswert aber das ist ja nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Wenn man das warme Wasser andreht zündet der Gas Ofen. Wir sind immer etwas erschrocken.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr klein und für eine Nacht grad noch so okay. Mich haben die vielen kleinen Ameisen gestört. Wer hier selber kichen möchte ist am falschen Platz. Es gibt nur Toaster, Mikrowelle und Heissluftfritteuse.

There was limited storage space for suitcases which made it challenging to move around. The directions to get to the property was also difficult to navigate, where clearer instructions should have been provided.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025The outside is nice , nice veranda, nice view, little garden.
The bed is in a corner with three walls around, you have to climb over esch other to get in and out , this reminds me of a trailer or motorhome . The bed was terrible hard as well . There is no space in the unit , it is only 2m wide , you cannot even put a bag or a suitcase anywhere . There is no cupboard , only a wiggeling rack which was close to break down if you put something on it . Not worth the money .

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Wir haben einen Nacht in dem kleinen süßen Haus verbracht. Mossel Bay ist sehr schön und Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Insbesondere bei gutem Wetter lässt es sich auf der Terrasse und dem kleinen Garten sehr gut aushalten :) Es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

The unit was really small, more like a studio apartment. It would be fine for a one night stay. We stayed for 3 nights so it became a bit claustrophobic. If you wanted to use the hot tub, you would need to pay an additional cost. The unit does not get cleaned daily, and if you wanted it to be cleaned daily then you needed to pay an additional cost. Usually, all these things come with the unit.

C'è tutto il necessario per cenare e fare colazione utilizzando il patio con vista mare. Il caffè Nespresso è il latte nel frigo. Prodotti ottimi per il bagno e un piccolo termosifone utile per le notti fredde. Bello e curato l'esterno.

My only advice is for them to add more lighting perhaps by the gate & pathways, as it was uncomfortable walking around, trying to find the unit in the dark!

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Overall a cute place to stay. The view was lovely and there was a nice little private patio outside the room where we could sit and enjoy. It was clean and pleasant with lots of carefully selected decorations. There was parking on site (a little awkward and tight to get into) but adequate for our needs. And located a 5 min drive from all the places you would want to visit.
Probably best suited to a single traveller as it was a bit small for two of us with medium/large suitcases. There wasn't much space to put things and there was only single side access to the double bed. Important note, there is no door to the bathroom, so if you like your privacy on the Loo, this might not be for you.

Modern finishes, and a built in braai on the veranda. The owner Christine was really kind and helpful whenever I needed it.

Key collectiona finding the property was not great, GPS sent me to different location and had to call for assistance. The space is muuuch smaller than expected. Windows have gaps that brought in cold air and left me very ill.
