Staff was really bad. Room was very small and had a very stiff mattress. There was no complementary water, only the location was close to the vinbus stops.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Гостиница находится в тихом переулке. Есть парковка для мотобайка. Номер находится на первом этаже. Есть окно. Достаточно просторно.
Окно смотрит на стену соседнего здания, до которого можно дотянуться рукой. Розетка с одной стороны кровати находится не совсем рядом. Хорошо слышно соседей и шум из коридора. И хочется больше освещения для зеркала в санузле.

В номере -Нет холодильника, нет чайника , но чайник термос есть на этаже общий ,есть кофе,чай В номере очень влажно,сыро,душно, все вещи "задыхаются " Окно выходит в соседнию стену,особо не откроешь До 12 ночи и с 6 утра очень шумно в коридоре,громко разговаривают,что то делают Из 4 ночей, две ночи где-то рядом играла музыка и орали караоке -поспать не удалось

Only One towel per person. Missing soap. Window is facing a Wall. Not super clean, found few hairs on bedsheets and in the bathroom. Thin walls and loud neighbours. Not a big problem, but need to share facilities like hair dryer with all the other guests. Anyways, there was not a moment when there would be no hair dryer in a cabinet.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025The host was very friendly and helpful. Most of all the room at the guesthouse is pretty clean and the electronic works 24/7 you don’t need a card like hotels. Would definitely come back to stay here in the future if I’m back in Phu Quoc.
