Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The location was great and very close to the Old City as well as shopping and restaurants. Public transportation was immediately available. The apartment was comfortable for me and my family.
The unit was two apartments with a connecting door. The connecting door had no door handle and closed several times where the door had to be pried open. This was a fire and safety hazard. The outer door to the smaller unit could not be opened either, so we could have been locked in the apartment with no way out during an emergency.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025A localização é perfeita. O apartamento dispõe de todos os utensílios que uma pessoa pode precisar durante uma viagem curta. A ducha de banho é muito boa, o enxoval de qualidade.
Por ser um apartamento conjugado, apenas uma porta trancada separa o apartamento ao lado. Mas nada que tenha prejudicado a experiência.

Es war nicht wirklich sauber, vorallem das Geschirr oder die Waschmaschine. Leider hatte es keine Kaffeemaschine.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025Nothing!!! We hadn’t even stay an 10 min in that apartment. Very complete to understand how to get in that apparent, ( keys, etc padlock,,,) . Moreover, the staff didn’t really want to help us, he didn’t come over to help, no hot water, no TV. Therefore we asked to leave and get back our money, the staff ( Mr Yona) reply on the phone that we can leave and we will get our money immediately, after he check the apparent On the next day, I video a short movie and sent him before we leave the place ( about 10 minutes from arriving) It’s took us about 1 hour to get help to find the way in that building and apartment.., very disappointing. As of today I have not get my money back . Please help me to solve this issue. Thank you for your help. Simon ohana 0545656112

L'appartement n'a rien a voir avec la photo. Le volet dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et la climatisation coulait. Même si la chambre parentale est indépendante le descriptif n'est pas conforme.

במקלחת היה זרזיף חלש של מים מראש הטוש, יתכן ובגלל שמלא באבנית. חובה להחליף אותו בדחיפות. אין בעיה בזרם המים עצמו. הקומקום החשמלי עושה בעיות בסגירה

Host was extremely unresponsive. 3rd bedroom was actually in main living area. Received incorrect responses to questions about apartment. Kitchen poorly maintained. Insufficient supply of toilet paper and paper towels for 13 night stay.

The extra linens were stained and had hair from previous guests. The bathroom cabinets were warped from water damage and peeling. The rug was very stained and the TV was extremely scratched. The apartment felt dingy and dirty The unit came with free parking which was nice but you had to use an app to open the gates from -2 level with no cell service.
